    Thank you for taking the time to help me with my spa water. I recently had to stop going into my hot tub due to the chemicals. Stove and Spa Center helped me get into a chemical routine that allowed me to get back in the water. Yeah!!!!

    I purchased a 2019 in 2018. We were given specks for for placement of our electrical so we followed them for a slab we had poured. Turns out the manufacture didn't apparently provide the stove & spa center with the correct specs for the electrical so they say. So when they came to install the spa the electrical was In the wrong spot. Wesley the owner of this company reworked the system and cut a new input for the Electrical. But what they failed to do was fill the original cut out for the Electoral. So a rat got in and chewed up the wires. We called them and they came out and charged us 700.00 to fix it. Since this was during the covid crisis and local businesses are suffering I said I would pay but they should have filled the original cut out so rats wouldn't have gotten in. This guy literally argues with me after I agreed to pay. Saying it was my fault and that I had said I had a rat problem at instillation This was amazing to me because it was not true. That is concerning and is a character issue. Not to mention he didn't give me any indication he was going to charge me. In fact he didn't quote me anything until he was done and gave me a bill. I suggest you do business else we're . D. Naranjo Update after charging 700 dollars to fix the aforementioned the tub kept tripping the breaker. My brother took a look at it and found a ground wire that wasn't even landed. Another words he left a wire unconnected that was arching periodically against another live wire. Brother point out all the things he did half ass. Lots of loose grounds etc. see picture

    Installer tightened bolt too much and broke it off

    What to expect if you buy a Watkins/Endless Pool swim spa... =The drawings and specifications of the swim spa had all kinds of dimensional errors. We had to rework our custom deck installation to accomodate the as-built unit. I notified Ben Harper of Watkins in writing of these issues on 12/19/17. =Two of the spa corners cracked within months of installation. I showed the Installer (Stove and Spa Center) on 11/30/18; he said he'd have a fiberglass specialist repair them. Never heard from him again on the subject. Cracks are still there... =Original spa VacuSeal cover had deteriorated by 3/26/20. I notified Installer and the cover was replaced under warranty. =New spa lifter cover was installed and, within days, it was tearing at one corner. I sent installer photos, but nothing was done. =When Stove and Spa Center installed the replacement cover, they overtightened two of the lift nuts -- breaking the bolts. I sent Installer photos -- no response. So I had to install new bolts. =Last summer, the filter pump/motor failed. After several weeks, Installer came to install the replacement -- but it was the wrong pump. He had to send it back and wait for the new one to arrive and be replaced under warranty. =On May 14 of this year, I notified Installer that our replacement spa cover was deteriorating. It didn't even last two years --despite monthly saddle soap/303 treatments. I was informed that the 3-year warranty applied only to the originally purchased cover, and that a new cover would be ~$2000. Our experience tells me that it will cost me ~$2000 every other year to replace this cover. ==Does this look like a product that cost us over $20,000 less -- than 5 years ago?

We had to get it in quickly and they were wonderful to help us out. After instillation, Raffi polished it up, helped us with chemicals and he was on his way. I recommend Hydro Heaven if you're looking for a spa.

However, this store was an appliance store. Pivot time! . Well, I also need a new washer/dryer so let's take a look. So I took a look. I didn't have any sales person help. It was offered to me by two ladies. But I let them know that I just wanted to look around on my own and they were both respectful of that. And so I had an opportunity to look at the different washers and dryers, the options, and also look up the reviews on them. Well, my husband finally came to check up on me. By then I had already done my quick research and had an idea what I was looking at. Or so I thought. What I found interesting was that when my husband came in, he and I chatted, and then we went to go find a sales person to see what we were really looking at. I tried to get the lady who had first approached me, but she was nowhere to be found. Then I went and tried to get a hold of the second lady and again was met with no luck. We were about to walk out the door when the second lady did become free, her name was Kerry Jones. I explained the situation, told her we were interested in a front loading machine and asked about a few of the machines. Now coming from a sales background, I understand how commissions work. And I figured that these guys probably worked on commission. That was the reason why I wanted to stick with one of the people I talked to when I first came in the door. After dealing with Kari, I wish I hadn't. She was very opinionated on telling me exactly what machine I should be looking at and what was wrong with the front loaders and a list of negative items to be concerned about. Well, that's great, but that wasn't what I was asking for. And when I was asking her questions, she became very short with me. I checked in with my husband to see if he was getting the same read that I was. He absolutely was. If I'm going to buy expensive appliances, I don't know about you, but I personally wanna know what's gonna be added into the invoice. For instance, will delivery be included or is that a separate charge? Would it be more beneficial for us to go to say Santa Maria for a lower sales tax or is that the same as it is appear? In today's marketplace, we all need to know these things. Kari became very short with me when I started asking those questions. Abrupt, and flushed . I don't know why? As a sales person those should be normal questions. And when I asked her the question of "if it were you what brand would you be looking at? "She actually got offended. What the heck? At that point I picked myself up, held my husband's hand, and we walked out the door. I hope you, Reader have better luck than I did. By the way, we did buy a washer and dryer set. We got a great deal at Costco.

The shopping process was pleasant, welcoming, and my salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When I decided to move forward with the purchase, the salesman discussed the details of delivery and assured us that they would provide the delivery people who would remove the old spa and unload/install the new spa and I would only need to provide one person to be a spotter for their delivery people to ensure the spa doesn't tilt one way or the other. Delivery was very straightforward; my yard was very easy to get into and there was plenty of room. Then, when they called me to schedule delivery, they informed me I would need to provide two people to help with delivery and heavy lifting. I said this was not the agreement and that I didn't have anyone physically capable to help with this. Unfortunately, on delivery day, only two of their delivery people showed up. Me and my daughter were expected to move the old spa and unload the new one, which was something that we never agreed to and were unprepared for. I am a 62-year-old female with a back injury and was not able to help. If you go to the appliance store to purchase a new refrigerator, you aren't expected to have to help the delivery people drag it into your home and risk it being damaged, right? This was my fear as well as I didn't want to become injured and I didn't want my new spa damaged. To make matters worse, the new spa arrived on the delivery truck without any protective covering, plastic wrap, styrofoam, etc. It also had standing water in the bottom and water continued to drain from the jets during the moving process. It also had scrapes and scuffs on the top. There was a yellow hard water line around the entire inside of the spa. There was a sandpaper-like residue on the walls in the entire inside of the spa. The filters were filthy. And then I realized that I was given a floor/show model but I didn't agree to purchasing one. As of today, I am still working on removing the hard water residue on the inside and have yet to sit in and enjoy my spa. The delivery person poured some chemicals from the chemical kit into my spa and left. Considering this was a significant purchase, it was reasonable to expect a follow up call from a staff member to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, the delivery process, etc. which of course, never happened. What was agreed upon during the sale was completely different from what actually happened. I feel misled and taken advantage of. This was a major purchase, and the lack of professionalism, customer service, and transparency is incredibly frustrating. Based on our experience, I recommend shopping around and purchasing from another company.
