The folks at Keystone are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Took both our pups in to get established after moving here. Prices are reasonable as well. You do have to put down a deposit for your initial visit, which is a new practice for me but it goes towards your first appt so nothing lost. read more

Had a wonderful first experience at Keystone with our guinea pig. Dr Dulka Macek was so nice, knowledgeable and thorough. Haley and another tech whose name I cannot remember, were so patient and gentle with my guinea. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and friendly! Keystone Vet Clinic did not follow their own information on their website purporting their status as "Cat Friendly Practice" and "Fear Free Certified Professional". We saw a different Veterinarian each time we visited. We had to get care at MedVet for an emergency with our cat. MedVet communicated with and sent the records back to Keystone. No one from the Keystone office ever followed up with us until after the second visit to the ER, 5 months later. This practice consistently had trouble getting blood from our cat. When I scheduled the last appointment, I was asked to give our cat 50 mg of Gabapentin, before the appointment, to which I agreed, and which we had done previously. The person on the phone then told me they might have to additionally sedate our cat. I stated I did not want our cat sedated. A few minutes later, which was 45 minutes before the appointment, someone called me back to give me the option of going to the ER. I told her I didn't want to go to the ER and would keep my appointment. She told me it was unnecessary for me to tell her not to offer the ER when she was just trying to give me all the options, and was much more worried about what she wanted to say vs. my concerns. They clearly did not want to see our cat or us, even though we had been going there almost a year. I called back to cancel the appointment and went to MedVet instead, even though it wasn't an ER, and they thankfully agreed to see our cat since it was a follow up to care they had previously given. It was obvious through our visits that Keystone did not have someone competent enough to get blood from a difficult patient, and it seemed they didn't want to deal with any pet parents that disagreed with anything they suggested or wanted to do during exam or treatment. read more

After they moved to their larger facility a few years ago they became all about the money and extra appointments and extra meds. While it's nice in there, I'm afraid it's not about our furry family members any more for them. Also they missed a diagnosis on my cat a few years ago and she ended up passing away 2 days later. read more

I was a client of this clinic for 1.5 years and found them to be overpriced and incompetent. One of my dogs didn't receive all of the vaccinations he needed and the clinic proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I was on a conference call. They screwed up and blamed me. read more

I truly could not give this clinic enough stars. After moving to the area, my husband and I had some trouble finding a place that treated my cat Chandler like he wasn't just another pet. After a (still ongoing) urinary blockage and a trip to emergency last week, and a lot of reading ratings on my end and hearing wonderful things, Keystone got Chandler in the same day I called for help. Not only are they so accommodating, they show nothing but love and patience for my neurotic cat-mom self and Chandler's even more anxious personality. The reception staff here is outstanding, kind, and lighthearted always. The Doctors here (Dr. Christie, thank you!) are incredibly thorough and go above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns. I never feel rushed or like my kitty is a burden. Money has been tight for a variety of reasons and they always make sure to call before going ahead with a treatment or test and let me know the cost outright, which honestly is shocking because most vets around here don't show the same decency. They truly love and care for the pets they see and it shows. Our other cat seems to be having some ear issues among this situation, and I'm looking forward to establishing him here soon too. I have a lot of faith in this practice. We cannot thank you enough, Keystone, for being truly outstanding! read more

We have been going to keystone For 3 years now and I used to brag to everyone about how amazing they are. We recently moved to Green but we stayed with them because we like them so much. My kitty had some eye irritation so we scheduled an appointment. On our way there we got stuck in huge traffic, I called them and had to beg to have them let us come. The rep on the phone said "ok whenever you get here ." I was down the street from them and they cancelled on me. I drove with traffic time for over an hr and they did this. I will tell everyone about this. Done with them. read more

Wish I could give more than 5 stars, this is a wonderful veterinary office, Dr. Mary is truly top notch, the entire staff including Dr. Mary are so kind and thoughtful, we have gone here for many years, we recently had to put our dog to sleep and the staff and Dr. Mary at keystone were kind and loving and so gentle with our beloved dog and very caring about our feelings as well, I can't imagine going anywhere else other than Keystone, thank you so much to all of the staff there. read more

