Left electrical wires dangling from under the dash and tried to double side tape a piece on my windshield that didn't work, and is not right. After leaving I noticed a storage compartment cover moving. Upon inspection, They had left every compartment and hood latch open. After getting home I noticed my faucet was closed after I had already winterized. They had put water through my system to check a drain leak after it was winterized. Great, honest automotive business! These guys are the BEST…read more While driving I heard a metal clunk immediately proceeded by a loud exhaust sound in my wife's Mitsubishi Outlander. It sounded like the muffler had fallen off the car. I stopped at two exhaust shops, one in Cumming and one in Gainesville on my way back home and both shops gave me different stories of what I needed to repair this. One said I needed to replace the catalytic converter and more with an estimate of $2200.00 The other shop also stated that the catalytic converter ter was "gone" and that everything in back of the manifold needed replaced. The estimate for the work was $1700.00 but they might find more once they got into it. Fortunately, both shops were busy and I would need to make an appointment to have the work done. On the way home I had found CRK Towing who also does exhaust work with all 5-Star reviews and decided to stop to inquire if they may be able to get the work done faster. I am happy I did. This is not an easy location to find and my GPS initially took me to the wrong location. Fortunately I finally found them and stopped. They pulled my car inside and put it up on the rack and then told me it was a clamp that had broken the pipe and they could put a sleeve on with a total cost of $50.00. Ten minutes later and $50 out of pocket I was back on the road and the car is silent. If you are looking for a dependable repair shop or towing service from people who still have integrity and are honest then drive from Atlanta, Chattanooga or wherever and let the guys at CRK do the job for you. He had to strategically maneuver his vehicle around several other cars to get the truck where I needed it, and then he managed to get unloaded and back down the driveway without even messing up the yard.
