We were pretty concerned, but Ruben responded right away and said he could be there within 30 minutes. When he arrived, he was calm, professional, and reassuring. He quickly evaluated the system and determined that the fan motor needed to be replaced. I asked whether he would have to leave to get the part, but he already had the correct motor on his truck. He replaced it immediately, and the entire process--from my initial call to having the air conditioner running again--was probably no more than an hour and a half to two hours. The price was very reasonable, and Ruben was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to call Arctic Breeze again for any heating or air-conditioning needs. Highly recommended!

The first mini split leaked freon so they came back to flush and reinstall. I don't use it often, but turn it on periodically, let it run and clean the filters constantly. The unit stopped working after one day. I had to call someone on the mountain to come before I left the country. They told me what had to be done. I called Paul and as usual he was very condescending (maybe it's why others complained of this). He cut me off and repeated a false narrative of what I said. The new workers heard him and they were shocked of how he was so disrespectful and gave some goofy explanation of what was wrong and that it was my fault as I didn't treat it like a car that sits constantly. The workers were shocked when they found the issue (but didn't try to blame anyone). The workers that fixed it live locally and have an incredible reputation. I will never use Paul again. I work in an industry with mostly men and they have always treated me with respect, unlike Paul.

Chris came out and figured out what I needed. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable, in my opinion including a warranty. I was sent an email contract that I signed immediately. Three days later, measurements were taken and I was told the install would happen the next Monday. Brody and Brian arrived on time and handled everything. They installed the A/C, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. I was shown how to use the new, fancy thermostat and they were done. I called the office to make my payment. Done! I'm so happy and so relieved...and so incredibly cool!

I wish I could give Jay's 10 Stars!…read more I read the reviews of Jay's HVAC and knew right away that he was who I needed asap, as my AC had quit working Tuesday afternoon. I called my regular serviceman and his first appointment was 10 days out. When I found Jay here I reached out to him about 6:30 pm left a message, expecting a call Wednesday morning. To my surprise Jay called right back and graciously fit me in the next day, Thursday. When he arrived he assessed the issue, went on the roof and sent photos of the problem, gave me an estimate which I quickly ran by my grandson's boss who is experienced with HVAC . I asked him what the average cost would be to repair my three issues. His knowledge of pricing ended up being $400 more than Jay's estimate. Of course I told him yes and in about an hour or a little more AC was fixed. Before he left he washed out and did a full maintenance check that normally is $85, he checked the air output at every vent which I had never had done before. He checked my filter. He showed me everything every step of the way. He gave me great advice in so many areas plus a few tips for checking to see if there is good circulation from the filter. He gave a one year full warranty. My invoice was so thorough with more information than I think I will ever need, Jay will definitely be my HVAC Company with annual maintenance and any possible future repairs.
