I've been a tenant in a complex for the past 4 years, and 3 of the years were serviced by Stott Property. I've read through these reviews and I can't say that I agree / have experience with any of the complaints that others have. Stott has always been prompt in returning my calls, in accessibility for appointments and inspections, in servicing any issues that I may have, and in general dealings with the lease. There was a major leak in the house a couple years ago and Stott was on top of it. The only time I can remember anything negative is once when I went to the mainland and I forgot to mail in the rent, and I called up Stott and talked to a guy to ask if they would waive the late fee (like $250). The guy on the phone was dismissive and short with me, I think it was Tim Kelley. But what can I say, it was my fault the late was rent. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with Stott as the property manager (and I've had to deal with them due to issues with the property more than a usual tenant would likely have to). read more

In reading the prior negative reviews, I am totally shocked. It's surprising how different people can have such vastly different experiences. We have been renting our condo with Stott Property Management since 2007. When we first purchased our condo for investment, we had another property manager, who was unable to find tenants for over 2 months. Our rental condo is in a highly desirable area and in prime condition. I called Tim Kelly from Stott and after seeing the condo unit, he informed me that his company could rent it in a short period. I fired the first property manager and hired Stott. Stott rented the property in 2 weeks. All of my experiences with Stott, have been of excellent quality. All of tenants have been the best. There have been a few repairs and replacements needed through the years. Stott would inform me; I agree to the repairs; and it is done. My tenants have all been very pleased with the experience. All of them have renewed the original lease and expressed how happy they were living there. Stott's staff are all very responsive to my calls and emails. The communication exceeds my expectations. I am kept informed by mail, email and phone. I enjoy the monthly newsletter that informs me of the local real estate market and local activities. The newsletter keeps me connect even though I live on the mainland. Last year we considered selling our condo. I worked with the sales staff and found them to be excellent also.We decided not to sell at that time. We had to find new tenants, since the existing tenant unhappily moved out when the condo unit was for sale. We were really sorry to lose our outstanding tenant. However, after we removed the condo for sale,Tim found another great tenant within 1.5 weeks. The tenants are still there without any complaints and becoming long term tenants by renewing the lease. Prior to my experience with Stott, I was fearful of renting our unit while we lived on the mainland. I feared being too far to be able to handle problems. Stott has renewed my confidence. We have not had any problems. I often speak highly of my experience with Stott. I highly recommend Tim Kelly and Stott Property Management for both tenants and investors. read more

How to start this - I'd give them zero stars if I could. I was supposed to view my families property while visiting Hawaii. There was an obvious error as they thought we were coming the day before. Instead of trying to solve the problem they tried to assign blame. James was super unprofessional on the phone. Once we got ahold of Mindy she was more accommodating and we were able to find a time to visit OUR HOUSE (because coming out past 3 to mililani is unbelievable and they don't work fridays ) . An hour later the president of the company was calling my fiancé demanding an apology. An apology for trying to find a time we could come see the family home? Idk, in California we don't conduct business in this way. For the president to act this way - is clear why their employees are so incompetent. I am searching for a place to live. Every single interaction I have had with anyone at this company has been awful. They are extremely rude. I will continue my residential search avoiding any and all properties managed by this company. Also, the property I applied for with them STILL as of now shows it being available but the rude lady on the phone (Karen I think) said another tenant had already been selected. My guess is they took my $20 application fee for a property that wasn't actually available when I applied for it. read more

So far I am very impressed with this property management company. Application process, inspection and move in were seamless. We had an issue with one of our showers (nothing pressing) and within 10 min of reporting it a plumber was calling and by lunchtime the plumber was on site and fixed the issue. read more

