His behavior and treatment of his employees was incredibly disturbing and completely uncalled for. I will never support a business owner like this. I hope his employees know that there are a lot more jobs and business owners who will treat them with dignity and respect. The food was unbelievably fresh, perfectly seasoned, beautifully prepared, and so authentic you could literally taste the love and effort in every bite. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt mass-produced -- it felt like it came straight out of a Polish grandmother's kitchen. The owners and staff deserve a standing ovation. Even with the insane Christmas Eve rush, they were calm, kind, and every dish came out hot and absolutely perfect. Hands down, this is the best Polish cuisine within a 100-mile radius -- no contest.
