Found this little coffee joint while slumming it up in Scottsdale today. I visited a bookshop and did a search on Yelp for nearby coffee shops that didn't begin with star and end in bucks. And voila - enter Street Brew. Greeted immediately when we walked in. Super clean. Super chill atmosphere. Super laid back environment. Plenty of seating to discuss your next big multi-trillion dollar deal. Now about this coffee... I went with the 24 oz. iced mocha. It was probably the smoothest iced mocha I've ever had. Incredibly smoooooth. Tasted like chocolate milk with a hint of coffee. Not necessarily a bad thing either. Was it the best local coffee spot in the Valley? ... I'll leave that up to you. Price was on par with just about any other local coffee joint. BUT it's not Starbucks and as long as it's local, I felt good about stopping here. Go check 'em out, peeps.

this coffee shop was a good find. super quiet with good music at a low volume. cute light bulbs hanging from the ceiling. perfect for studying. I tried the french toast latte that comes with cinnamon cold foam, and it was so good. had a unique roasted taste to it and wasn't too sweet. the barista was super chill. I'd come here again for sure

Great little coffee shop in central Scottsdale with nice espresso drinks and breakfast food options. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice small business coffee shop with good vibes!

I was visiting in the neighborhood and the original place I wanted to go it was closed so I did a quick Google search and found this coffee place. There's plenty of parking out front on the street. Inside is an interesting but comfortable decor and environment. The menu seems pretty simple with a couple of seasonal beverages on a separate menu. I opted for the French toast latte iced. I thought it was just OK. I'm not sure what flavor profile was supposed to really stand out, but it just tasted like lukewarm espresso, and milk. I also ordered a croissant, not heated and it was probably the worst croissant I've ever tasted in my life. I would probably try this place again for other items. The service was friendly and helpful. They have a small retail section as well and plenty of tables for seating and working.

OMG their Busy Bee Shaken Espresso was so dang good I didn't even grab a photo of it fast enough!

I love trying new coffee shops and was delightfully happy I randomly strolled into Street Brew after reading some wonderful Yelp reviews. The service was friendly and fast, and their shaken espresso is just the bomb my favorite drink is their Busy Bee Shaken Espresso with a hint of vanilla and honey. Not too sweet, but just sweet enough. A+++

I stopped by here earlier today with my son for our morning coffee. We were staying nearby at the Great Wolf Lodge and when I fired up Yelp , Street Brew Coffee came up. It had solid reviews and I saw some pictures of a pastry area as well. This shop is located in a row of shops and there is street parking right outside. The inside is nicely done in blacks, greys and beiges. There is a giant mural on one of the walls, a pastry display area, an area to order and then plenty of seating. For my coffee on this morning I went with a hot latte and ordered my wife and mother in law iced mochas. Then I chose the jalepeno cheddar scone for myself, the strawberries and cream scone for my wife and my son chose a chocolate covered biscotti. The first item that I tried was my scone which I thought tasted great. It was toasted and so had a slightly crispy exterior and then a soft interior with a nice cheddar flavor. It wasn't super crumbly like I think of a traditional scone but that didn't bother me. What I didn't get from it was the flavor and spice from the jalepeno which would have been a nice addition. My wife and mother in law both enjoyed their mochas this morning and then the strawberry cream scone was crumbly, as expected, and had a nice flavor to it. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed both my coffee and scones here and would be interested in trying some more.

This was just an okay coffee. They didn't have many options for flavoring. I chose a special in hopes that it was flavorful, but it was just alright. Tasted more like milk than anything. Limited seating indoors and outdoors. It was clean and fast though.

    Trying it.

hidden gem.. In the strip mall behind the other chain coffee place. Very north Scottsdale, cute, clean & inviting. parking can be busy while competing with all the other businesses in the strip mall. there's There's about 10 tables with some counter space. I was pleasantly greeted by Brie, whose personable & helpful. Since I'm not very bougie with my coffee, Brie took the time to explain the various options. service was great & quick, I will be back to see Brie & maybe a coffee.

I appreciate that it doesn't feel overly sugary like some other juice spots. The menu has a good variety, whether you're in the mood for something filling or just a quick juice. Staff is usually friendly and the service is pretty quick, even when it's busy. It's a little pricier than making something at home, but for convenience and quality, it's worth it. Definitely a solid stop for a healthy treat.

After months of being a near-daily customer, I will no longer give this location my business…read more I consistently ordered the Protein Power Bowl with cocoa powder and spinach, spending roughly $18 with tip. As a regular customer, I experienced inconsistent preparation and increasingly skimpy portions, feeling like I was receiving less and less for what I was paying--sometimes very little fruit, missing or minimal toppings, and bowls substantially less full than I expected for the price. I've included Nékter's online menu listing alongside photos of a recent bowl I received for comparison. I repeatedly raised concerns about the portions and consistency and even offered to pay more for a fuller bowl. Instead of working toward a solution, I was repeatedly met with "that's policy," given the impression that nothing could be done, and ultimately referred back to management. What ended my business here was how the manager handled my concerns. When I firmly expressed that I was unhappy receiving what I considered an unacceptably small bowl for nearly $20, the manager indicated that employees were uncomfortable serving me and did not like when I came in because I pushed back about the portions and asked for what I believed was fair for what I was paying. I found that response inappropriate and hostile. I was a regular paying customer expressing dissatisfaction with what I was receiving, and I expected my concerns to be addressed professionally rather than being personally criticized for raising them. On another occasion, the manager was speaking so loudly while training an employee that I chose to wait outside in the heat and eat elsewhere because I found the environment uncomfortable. This has not been my experience with Nékter overall. I've visited multiple Nékter locations throughout the Valley and received fuller, more consistently prepared bowls and much better customer service. I continued coming here because it was convenient and close to my home. My personal recommendation is to go to a different Nékter location. For what these bowls cost, I expect consistency in the product and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, I did not receive that here.

I've gotta say that I've been inactive in Yelp for a hot minute and it takes a lot to pull me out…read moreof review retirement, but occasionally a business reminds me that I have things to say. It's a hot summer day in Phoenix and I love a nice, chilly acai bowl, but my favorite spot is Downtown, which left me to try out Wulfenite. The prices were on the high side, but hey it was the day before my birthday, so "treat yoself" or something like that. This place is next to a pilates or yoga studio... makes sense to have a smoothie/acai/matcha whathaveyou nearby. Walking in, everything looks like it's made of plastic - the "brick", the "stone", the "plants", the "tile", the "wood". No welcome when we walked in either, but there was only one employee behind the counter, so we decided to sit up at the bar top where three other lululemon ladies were also sitting, thinking we'd make it easier on the gal working. The employee continued behind the counter, not acknowledging us, leaving us to admire the really freaking weird tv channel from 1990 that was playing on silent in the corner. She finally advised we use the QR code for the menu (which is using the word "organic" so often that I was starting to question the spelling of "organic"). Anyway, service = not friendly. She seemed super over it. Ok, yeah me too, so we put in our order and settled in while she bustled around for what felt like a very long time. I mostly spent my time accidentally kneeing the rock facade on the edge of the bar and wishing there were paper towels in their warm bathroom. By the time our acai bowls were ready, we'd decided that maybe the vibes weren't as immaculate here like they wanted us to believe and took the bowls to go. After all that time and money, these acai bowls were awfully bland. What's worse is that I was so hungry that I ate about half of it before I finally admitted that I didn't like the thing that my partner paid way too much money for. Well, good thing I said something because he took them both and mercifully tossed 'em. Don't waste your money unless you're only in it for the insta/snap/group chat. And even if you are, then I can promise that there are better choices out there than this to spend your disposable income on.