Just by the responses that Tim is writing to all of his previous customers that have written a disappointing review about his company...you can already tell how this company is ran & how much they actually do not value or care for their customers. I could keep defending myself & go back & forth with this company but it's really not my ethic. Instead of posting trying to discredit the people that have had legitimate problems with your company, you should have been messaging them privately and trying to reconcile your company's internal chaos. The way you are pursuing people that had actual problems by trying to discredit them as 'bad people' is shameful. The hole in my ceiling was never repaired during our tenancy. Tim fails to mention that during the date of our checkout his employee scheduled for people to view the apartment before our checkout so that while we were completing our moving and cleaning process several possible tenants had showed up and were trying to enter the premises before Stott Property even arrived. This is in clear violation of the law. His employee showed up a half an hour late to her own appointments and then yelled at us in front of three different prospective renters for not having the apartment ready before our scheduled check out time. One lady actually started yelling back at his employee for her poor behavior and swore never to rent from Stott property. She called her manager who seemed to have instructed her that we were right and she backed the people out of our unit and stood outside the front door until the appropriate time. Once we were ready she actually went through the house bit by bit being nit-picky about the damage that was still apparent from the aforementioned flood!! She threatened (again in front of witnesses) to keep our deposit, however I was confident once her supervisor realized how majorly she had violated the law in front of witnesses (that had all given me their phone numbers, btw) they quickly returned my deposit. And aside from all of this other trouble I also want to mention that even though there was unresolved leaking (which is a health issue regardless of who's fault it was) and a hole in the ceiling that kept dropping powder (which was never determined or not to be asbestos) Stott Property still felt that this apartment was in rent-able condition. I am sure they found a way to convince the owner that this was not their fault, and after i received my deposit back i felt there was no need to bring up the issue further but since Tim felt the need to behave unprofessionally and post that i "failed to mention" anything, i thought it was important to give a full account of the incident. "Jacqui also fails to mention that she was reimbursed for both rent and electricity during the time of the repairs even though the leak was neither the fault of the owners nor Stott Property Management." To clarify - by 'leak' you mean the toilet that broke, not the ongoing leak from the roof that was "not your problem". Are you actually acting like you did me a favor by following the Law? Shame on you. I actually lived there, you're just looking at a bunch of paperwork. Maybe you should re-read yelp's policy on replying as a company to yelpers and take their advice. I truly hope your reviews improve when you stop trying to attack posters and start addressing issues with your owners and tenants properly instead. read more

There's nothing more obnoxious than when a business responds with outright lies about what happened in a situation trying to make themselves look somehow not responsible for their poor behavior. After reading those reviews, it's amazing that these guys are still in business, when you see how this organization responds when they receive a complaint. Hands down the WORST property management company I've ever encountered. Like Melissa E. we were threatened with eviction due to illegitimate reasons. We could have taken them to court but decided against it because we didn't want to deal with the headache legal fees. I will echo the sentiments of others, the boss is a complete prick. He slammed the door in my face when I went in to talk to him in person. After waiting around for him for an hour he finally agreed to talk and was extremely patronizing. Wish there was an option for zero stars. We rented from Stott for about a year and a half. Always paid rent on time, we are clean, proper, non-smoking, non-pet tenants. In the beginning, it seemed decent, contracts were signed, videos and pictures were taken; seemed professional enough. Then, we started running into problems.. If I remember correctly, the washer broke first. Mind you, this washer is a dinosaur! It took them about a week to respond to my email. Then another week or so to get it fixed. When this started happening even more frequently, and it took them even longer to fix it, they offered us a $50 rent deduction so we could go to the laundromat. Seriously?!?! Then, the dryer started faulting. Again, it took them ages to get it fixed, and it kept breaking. A more pressing issue, the refrigerator. Also, a dinosaur. When I called, they told me I'd better "get a cooler and some ice, they won't have anyone look at it for a few days". Yup. real fun. When the guy finally made it a week (!) later, the first thing he said was "Oh, I remember this fridge, I've fixed it before and recommended they replace it". Not a shocker there. Of course he was missing parts, so it took another 3 days until we had a fridge again. Another time, on a side-note, I was accused of leaving dog feces in the back yard (our unit comes with the front yard, we never even went back there for any reason). I had pre-approved with Stott that I could have a dog for 2 days, watching it for a friend while she was sick. After the fact, Karen took it upon her to blame me for having the dog take a dump back there. WHAT?!? The nerve! I even went back there to look at this excrement, and there wasn't even the slightest change it could have come from this dog, let alone would I have left it if it did! May I add that I work as a dog trainer and vet tech, so that would NEVER happen. Come on. Apart from things constantly breaking in the house, and they not caring AT ALL, we had a far more pressing issue. The house was a duplex, and after our old neighbor moved out, a single, military dad of two moved in. First of all, his two children were extremely ill-behaved and screaming constantly. One of the children were autistic, so I can understand there were some issues. But the father? He screamed back at his sons using phrases like "Shut the f*** up!" and "Enough -or else!". Real nice guy. We shared the washer/dryer with him. After finding out he did laundry every day, we politely asked him if we could split the week -we'd have some days, he'd have others. He responded that wasn't an option for him. OK, we tried to let it pass for a while. (Oh, and let me just disclose the fact that Stott made us share utility and water bills 50/50 with this guy! Even though they were three people living there, they had ceiling fans and used laundry every day.. Real fair. Oh, also, we were charged for yard-service for months without it being done. Also, sneaky move.) After another failed attempt at talking to the guy, where he blatantly cussed me out and called me "a worthless whore", told me to go kill myself along with other profanities, I decided to go to Stott. They didn't care, nothing new there. Not returning my calls, no emails. Things escalated, and when the pleasant neighbor actually stepped up directly to my face and threatened to hurt me (I am a small framed female), I contacted the owner of the property myself. Luckily, we managed to track down her number. She took me seriously, and after a little while, he was out. At this time, the landlord also disclosed how unhappy she was with management. When we finally got out of the place (there was mold, water leaks, broken fixtures, broken appliances throughout our whole lease), we discovered that Stott was also fired from managing the place. The owner was so unhappy with how they ran the show, that another lady took over as we moved out. We had 5 friends come over to help us clean, the place was cleaner when we left than when we got there! The inspection went very well, the new management was happy with everything, and thought the place looked great. Expecting a full return of our deposit for our move overseas, we left the keys and house behind for our new adventure. Guess who deducted $700 from the deposit? Stott. They claimed some illegitimate excuse, and being overseas when this was settled, I just gave up. Let them have the money. Nothing I could do about it from Norway, and they knew that. Crooks. DO NOT RENT FROM STOTT. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL TRICK YOU, TAKE YOU DEPOSIT MONEY AND NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY WHEN NEEDED. They do not return calls, or treat you with any kind of service. This is a horrible company, highly unprofessional and border-line illegitimate. Also, look at how they are responding to peoples reviews! They know they are in the wrong, and try everything to make themselves look good. FAIL. If you'd like rude service, hands down, select this company. They will transfer you back and forth, hang up on you, fail to return emails and just generally lack communication skills. God forbid you actually have any urgent need for them. I had a power cut-off due to previous tenants, and when I requested them to sign an affidavit that the electric company required in order to have power turned back on, they flat out refused. Stating they don't get involved in conflicts like that. When pushed on it, I was told that it was my problem, not theirs. Edit: If you write a negative review about them on Yelp, they'll aggressively confront you about it over the phone. These guys are bums. read more

