I went here for an event. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a very comfortable room for events upstairs (walk all the way to the back of the restaurant and head up).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a nice full bar upstairs, along with comfortable couches and chairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The location is very convenient if you're hanging out in the city shopping, or if you are looking for a very friendly bar with good bar food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor is very warm, and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was fortunate to have a conversation with the owner. Very humble gentleman who is very focused on providing a comfortable establishment with great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's plenty of televisions around the bar (downstairs and upstairs).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking: There a secure garage directly across the street and metered parking nearby also. I'm looking forward to visiting again. Give them a visit.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool vibe and good food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is small and seat yourself and then order at the bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not sure if this is always the case or just on slow times. It's a pretty extensive menu to order at at the bar all the time. On Tuesday they have an all day Taco deal for 2 tacos for $10 and Marg for $5. They also have a pretty decent Happy Hour on bogo well drinks. You can get 2 singles or 1 double. The well liquor is bottom bottom shelf but it's two for $7 so can't complain at all. The staff was friendly and food came out fast and was very good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bartender had the music going, it was fun![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool bar/restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Walked in on a Saturday night before a show at City Winery, gave ourselves an hour and a half to eat-the kitchen was so quick we didn't need that much time. Only downside is they don't have a typical server type set up, so you have to order at the bar. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place had an upstairs, as well, not sure if it is for catered events or for when they get busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was good, staff was cool, would definitely consider returning when in the area.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everything is ordered at the bar. Happy hour deals are very reasonable. The Mac and cheese balls I ordered were unfortunately cold in the center. The crispy Brussel sprouts were AMAZING. The truffle fries lacked enough truffle for me. I enjoyed the sliders greatly. Their cocktails are unique and delicious. The servers are decently quick at the bar and very kind. I will definitely be back for happy hour.

Strangelove's is the perfect place to grab a drink or bite with friends on a weeknight or weekend. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cozy lighting and exposed brick make for a beautiful environment[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and the menu variety offers something for all. They boast an offering of over 30 wing flavors. We opted to just do drinks here, and we were not disappointed. I grabbed a cookie butter old-fashioned (topped with a Biscoff cookie), and my guest grabbed a milk stout. The old fashioned was a fun, sweet take on a classic cocktail. Our bartender was attentive and friendly, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the bar never got overly loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great spot!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This was such a cute place![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of seating and you seat yourself.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Scan a QR code to get the menu and go up to the bar to order drinks and food. Service was quick and everyone was super nice. We got the Cajun fried shrimp with fries and were a bit disappointed- it didn't really have any Cajun seasoning; it just tasted like regular fried shrimp. Overall, good place to stop by for a drink and some bar food!

This is def your neighborhood bar. I enjoy the expansive menu with vegan and veggie options. They have an amazing draft beer selection. The service is chill but attentive. Faster than you think and they open early so best time to hit them up because I can tell they get packed. They do have event nights. I hope they create a gift card option. My vegan Dad and Omnivore Mom got cash to go here to satisfy both their pallets. I would return!

Only good things to say about it, They accommodate a whole Volleyball team and parents on a Saturday night, ambiance was friendly and staff took good care of us. Food was good, very different options and everything taste great. Drinks were also good and all reasonable priced. We will definitely come back if in the area. For now thank you from All kids and parents from Garden State Attack U14 Volleyball team

Not bad. I wasn't very impressed with the sandwich, but the drinks were good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was loud too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I tried the passion fruit and blackberry libations and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. The service was average. I intended to order another drink, but the waitress didn't check back with me, so I decided to leave after finishing my meal.

A beer and one of their LGBT specials for June, the cosmo.
    Laura D.

We've been there a few times just for drinks. We stopped by because I wanted to have one of their June specials. I LOVE cosmos, unironically, so I needed it. I don't think it's still on the menu, but if it is, skip it. It was really not good, tasted like over sweet juice concentrate with no lime bite. On the other hand, the beer is always good and the hard seltzers are usually my thing so theres always something on the menu for me. The atmosphere is good, too!

I sent an email with questions about our reservation and never received a response. The online booking portal doesn't provide much detail, and while the website has a "Call" option, it wasn't very useful. I received multiple automated reminder emails stressing that we needed to arrive 15 minutes early because race times wouldn't be extended for late arrivals, which is completely understandable. I just wish there had been the same level of attention when it came to responding to customer questions. Once we arrived, the experience was much better. They gave our group a private seating area, which was a nice surprise. Our server was friendly, checked on us periodically, and never pressured us to order food. We chose to have drinks only, and it was nice to relax before and after racing. The simulators were a lot of fun, and everyone in our group enjoyed the experience. The only thing to know is that the races move quickly--you only have about two minutes between sessions to switch drivers, so there's not much time to explore the venue or step away without paying attention to when you're up next. Overall, it was a fun and unique way to celebrate a birthday. We'd definitely come back, although probably as a special once-a-year outing because of the cost. If F1 Arcade improved its communication before events, this easily could have been a five-star experience.

Fun experience, but definitely on the pricey side for the amount of actual racing you get…read more F1 Arcade is a pretty cool F1 racing simulation where you get to drive an F1-style race car on various real F1 tracks. The simulators do a good job of making you feel like you're actually racing--the seat moves and rumbles as you go around the track, accelerate, brake, and presumably make questionable racing decisions. One warning: if you get motion sickness easily, this might not be the activity for you. Between the moving seat and the racing visuals, your brain may start wondering why your body is sitting still while your car is doing 200 mph. The place itself is huge, with 40+ simulators. We went on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised by how empty it was. They also have a bar and serve food, but we were there strictly for the racing. We had a party of 4, so we did the team racing option and were given two simulators. Each of us got three races, and the system paired us up differently for each race, so everyone got a chance to race against everyone else. That part was actually pretty fun and made it feel more competitive. The downside is that the races are REALLY short--about 3 minutes each. So for roughly $30 per person, we each got only about 10 minutes of actual racing time across the three races. Once you factor in getting everyone set up and waiting between races, our entire visit was under an hour. The staff was friendly and did a good job explaining how the simulators work and how to check when your next race was starting, so the whole process was pretty easy. Overall, this was a fun experience, especially if you're an F1 fan or enjoy racing games. The simulators are definitely more immersive than playing a racing game at home. That said, the price is hard to overlook considering how little actual driving time you get. We had a good time, but at around $30 per person for about 10 minutes of racing, this is probably a "do it once for the experience" kind of activity rather than something we'd do regularly.

We asked for the toppings on the side because, you know, kids, but WOW. The vodka sauce was delicious, and the pickled tomato concoction that came with them? I could've bathed in it. The calamari was perfectly crisp and came with the unexpected bonus of onion rings, which were ever-so-lightly battered and perfectly crunchy. And once again, the sauces were superb. The boys shared a cheese pizza, half pepperoni, and really enjoyed it. My husband ordered the burger, and yes, I stole a bite--and yes, to no one's surprise, it was amazing. We also ordered the charred broccoli after seeing everyone rave about it online. They were NOT wrong. Creamy, smoky, charred perfection. And finally... drumroll please... the 10 oz. smoked Duroc pork chop! OH. EM. GEEE.
