Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt mass-produced -- it felt like it came straight out of a Polish grandmother's kitchen. The owners and staff deserve a standing ovation. Even with the insane Christmas Eve rush, they were calm, kind, and every dish came out hot and absolutely perfect. Hands down, this is the best Polish cuisine within a 100-mile radius -- no contest.