It's been a year or two since I moved out of a Stott Property rental and i could not be happier. We had a whole situation in which a sliding door broke over night...shattered glass all over the kitchen. There is a child inside. We reported it to them, but they said there was nothing they could do for a week. Again...glass everywhere, it was windy so pieces of glass were flying into the house. They said if we boarded up the house to prevent glass from flying in, they would charge us for any holes we put into the house. I had to convince them to send a contractor to board it up professionally so we were not in danger. They only boarded up part of it, so we still had glass. It took them three weeks to fix it. After we filed a complaint, they then said it was our fault and that we caused the break in the glass, and then said we would have to pay for it since they didn't like the fact that we filed a complaint against them. The admins are rude, and Tim is also rude. I do not recommend them. Just read his comments to people below. read more

If you are looking for a property to rent don't call them! Saw a posting on Craigslist a few weeks ago, contacted Stott Management to inquire then was told the property was rented out. See the posting again 3 weeks later & called to inquire to see & was told was rented. If you post something on Craigslist at least have the common courtesy & remove the post if it has been rented. Not make it a laughing joke just cause your an idiot & dont know why it keeps reposting itself. Im sure you need to keep reposting & remove it yourself. Doesnt automatically regenerate the posting. I have had nothing but good service from Stott Property. They are usually good about returning my phone calls and in the rare occasion that they haven't, I just call again and things get done. For every repair i've called in about, they have sent someone over to fix it within a few days. Everything is smooth sailing and normal as far as my experience goes with this company and i've been with them for 3 years. They've been really nice and helpful throughout the years. UPDATE! I was in the same unit that was managed by them for 6 years and that last year was odd; they just went downhill and were 1) RUDE 2) dishonest 3) they still haven't returned money due to me and 4) not follow through with their word. I don't know what happened... It seems like I was dealing with different people in the office towards the end who just need to learn a thing or two about how to speak to another human being - they were AWFUL numerous times - all the other reviews mimic what I experienced toward in that last year - THUMBS DOWN!! I am being generous with two stars. The mode of operation is to do as little as they can get away with. Communication is terrible, and when you call them out on it, they try to place the blame back onto you. "Well we wanted to do it this way, but you said no". Completely inaccurate. Rather than try to get multiple estimates for items to be done, they drag their feet or try to badger you into doing it using their guy. I found another agency that has been top-notch and very professional. I am extremely happy with the new agency, it just shows what a little customer service will do for you. Do not trust them to do any actual work. The clincher is that they won't even mail you the keys when you terminate the contract. Somebody has to go to their office to pick them up. Completely and utterly unprofessional. My only saving grace is that I know other landlords on the island and have warned them about Stott's practices. Stay away from them. read more

