Eric helped me through a very complicated 4- or 5- part move... first we had to move every item of furniture on our 1st floor outside and cover it for a week (including the 48" oven! And huge buffets and dining tables!) so the floors could be refinished, then the same with the upstairs, but in multiple parts because I didn't want all the kids displaced from their bedrooms for so long. Then during one of the times he was there we happened to have gotten a new washer/dryer and he just moved our old ones down 2 flights of stairs like it was nothing. Hilariously, when the store delivery truck arrived with the new ones, they looked at our laundry room and complained about almond everything, said no way would they fit (same dimensions as the old ones- they fit!), and even had to take the door off to get them in (which Eric didn't have to do). Eric was so friendly, punctual, capable, and professional every time, and always went above and beyond. I came down once to check on him and he was putting furniture pads (that he had bought) on the bottom of all my chairs! Definitely not in the job description. We joke that he should rename his moving company to the name of my street because he's probably moved 5 of my neighbors on my block, and moved stuff for me at least 5 times! read more

His movers broke our 60" tv, computer monitor, damaged the stairs and door frame. His movers were lazy and didn't want to bring the boxes up stairs. In addition, one of his movers used our kids bathroom and clogged up the toilet and didn't inform us. They just closed the lid and my 9yr old son lifted it up and saw poop clogged in the clogged toilet. That's so unacceptable. Eric apologized and promised to have a handy man fix our stairs and doors and reimburse us for the broken tv and monitor last year but he ghosted us when we followed up multiple times. I hired Eric Moves Everything to move my parents across town. I can't say enough good things about them! Eric came over before the move to look at what needed to be moved so he could provide an accurate quote. He was so nice and professional. Then on moving day, he and his crew arrived right on time and did the best job. My mom has 4 antique glass cabinets that she was very worried about getting broken. Found Eric on an app called NextDoor (neighborhood app) and decided to contact him for an in town move. He responded back super fast and even gave me his number to discuss further. He was super flexible with what I needed done. During the move I learned that he does big and small moves to almost anywhere you want. They also do handy work like fix paint, fridges, washer, dryer, and even mount TVs! Basically any handy work I need done, I'm going to make sure to ask Eric first before I hire anyone else. Eric and Garrett came on moving day to help me and they were so considerate of my belongings and made sure everything was put in the truck nicely. They even helped me shrink wrap and made sure blankets were covering items that could get scratched in the trunk. Super fast and efficient duo. I scheduled a move with Eric back in July for a move in August. Unfortunately, I had to postpone for a month and Eric was very understanding and provided assurance that we could do the move. He came to the house to get an estimate of what needed to be done and contacted me every couple of weeks to make sure I was still committed to the move. He even checked up on me when an earthquake occurred a week before the move. On the day of the move Eric kept me in the loop with texts on any delays with his team. In total, including Eric, there were 4 movers. They were all very professional and took great care and efficiency.
