I also was able to make minor adjustments to my booking with a friendly and attentive staff on-site when I arrived. They gave me a quick tour of where my unit was located and provided simple, clear instructions to navigate the facility. The unit / building was clean and was a breeze getting my stuff loaded same day. Of course the first thing they did was to raise the rents. For me it went from $235 to $360 a month. Since the new company has limited hours in being able to access your vehicle or container, the increase does not make it worth using the space again. It's unfortunate because it was close to where I lived but such is capitalism. It is now like any other expensive storage facility.
