Then I tied to make an appointment for a later date and she was so extremely rude I just told her it's okay. I'm going to find someone else. Another instance I had a problem with them was when I brought in my cat who kept throwing up and I was worried. They said "he's fine!" After charging me hundreds for bloodwork. A week or so later he got worse and I took him to an emergency vet and they took x rays and he had a bowel obstruction! The only good thing about this place is a few of the vet techs are sweet and you can tell they care about your pets.

Jax recovered fully. Then when Scout, one of our elderly cats, was so ill that he couldn't go on, the staff made him and us comfortable as we said goodbye to him.
