Fixed my tire, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, didn't try and overcharge me- just offered great service at a fair price. Watched them treat all their customers the same way. These guys are amazing!!! Excellent customer service! I've had two instances where I had a nail in a tire. (Twice in less than a month) Taylor repaired my tires for free!! They also vacuumed my car as a special gesture!! AMAZING!! I also needed wiper blades and they didn't have what I needed for my back windshield, no problem, they custom made one for the back windshield for no extra charge!! My first experience with Handy Lube was awesome. I took my 2000 Saab 93 convertible to have a noise looked at. They pulled the rear tires off the car and found a vise grip firmly attacked the the e brake cable that was left there by a previous repair shop. I thought I had to have the brakes serviced and was happy that all the noise was some thing as simple as what it was. They could have easily told me something else but were honest about it. We had a laugh. I then brought my car in to have the oil pan replaced. While they were performing the work, they broke the expansion tank on the car...no big deal, I was able to get another one quickly enough. I got the car back and the bill was about $150.00 higher than originally quoted. Taylor explained the difference which was fine with me. the car ran awesome! After a week, I had a noise in the front, took it back and found that the bolts holding the sub frame in place were loose. Again, no problem, they tighten them up and had me on my way in under 15 minutes. For whatever reason, I do trust these guys and would suggest to others to give them a try. I moved to Cumming and didn't have a car repair shop. I called around to get pricing on my breaks and decided to go to their shop. Upon arrival the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took their time to explain things to me and even gave me a tire gauge card. Their pricing couldn't be beat. Today I just needed windshield wipers so I went to a car place and realized I needed my oil changed as well. They offered free alignment check up and then I decided to do an alignment. They gave me their quote and it was double the price of Handy Lube. Steve, knowing I was in a bind and would need to keep my car there since I was in a different city, and knowing that I was only calling for a price quote, still took the time to go over everything with me and give me a price quote so that the company would match my price. They are honest, explain things well (even to a middle-aged mom who doesn't know a lot about cars), and are timely in their service. Billy (manager), Steven, and Allen (Mr. Personality) always make us feel welcome and as if the safety of my family are their number one concern. They were so flexible in working with a warranty from another company and did all of the ground work for us ahead of time. I have asked their opinions on types of cars when looking at a new purchase and feel they have honestly steered me in the direction of a quality car that would suit my family...not a car that would bring them repair service opportunities. I have even had to have tires checked and engine lights decoded where they let me know when a quick fix would keep me safe ... or if there was truly a safety concern. Billy and Steven are always quick in leading their team to diagnose the problem, contact us, and present an overview of the solution and cost. I am a loyal Handy Lube customer due to their friendly and approachable team, quality service, and community spirit.
