My husband and I had sandwiches from this business for the first time today, and we agreed they were delicious. He had a pizza steak while I had a traditional Philly cheesesteak. Both had a generous amount of perfectly seasoned steak, and the hoagie rolls were wonderful. I had called in our order for pickup. They were well wrapped and still hot even 30 minutes later. Food was decent had a good flavor and was ready before I knew it the hospitality was great I would give this place 5 stars but I felt the sandwich was a touch dry I would consider maybe turning the temp down on the griddle a bit so you're not losing as much moisture and although the food was very good it was just missing something in the flavor profile read more

You couldn't have any two employees working that were more sad about their job. When we walked in neither of the two young girls smiled or even pretended to act as if we were important whatsoever. They were almost disgusted that they had to do their job. We stopped here on a Saturday around 4pm. From the outside, it leaves a bit to be desired, but the inside was fine but didn't seem to have any a/c. We ordered the Philly Cheese steak. They were sooooooooooooooo good! The looks of the place didn't matter as the food is excellent. The steak was juicy and tender and the seasoning was great. While we were outside waiting at a table, a gentlemen came out carrying two pizzas and the smelled heavenly. Can't wait to go back and try another one of their items. read more

Wow. Horrible service when one calls to place an order. Just wow. How can someone get Everything wrong is astounding. After being on hold for twenty minutes, they answered the phone, but was talking to another customer inside their store, so I sat on the phone ANOTHER five minutes waiting to be responded to, while hearing that whole conversation. when she finally did answer, she opened by asking if we wanted takeout or delivery. We placed our order, with delivery, was told it would be about twenty minutes, then got hung up on before being able to pay. Called back. Was told to hold AGAIN. Finally told her that we had just called and was disconnected before paying. Now all of a sudden it's 30-45 minutes because she thought we said takeout instead of delivery, and then she thought we wanted 8" subs. The last I checked, Footlong = 12". Food hasn't arrived yet, but I sure pray it'll be better than the customer service read more

I am always on the lookout for a great Philly cheese steak with onions. I heard about this place and had to try it. I had to go a bit out of my way for their sandwich and had high expectations. All I wanted was the sandwich to take home. When I got to try it out it looked great but was a bit of a disappointment. Yes the bread was fresh and soft and the meat portion was really great. Also the meat was nice and tender except for one small gristly piece but lacked seasoning. I had provolone cheese which seemed to be just a touch shy of being enough cheese which may be just my personal preference. Also I felt there could have been a little more onion but again could just be my personal preference. The price for the sandwich, however, I felt was very reasonable. I would be inclined to give it another shot but only if I am reasonably close by and don't have to go so far out of my way. read more

At near $12 for the sandwich this was a disappointment! When it comes to a sandwich it's all about the bread. Although I'm not a fan of the Frozen and shipped reconstituted Amoroso roll, it would have been a improvement over the tough chewy sponge I was served. I also like my steak fried and not boiled, they're obviously squirting some type of liquid onto the steak probably to melt the cheese. I prefer a Philly cheesesteak a little on the greasy side and not watery , as water ran down my arm when attempting to eat it. I got the original Philly with provolone cheese and I didn't see much at all in the wrap. Wanted this to be a go to place. Cheesesteak was good not great. Pizza can't compete with much better pie venues close by. Burger ordered med/rare was well done. A couple of things on our order got messed up. No beverage prices listed anywhere. They appeared to be busy on a Sunday lunch, hopefully they stay that way.
