I was not incentivized for this review at all. Paid with my own money and found them through Yelp. Why should you just stop researching moving companies and book with them? Here's why: 1. They do what they say and they are professional movers. -Clear quote in writing. They don't chase low rates. You do pay for what you get. Also: -No extra surprise fees -They moved me out of 2 storage units, drove my items to my new home, unloaded that load, then helped me unload and unpack my 16foot pod. 2. Their management is very responsive and clear with pricing and quotes verbally and in writing. Discount if you use zelle or venmo otherwise you pay CC fee of 3%. 3. This crew arrived on the dot, moved my things with care and were SUPER quick working. They unloaded my 2 units and into their truck so fast. Once in my 2 story home they asked where things needed to go. None of this needing to move things after the move. They laid down a protective mat for the dollys and high traffic. They took the extra time to help me place my heavy furniture and took apart and put back together beds after going up and down my stairs. They were super careful not to hit my walls, corners or doors and doorways. I'd 1000% pay the money and hire them again. I've moved 6 times at this point and by far this has been the most pleasant, professional, efficient and enjoyable! While we waited for the pod to arrive (pod was running late) Brandon proactively asked if he could help me unpack my kitchen boxes. He went above and beyond. His movers that he hired, to put in my place DID know there was a 2 hr minimum and still asked the girl who opened the door to do most of it, then, they grabbed her butt. I made this move as easy as possible. I locked the cats away, took the drawers from one of the dressers down. They had 4 things to move and I asked (with the 2 hr minimum) to bring down a piece of glass and a filing cabinet, which they assured me they would do and they did not. They left all the dresser drawers in the old apartment as well as the couch cushions and everything else they were supposed to move. I'm concerned they know where I live and would never let them near a place with children. Even after I blocked the phone number of the guy who sexually harassed and assaulted, he then found a new phone number to text from. Completely inappropriate and disgusting, didn't Actually do the move and the owner is taking ZERO responsibility. I was honestly amazed by how careful they were with everything. They handled our furniture and boxes with more care than even we did, which gave us so much peace of mind. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right and making sure nothing got damaged. They worked hard, stayed positive the whole time, and made what could have been a really stressful day feel easy. A 4 bed, 3 bath house took around 4 Hours to transfer to a 10 x 10 storage unit. It is VERY expensive - around $1000. They did pay our repair person to fix this but there's no reason they should not have had the proper equipment to move the refrigator as it was on our inventory. We then found a dent in the door of said brand new refrigerator. We then discovered the master bedroom dressor is coming apart, and the drawers no longer work because of this. Also a brand new piece of furniture. They didn't handle things with care. They were in a hurry to get to their next job that afternoon, and quality suffered. Only one of them, however, spoke English, so all instructions had to come through him. I was originally informed that the big truck that would haul our stuff to California would come to our residence. Instead they sent a smaller truck that would then deliver our belongings to a bigger truck. In the process all furniture would be unpacked and then packed again, which I was trying to avoid.