I left my old vet (the giant one everyone knows in this area) because I was tired of being kept waiting, seeing a different vet than I made the appointment for, and the high costs. I just love Keystone. They're half the cost and twice as good. I've never had to sit in the waiting room more than a couple minutes. I had to have one of my cats put to sleep unexpectedly, and the staff just could not have been kinder. read more

As a new client, I've been very pleased with my experience at Keystone - and I'd say I'm a tough critic when it comes to my pets. I've had a consistently good experience with the veterinarians who really do seem to have your pet's best interest, but I cannot say more about the technicians and reception staff. I have 2 large dogs and one has epilepsy so needless to say we are here quite a bit. They are friendly and accommodating. Any vet is expensive but I think this is a really nice place. They work around our work schedules which is important. Any pets we have in the future I don't foresee us going anywhere else. read more

We needed an emergency visit while traveling cross country. This was the only vet in the area that was willing to fit us in. They were very professional but also very friendly and understanding. They were able to diagnose the problem and give us the proper medication so we could continue on our way. They even called us the next day with follow up information. Dr. Erin was great. I tend to get a bit wordy so I'll separate this into a quick review and an in depth one to appease all types of review-readers! Quick review: The veterinarians here are top notch, and the rest of the staff is wonderful. I always get in quickly with little or no wait. My animals have had some serious health issues and Dr. Eileen has gone above and beyond to get their health back on track. And now for the lengthy one: I have primarily seen Dr. Eileen but I would absolutely trust any of the doctors there to oversee the care of my pets. This is the best full service vet clinic in the area. I must stress that this is a full service facility. This is not a "low cost" vaccine clinic (those places typically receive subsidies and grants in order to provide vaccines/microchips at such a drastically low rate). If you come in for vaccines and your dog has an ear infection, that issue will be addressed and discussed at length so that you are an involved part of your pet's healthcare. Their cost is comparable to (if not lower than) any full service vet in the area. There are a multitude of things that set them apart, though. I am always able to get in quickly and around my schedule. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room and it is never stuffed full of patients waiting to be seen which makes the whole experience less stressful for me and for my animals. It should also be noted for those interested, Dr Eileen practices mixed medicine; meaning a balance between eastern and western medicine (I cannot express how happy this makes me as this is the approach I prefer for my own healthcare). She is certified in acupuncture and can prescribe herbs, and she is very practical in how she approaches this balance. She has done surgery on my dog, and acupuncture on my cat! I love the entire staff. They are genuine in their concern and care for my animals. I have been a client for a couple years now and love seeing familiar friendly faces every time I come in. Do not hesitate to take your pet to Keystone. We recently moved to Hudson, Ohio and needed to find a vet for our beloved nine year old Maine Coon who had recently become very ill. We went with our gut and chose the staff at Keystone. Dr. Christie was our vet for the 1st visit. Her bed-side manner is second to none. She answers any and all questions while taking the time to thoroughly explain diagnosis, treatment and options. Not only was her experience and knowledge evident, but so were her love and appreciation of cats (this is not always the case at vet offices). Dr Christie was out of town when we scheduled a same day/emergency appointment for Storm. We were then introduced to Dr. Eileen Savier. Dr. Eileen is as caring and compassionate of a Doctor as we have ever encountered. We are thankful that we found Keystone and will bring all of our pets here in the future. read more

I would never use this pet clinic again. They do not have the expertise I expect. Most of the vets are young and not experienced . They charge 50% more than other vets and ALWAYS will guilt you into leaving with at least one product for your pet you do not need. I have brought many cats there and after hundreds of dollars worth of product had no results. I have gone to another vet that has treated my cats successfully. Also Keystone wanted over one hundred dollars to put the SAME micro chip in 2 cats that my vet did for 30 dollars. Outrageous . read more
