We moved to Redondo Hermosa Mini Storage from another local storage facility. Eddie showed us the different prices of the units and helped us narrow down which units would work best for us. After discussing which units we would like to see, Eddie showed us the units and pointed out how to access the units from the loading areas. The facility is well maintained and secured. There are plenty of cameras and the staff walk the entire facility throughout the day to ensure there are no problems. We were able to rent a storage unit that allowed us to consolidate from two units to one unit. The storage unit was less than 20 feet from the loading / unloading spot. We would recommend Redondo Hermosa Mini Storage. They beat the price of our previous storage facility. read more

This storage has terrible customer service. I got robbed in my storage unit and they didn't do anything about it. I was just referred to file a police report and file Insurance. They were very rude. Not easy to work with made it. No big deal they had no cameras working in the aisleway so if you're choosing to rent here know that the cameras don't work it is a 24 hour open facility that any homeless transient can come in and break into your unit and they do nothing about it to make you feel safe. I have been here for three years and haven't had a problem until I moved to a smaller unit and it has been a nightmare for me and four other people got our units broken into and all personal things taken and were treated poorly. I am moving out immediately and I advise anybody who is looking at this place to think twice as you are belongings are not safe and they do not care about you here. read more

It is fairly clean and a nice location but a truck was stolen and multiple trailer break ins. The police took a report but said there's nothing they can do because there's no cameras. And they said they get these calls every week. read more

The people at the front office are so welcoming. They walked me through where my storage unit was. I was in a hurry, so I was able to sign all paperwork and be done in about 15-20 minutes. The staff doesn't seem to be in alignment. If you call and ask a question you may get once answer, if you go in, you get another. I would say this establishment is not the beacon of professionalism. The building is weird. I think people live in their units. It's damp, they don't shut the doors, and unit was always cold and musty. It's a weird place, y'all. read more

I recently moved to Redondo Beach and needed a small storage space. I googled nearby locations and found Redondo Hermosa Mini Storage. The Google reviews were excellent, and there was even a photo of a customer with one of the employees there. When I walked in, that same employee from the photo was there to greet me. Wow! And the entire staff was friendly. The facility was clean, the units are affordable. Eddie and Alexis helped me and they made something that can be so stressful, they made it easy. I think I found the jackpot too because their hours are amazing. All good so far. Rented just two days ago so not a lot of history yet. Brenda checked me in, handled the paperwork and was very helpful and easy to work with. I have been a customer of Redondo Hermosa Mini Storage since 2004. A year and a half ago, I made the mistake of moving my belongings to a different storage facility that was closer to me with a slightly larger space for lover monthly rental fees. Within three months, the rates increased significantly. When the price of the locker was raised again, I removed my things from the facility and brought them back to Redondo Hermosa Mini Storage. Of course this is my failure to fully read the fine print of their contract. But be aware that they will increase your rent by as much as 20% after the first 9 months.