The Stott Property Management comes off very rude and unhelpful. Every time there is a problem that is not a tenant related issue (toilet, drainage, broken doors, etc.) in the lease they are supposed to take care of it free of cost. Recently, we have been having a lot of problems with our toilet where water was overflowing and attention was needed ASAP. When I called to schedule a maintenance repair, they said there wasn't anybody who could come out today. Since it was an emergency, I had to call an outside plumber to have them come in and repair/stop the water. I got a voicemail from Stott the next day that was very rude explaining how we cannot just call whoever we want and that we must do it through Stott. It was an emergency and water was everywhere and sewage was coming up through the toilet.. what were we supposed to do? They did not offer any resolutions or help and were blaming us for calling an outside plumber. I love my apartment, the building it is in, but their property managers are difficult, hard to work with and not helpful. It is disappointing and I would not rent with them again after this. read more

I didn't know how unprofessional they really were until I terminated my contract with them and began dealing with other property management companies. I won't go into the problems they caused me, but I would recommend you find another company. In 2008 my elderly mother decided to move to Pohai Nani Assisted Living and therefore needed a company to manage her property....unfortunately she picked Stott Property Management in Kailua. Her account was handled, I should say mishandled by a rude, dishonest person named Karen T. and her so-called manager Tim K. In the 21/2 years they had the account they misappropriated funds, took the lowest rent possible, and as a whole never, ever had my mother's best interest in mind. Their owner statements are so complicated even their own staff cannot answer questions when confronted. When they are found to be wrong don't expect an apology or a solution. They are basically mean, dishonest, disrespectful and rude people. It is amazing they run a business. NEVER, NEVER USE STOTT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!!!! read more

It's very telling when you come onto Yelp to write a review and Stott and see a bunch of the exact same garbage I had to deal with upon my move-out. There may be a common denominator starting from the top as they all have a bad attitude when you speak to them on anything other than paying your rent. Even then they act like they are doing you a favor my speaking to you in the office. Bad leadership is bad leadership no matter if its military or civilian side. If the owners treat their customers this way why would their workers be any different. I never had the pleasure of speaking with Tim but I may be getting some sort of reply after this post. Bad business practices are bad business practices and until someone actually does something about this company things will never change. I am personally going to speak with the housing offices at MCB Kaneohe, Fort Shafter, JB Pearl Harbor Hickam, and Schofield to ensure they are aware of how this company treats military members. As long as the tent is coming they are fine but upon clearing they see the dollar signs and take your money happily. Not only did I not receive my $2750 security deposit but they actually had the audacity to send me a bill for an additional $93. Classic. Attempting to charge me for items that were damaged prior to my move in is a real classy move. Attempting to charge me for move out cleaning when it was professionally cleaned prior to me leaving is even better. Their attempt to justify was that the fridge had to be wiped down (was clean) but to charge $200 to wipe down a fridge is a bit crazy... Unless you're playing with someone else's money then it's all fine and dandy. Good luck to any future renters as maybe things will change but I just say this is the worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. If I could rate it with no stars I would......please read everything!! First of all let me start off with saying that this property management were very nice in the process of applying for our rental property. Just weeks after moving in, I shampooed the downstairs living room because it had a strong dog odor. I noticed the liquid from cleaning was really dark and dirty. Following that, I had to remove a bird nest that was located on top of the 2nd floor air conditioning unit. Within a month we began noticing bites and rash on my daughter that is only a year old and were very concerned. We took her to the doctors and her doctor confirmed that they were flea bites and she was also breaking out with a rash. I contacted stott property management with my concerns and it took them a week and a half to send out a pest control company to treat the property with a flea treatment. About 3 weeks following the first treatment my wife and I still noticed more bites and my wife caught a flea on her arm biting her. I contacted stott property management in regards to this because obviously the problem had not been solved regardless of all of our vacuuming and following actions to prevent more fleas. A week later they sent out another pest control inspector to verify the pests, and he confirmed the presence of both fleas and mites due to the bird nest and the possibility of the previous tenant having a pet in the residence without informing stott property management. He agreed and supported the seriousness of the issue because of the bites on my daughters body. It has now been 2 weeks since the inspector made his recommendations to Stott Property Management and no one has contacted me in regards of this problem. Today I attempted to contact Stott Property Management and spoke to Tim Kelly, asking if there was a way to work out a early move-out due to the living conditions and their lack of fixing the problem in a timely manner. He responded with a harsh "no" followed by him telling me the pest werent there before we moved in and that it was our fault that the fleas and mites were in our home even if we do not have any pets and did not have much furniture when moving in. I then told him that I would be contacting the Dept. of Health and the Dept. of Consumer Protection and he laughed and said "they are not going to do anything". Disappointed with his reaction and offensive language I said "ok" and hung up. This company has absolutely no integrity and care very little for the health and welfare of my children or the satisfaction of their tenants. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of fixing this problem as well as their lack in customer service. read more

