She has enjoyed all the activities and her new friends. The staff are kind, loving and engaged with the residents. The Director, Activities Director, and caregivers go above and beyond what would normally be expected. I feel inclined to write another review during this time of COVID 19, a pandemic that no one could have predicted or be prepared for. During this time of isolation, it is difficult and depressing for many residents. First and foremost Atria immediately protected their residents health with everything in their power. My dad passed away the 4th of the month, and they refused to refund us our money to help pay for his memorial service. It was over $3,000 that they owed us, and as a 24 year old girl, who just lost her dad, the owner was incredibly rude, greedy, and had no sympathy. It has been an awful situation since this happened- they even had my dad's room filled with a new resident the NEXT DAY and still would not refund what they owed us. Not up to code in many areas, hight NOT recommended!
