However, in that time he shored up a leak with a temporary patch and had an estimate of how much work it would be to take care of everything, which ended up being much more reasonable than some other places we evaluated. Adam came back when he had enough open schedule to fix everything and some parts were shipped in. An incredibly nice guy, and just an incredibly fair and integrity oriented operation. All the vendors I evaluated were five stars with many reviews, but Letts was the only one that didn't feel like I was being upsold and he was just out there to help me solve my problems.