I am not a client of Stott and after trying to talk to them about several properties I don't intend to become a client. I am relocating to Oahu from Las Vegas. Stott was recommended to me by a co-worker. I called and was able to speak to Karen one time about two homes. She explained that Stott will not rent to anyone site unseen, probably a good policy. So I called someone that I know on Oahu that is also from Las Vegas and knows my taste and style (i.e. I trust her judgment). That's where the nightmare began. She couldn't get an appointment to see anything, when one of us could finally reach someone, we were told the house I was interested in was already rented. After this same experience with three homes, all of which were on Stott's website for weeks, it has become very obvious to me that customer service is not a concern of theirs. As an FYI, nobody from Stott has ever followed through and called me back. I have had multiple conversations, with different employees where I was told I would receive a return call. I don't know what they are looking for in a tenant, but obviously someone with a solid job, for a Fortune 500 company and a very low debt to income ratio isn't what they want. I would only suggest using this company if you wish to be treated poorly. Or for landlords, I would only suggest you use this company if you are not looking for solid tenants. read more

My landlord started working with this company several years ago. Up till then we had done our own repairs for which we were always compensated. We had a very good relationship with the landlord and we looked out for each others interests. That changed when Stott was brought in. Repairs that were made were of substandard quality and the work was performed under an absent contractor's license by handymen with minimum skills. As a result, much of their work has started to come apart. Promised repairs were not made and unannounced someone came to take pictures of the interior "for administrative purposes". Because of Stott's neglect the apartment has steadily gone down in quality, but the rent has gone up. Now we need more repairs and we'll see how that goes. If I were a direct tenant or property owner I'd look elsewhere. read more

