Came here last Saturday to get my car washed before selling it. I enjoyed the streamlined process, they accepting card, and the overall quality of the job they did. The price point was reasonable for a deluxe wash at $17. However, I did not like that their vacuums in the front sat right along where their clear coat and waste flowed down, so I brought a little bit of the liquid with me, so watch your step! read more

I went to Fankies Express car wash today.I found out that they only clean the outside of the car after I was already in the car wash machine, so I had no choice but to let them clean the car. When my car goes through the machine I parked the car to have the people wipe down the car was done in less than two minutes. They never wiped down the whole car especially the bumpers which had dark smudges on the back fender and front fenders so I did it myself and took a rag and finished cleaning the job. A supervisor came by telling me I was using the wrong type of spray bottle to clean the remainder of the bumpers. so he sprayed the rag with the right solution. One would think he would get one of the guys who were just standing around to do the job they should have finished. This my worst car was experience of my life. If you want a car wash look somewhere else. This place is a dud. read more

Went for a car wash(it was ok at best. Could do it myself for the same quality). Got a membership once was told was for a month of service. Haven't gone back in months and now I have to figure out how to cancel this membership because who ever set this up put me down for a year long membership, the voicemail directs me to a website that doesn't work and no way to get in touch with a representative to handle this. Now I have to either find the time to directly confront them or cancel my card. Never going back. read more

Best thing about this place is the self serve free vacuums! With that being said the rest of it is a waste of money! The guys that hand dry your car do a half A$$ job of it. Windows and mirrors are not clean! They do a piss poor job on the tire shine! With visible dirt left in obvious places! Save yourself $20 and use your water hose and wipe it clean yourself!!! read more

For only $9 you get a Great car wash, spray wax and even the rims cleaned. They do a great job hand drying too. You can also use the vacuums for free. I just wish they had tire shine. Everyone there is extremely nice And works hard. Of course, they have more expensive packages too and a monthly. One time, none of my credit cards would work, strange. I only had five dollars in my wallet, so that's all they charged me. Real nice place. Very clean too. I go back as often as possible. read more

A car wash for people who want to vacuum their own car and clean their own interior. Definitely not for me! An exterior only wash is $19. To include vacuum and dash wipe the price goes to $50.00??? Went for a car wash and my car had difficulty going in neutral for wash. I asked for a minute and the guy who was running the wash started yelling. I recommend going to Streamline car wash. Good people not jerks like this. read more

Here's the deal : there's a few car washes around... but I gotta love the one where the owner was out there greeting me and asking what kinda wash I wanted .... They have monthly plans for unlimited washes and also a service that doesn't great job on the inside of the car (45.00). Definitely worth the splurge !! Good spot I'll be back read more

One of the worst I used. Paid $50 dollars and ended up cleaning door cupholders, door dash and seats myself. Dirt on bumper and grill was not removed. I purchased for the highest service that includes interior. For the result, see the pictures I took right after the wash. read more

Well I was in the car wash and my car got bumped by the car behind me twice before I was told I could drive forward. Scratched it. Will be going there today to see if they'll compensate for the damages. If they do they can have a nice review again. read more

It was the worst experience ever ! I paid $60 for the flex service ! I went through the wash and the light to pull out was RED and said wait! the employees and customers were screaming and yelling ! if the light said green I would have pulled forward! There was a line to even get the rest of the cleaning completed ! I did not even wait for the rest of the service! I will never go back again and I will let everyone in Rockaway know how rude the employees were! Does not even deserve one star ! read more

I literally have to drive past 4 other closer car washes to come here and well worth it! Open rain or shine, wow! I am that finicky, pain in the butt, nit picker and let me tell you, Hands Down phenomenal service and results! I bring my BMW M5 and AMG SL Mercedes here without fear of anything less than perfect shine and spotless glistening outcomes! I have wider upgraded wheels and some places could not accommodate this, but not an issue here! The guys and gals are always friendly and thorough! I brought my car in for a car wash along with my infant. The prices were higher than what I used to pay in Essex County! The man who took me in was very sweet and polite. However, when the car wash was finished, the individuals drying off my car/cleaning the interior of my car were super rude and nasty. I tried to ask them a few questions, but they just gave me an attitude and dismissed me. Is this because I'm a woman or because I'm a minority? Either way, this level of service is unacceptable. When I thought they were finished with my car, one man rudely told me, "We're not done yet!" I don't understand why I deserve an attitude. I have an infant and just wanted to get my car washed and take him home. Furthermore, they moved my child's car seat base out of position, which then I had to put back into place -- NOT AN EASY THING TO DO! Please train to your employees to treat their customers with more respect. read more

$40 well spent. Excellent job on the inside and outside of my car. The crew took their time and really ensured that my car was spotless. Even though it was quite busy they didn't rush through their work. I will definitely be back and will recommend to others. read more

worst help ever they play dumb and pretend not to understand english ask them a question and they are like no understand i asked for boss because they would not let me use a blue rag to help wipe down my own truck because they wipe it down half ass cause its not there car i even left a tip i wil never go back again how stupid is that you cant help wipe your own car down because the help leaves spots all over and they dont even wipe running boards down i pulled over to a spot i was in nobody way what bs read more
