Strassesport offers automotive maintenance and aftermarket installs. Newly opened, but the customer service is on point. For me, that's a priority. Quality of work is also great! Another priority!!! I took my car here for an oil change and was very pleased. I would recommend this place.

Ivan knew that he was taking care of an insurance claim. He knew he needed to take photos and had to provide me with a receipt with the work performed. And he knew that he failed to do so which is why he dodged my calls and texts FOR OVER A YEAR. He continues to dodge my calls and ignores my pleas for a receipt and pictures so I can't get reimbursed by my insurance company. The body work is good but Ivan sucks as a business owner and I would not recommend. Take your car somewhere else unless you're paying cash. read more

I have my car there since summer last year. I been waiting for the repairs to be done. I was told by Ivan that the car would be close to read this week and I have not heard back. I call and call and no answer. BEWARE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND KEEP YOUR CAR. I have sent emails, had my insurance get involved and nothing. At this point I will file something with the BBB... this is so ridiculous, I need my car. I hope they call me back as promised. What kind or place keeps your car for almost a year and doesn't have a voice-mail or have anyone call me back. I see they post on Instagram but not return my calls. I hope they don't get any new business and these people get held accountable for essentially stealing my car. I will get more people involved, Ivan is extremely unprofessional. read more

Service was subpar, would have been better off going to the dealership. Took months to get basic parts for my honda accord. Called in and was hung up on, had to go in person to get updates and failed expectations. I think it's a management issue. read more

Have taken a few cars to IVAN for repairs of the years and ALWAYS delivers an excellent product. Currently has my sister in-law car in for some work as there are not to many shops that can get the fit, finish and color correct and Strasse Sports in one of the few that can. Being in the Collision industry for years, Ive been to hundreds of shops and i can tell you they are not all equal. I appreciate Ivan and his teams attentions to details. I've dealt with many body shops in the past and none have been able to compare to the customer service and quality that Strasse has done. I have a black vehicle and from what i know, it's hard to color match. Especially it being a 20 year old car. I took my car in for a bumper and front spoiler respray. They matched it PERFECT. The owner is Ivan and a super cool guy. Very easy to deal with. Definitely coming back here for future work. read more

I think these reviews are all fake, the other gentlemen I talked to in the shop had the same experience as mine. The owner acts all nice in person, charges you all the money up front and then ghosts you. It took 6 months and the dents on my vehicle never even got fixed, called the dealership and the exact same parts are actually not on back order. You're better off somewhere else, these people steal your money read more

Had someone kick up something on the freeway and tear up my front bumper.....wasn't sure how the process with the insurance company would go. Ivan and his team delivered in the clutch! Can't say enough great things about my experience. My car was inspected again to make sure nothing was missed during the insurance company estimate, and Ivan was consistently keeping me updated on the progress. I just picked up my one-month-old WRX from Strasse Sport after getting hit on the front bumper. Ivan took the time to walk me through his shop and explain the process of repairing my car. A Porche connoisseur recommended me to Strassesport, as I wouldn't want any old Joe touching my Porche. But Ivan at Strassesport on the other hand, was a real friendly, proactive, and thoughtful guy. Even gave me a courtesy car for free until I got my rental car. Someone collided with my Porche Turbo S from the drivers side on the freeway, need a complete left side fix and paint. Took my MR2 in to redo the door plastic and metal trims for Japanese Classic Car Show and Ivan was very friendly and helpful. Showed me around to tour the shop cars when I was waiting for my car. He even replaced my rusted license plate screws and gave me a new frame without me even asking! Thank you so much for your benevolence Ivan. After telling him what I was here for, he asked me if I was going to wait here for my car and I said I was. I just ended up sitting in the waiting room (I brought a book to read), which was a nice area. AC did take out my air filter and cabin filter to show me how dirty it was and asked if I wanted him to replace it. I ended up declining the offer (because my husband ended up doing this for me. We also ended up going to the dealership to purchase a cabin filter and also purchased the air filter on Amazon). Anyway, in a little less than 1 hour, I had my oil change done and oil filter replaced. The cost was going to be either $76 via credit card, but not including a 3% transaction fee or $70 cash. I ended up paying cash. The price itself is okay but maybe a little on the higher side, as compared to perhaps another auto shop but definitely much cheaper than going to the dealer. Overall, I think the service was friendly and quick. I would most likely come back to AC again in the future.

I immediately felt it was similar to a bait and switch and if tomorrow had not been a weekend where I didn't have to work, I would've just gone with the substitution. Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. This is exactly the reset my car needed. Will definitely be back!

Where they're counting on you not having the willpower to leave if the work has already begun. Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.

Hands down the best Automotive spot in Socal. Whether it's mechanical work on your Euro (BMW-Porsche) or paint and body work. Strasse Sport is a grade A+ location. I've been to many of the premier spots in the area and Ivan and his crew take the cake. Ivan (the owner) has a way about him that is inspiring and makes you feel like you're one of the fellas. Not many owners take the time to get to know their costumers and dude knows his way around a BMW inside and out. He's been in the game for along time so I'm very comfortable allowing him to touch my car and he'll do the job at a fair price which is refreshing. I'm extremely happy with this shop and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their paint work is top notch and I was very impressed with not only my front bumper that I had done (perfect paint match) but with the show quality they produce as well which was stunning. I have many plans in the future and StrasseSport will continue to get my business. Only wish I would have found them sooner which would have saved me from plenty of headaches. read more

Both my 3 Series and A3 have been serviced exclusively by Strasse Sport. Ivan couldn't be any friendlier and informative. You're treated like family. The aesthetics and atmosphere reeled me in, but the attention to detail has me locked as a repeat customer. Last work completed on my Bimmer was front Bumper repair. 405 has no mercy. Strasse Sport took care of it with no issues and cost was less than initial estimate. How often can you say that?! Initial work was collision repair and my Insurance (AAA) estimator already had rapport with Ivan. Couldn't have been less hassle. I highly recommend! Please say Ray sent you. Don't come here, the owners really don't care about you. They'll request your payment early, then they'll sit on your car for MONTHS. When you ask about it, they'll either ghost you or hang up on you. They'll say "the parts aren't in stock" when in reality the dealership has them readily available. stay away there are better shops nearby read more

Not impressed, the general manager was super rude and it took like 4 months to fix small dents with my car even though the dealership had mentioned that the parts needed were all readily available. On top of that they would always dodge my calls, I was even hung up on once. You're BETTER OFF ANYWHERE ELSE. read more