If you are thinking about hiring Stott to manage your property, this will be the biggest mistake you ever make. I believe that they are the worst property management company that I have ever dealt with. Due to their mismanagement, they cost me over $35,000 worth of property damage. They do not know how to communicate in a timely manner. If an issue arose regarding my property, I would get an email from them a month after it happened. I would then reply immediately. After that, they would tell me that are looking into the situation. This would go on for months before anything was resolved and it would typically end with money coming from my pocket for repairs. Due to them taking so long to address situations, it would cost me more money than necessary for repairs. This is just one example of how bad they are as property managers. I was very disappointed in this company, as I was looking forward to rent out one of their properties. It was even my #1 choice of place to rent out of all the choices I was looking at. According to their application process, they even require an in person visit to the property before getting an application approved so I made an appointment at 3pm on Monday. I arrived at the front entrance outside of the lobby on the property about 10min. prior to the appointment time and waited. As the time came and went, I even called their number 808-254-5558 and asked the receptionist if the property manager was running late. She said that he should be there soon and was probably running late. I was understanding as Honolulu traffic can get bad at that time of day. After 40min. of waiting for someone to meet me in front of the main entrance, I eventually called back and asked if the property manager was on his way to the location. She responded by calling the property manager herself. When she called back she said that the property manager whose name is Stott was at the location and left as nobody was there. By this point I was angry and very disappointed as neither the property manager Stott or the receptionist put any effort in trying to contact me in any way either in person or by phone to see where I was. Apparently being in front the main entrance is not enough for them. The property manager made no effort whatsoever even to do something as calling out my name or calling my phone when he was at the location. I even asked the receptionist to see if I could get the manager's phone number. However, she refused as apparently, it's against company policy to give out the manager's number. I found this shocking, and it really shows that this company puts in no effort whatsoever. Afterwards I just asked if I could make another appointment at the same place to see if I can try again. They gave me Friday at 3:30pm, a whole 4 days later as that was the only time available in the afternoon for them. I work until 3pm, so I only have a small window to meet up with the property manager. Apparently, they only work Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm so any time outside of that won't work for them. Good luck trying to get them outside of those times. Especially if it's something important. At this time, I would recommend this company to no one. As from what I have seen, they put no effort whatsoever in helping its customers and guests. I think their just in the property management business for the money. They show no Aloha whatsoever, and considering it's the holiday season no compassion or respect. No one local or mainlander should consider one of their properties if you expect a kind of service and Aloha that Hawaii normally gives. I am willing to give them a second chance however, as I don't let first impressions get to me. I will try and follow up with them to see if I can still rent their property as it was my first choice. I would have even given them a check after the property tour if I liked the place and everything went accordingly. I hope that Stott Property Management can fix their errors and be a better company to get a rating that they truly deserve. However, at the moment, considering all the poor reviews for this place it's not looking that great. read more

If you are a property owner and need a "henchman" to force out your current renters, this is the company you want. If you want fair and honest property management - maintenance, etc. - then you definitely do NOT want to utilize this company. I have first hand experience of the retaliatory rent increases and failure to abide by local laws regarding the handling of personal property that may have been left behind when you only have four days to vacate a home you have been living in for 42 years. Had Stott followed the law, they would not have destroyed a $10,000 teak furniture set that belonged to the home owner and then tried to charge us for hauling it away to the dump (if that is in fact what they did). Even now, I am seriously considering talking to an attorney about the retaliatory rent increases and unrealistic lease Stott used to force us out. I know that the lease we were given to sign and the one the current renters got are completely different. I wouldn't trust this company with a dog house. read more

So far so good! I viewed a place, faxed my application in, and got called that I got accepted all in the same day and no application fee! Scheduling the check -in day was no problem. Scott is super helpful and cool especially when we had to wait an hour for my other half to arrive to check -in (embarrassing). The place we are renting is decent for the price we are paying and a great bonus is that we were able to paint and make it look a little better. The day we signed our papers I later found that the toilet was leaking when being flushed. I called Stott and they told me they would put in a work order. The next day the plumbing company called and came later in the day with very friendly service and no charge to me. I just sent a fax yesterday to them needing authorization for something. I called to confirm they got it and that it will be faxed. I gave them till the next day and called to confirm that it went through and they confirmed that the fax went through. No problems with Stott. read more

I am a homeowner that now lives off the island, and have entrusted my property management to Tim Kelley at Stott for the last 6 years. I can say without reservation that had it not been for the consistently professional service I've received from Stott, I would've been done with owning a home in HI years ago. Here is what I like about Stott: -Courteous and professional service. They are always easy to get a hold of, and quickly respond to my emails and phone calls. -They aggressively fill vacancies with quality tenants. -When issues arise, I am always kept in the loop and enabled to make informed decisions. They also offer great advice as they have seen it all. -My rent checks are deposited into my account like clockwork. This is accompanied by a detailed monthly statement accounting for all the separate expenses that may have popped up. -Even before mobile banking and automatic deposits were commonplace, Tim went out of his way to have my checks deposited quickly. As a military member who's been all over the world since leaving HI, this is especially appreciated. -I always receive a video inspection on DVD so I can see for myself how the house is doing. -Mr. Stott's monthly newsletter is entertaining and informative about goings-on in HI, both property-wise and generally. I was honestly surprised to see any less-than-5-star reviews here. I can only guess that some disgruntled former tenants were unhappy with Stott enforcing contractual obligations agreed to by both parties. I always refer my HI friends, both homeowners and potential renters, to Stott, and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work! read more
