Placed a quote request on Yelp and was bombarded with responses. A lot of the companies requested more information; some didn't respond. Spoke to one guy who said he would send a quote and never did. Richard Bailey gets 10 stars for price, communication; recognizing the sense of urgency and the crew he hired to complete my move. He actually texted me right away; then we spoke briefly. Based on the conversation he gave me a verbal quote and booked my move for the next afternoon. His crew showed up on time. We're very professional; had great personalities and got me moved in two and a half hours. Nothing was broken either. Assembled my washer and dryer too. One of the crew members even gave me decorative advice as I moved from a 2300 sq. ft. house to a 1300 sq. ft. apartment and my couch didn't initially look right where I thought it should be! I made this move as easy as possible. I locked the cats away, took the drawers from one of the dressers down. They had 4 things to move and I asked (with the 2 hr minimum) to bring down a piece of glass and a filing cabinet, which they assured me they would do and they did not. They left all the dresser drawers in the old apartment as well as the couch cushions and everything else they were supposed to move. I'm concerned they know where I live and would never let them near a place with children. Even after I blocked the phone number of the guy who sexually harassed and assaulted, he then found a new phone number to text from. Completely inappropriate and disgusting, didn't Actually do the move and the owner is taking ZERO responsibility. He put these predators in my house with a single female, his employees tried to take advantage of another female by herself in several ways and then tried to blame someone else when the people he employs KNOW there's a 2 hr minimum and tried to con someone else into doing it.

Whereas it has always taken 3.5-4 hours in the past. I found them doing nothing multiple times. They had a bad attitude, walked very slowly, and heavily smelled like weed. Sebastian & crew were awesome. They were extremely professional and efficient--they did the whole move in 4 hours, including taking apart and reassembling some difficult pieces of furniture.
