I loved this cafe! I went there earlier this week and I loved it so much that I'm even going back today! The workers are so polite and friendly, always serving with a smile on their face. The overall look of the cafe is perfect if want a cute spot to take pictures with your friends or study quietly. Not to mention the food was great! I had the Bananas Foster latte, it was amazing. This is my 3rd time visiting Light Heart in the last two years, and I stand firm on my review... The space is cute and minimalist (this is their OG location that was recently renovated!), and a good place to stop for sips with friends or to get some computer work done (which is what I've done!). There's plenty of wall plug ins for those looking to do work, like me, but also spaces curated for groups to sit and enjoy each other's company. I've had generally good service with the staff here - nothing bad to say! I've had more friendly experiences than the one on my most recent visit, but not a bad thing! I've gotten the same drink all three times I've come here - an iced vanilla oat milk matcha latte. It has consistently been the same, which is hard to find these days! I'd say if you're a matcha snob like me, you won't find this latte impressive, but you will still find it tasty! I'd give it a 7.8/10 - still a good drink, not a deep matcha taste, but the vanilla syrup is super - it is the main flavor of the drink in my opinion. read more

Waited in line for 15/20mins out the door however after ordering our drinks, they did come out fast. Food took a little longer but the sandwich was so good it made me forget haha. YUM I have seen this place on social media so much, so I had to stop by while visiting Arizona. The girls working here were so sweet and upbeat. Stopped by Lightheart Coffee and tried the iced mocha latte and the blueberry cobbler drink. Both were really good. The mocha was smooth and not too sweet, which I liked. The blueberry cobbler was the highlight. You could def taste the berry and had a nice dessert vibe without being too heavy. Super unique. The location was super cute and aesthetically pleasing. First impressions , busy , busy ! I will say the day I went to check this lil beauty was on a Friday and it was busy . I think it was due to the Pilates class next door . I did ask the cashier is it usually extremely busy on Fridays , she said it just depends on the day. Upon my arrival dispute the foot traffic the cashier was nice and greeted me with a kind hello . Light Heart had a very cute clean aesthetic very up to date ! Cute and trendy ! Definitely a place you'd go and post for your Instagram . Also great for meet ups and plenty of space do remote work . Light Heart Coffee has been on my "to try" list for a while. Finally went and now I'm sad I've waited so long! The seasonal menu was really unique and interesting. I tried the Kyoto and rabbit trail because I love Ube and carrot/carrot cake. My favorite things about Lightheart Coffee are the warm, lovely ladies that work there, they have housemade syrups, and they don't charge extra for non-dairy milk. Amazing. Unprecedented. I ordered the lattes half sweet and didn't taste enough flavor so I asked for a little extra syrup that then they were perfect! I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the seasonal menu. Met with a friend here to try this place out & was quite happy with everything. Parking lot was a little packed but people were coming and going. Inside is a bit small but has lots of natural lighting & the ambience is nice and bright! The barista greeted us with a smile and we ordered our Log Cabin Espresso with oat milk + my friend asked the barista for her suggestion. Ended up with the Narnia with oat milk. Both of the drinks tasted delicious and had such a nice balance of sweetness and espresso flavor! My Log cabin was a nice festive drink. Drinks were made fairly quick and we snagged 2 high top seats by the window to sip our drinks. They do have another area that has open seating with tables, where we saw a few people sitting, chatting, or working on their laptops. Overall, a pleasant experience with great tasting coffee. Delicious coffee spot! We ordered the Nisu Matcha, which includes homemade vanilla syrup, raspberry walls, and cardamom - so yummy. I loved that the matcha flavor was strong. My boyfriend got the Sugar 'n Spice espresso which includes dark chocolate, honey, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon. It tastes so smooth and really good. We enjoyed both drinks. I always see a line out of the door, and the one day there wasn't a line I decided to try it and was severely dissatisfied. We got an iced latte with a pump of vanilla, and the espresso itself tasted a little stale and watered down. We also got a cobbler espresso drink, and the berry flavor was good but was dissapoint in the espresso again. I am a big coffee and matcha person, so whenever I travel I always look for a good spot to try. I kept seeing Lighthearted all over social media and many people called it one of the best in Scottsdale, so I had to stop by. I ordered the banana pancake matcha. The matcha itself had a really nice grassy flavor and I enjoyed that part a lot. I will say I am probably biased because Houston has spoiled me when it comes to banana matcha. I am used to places that use fresh banana syrup or banana cold foam, so when I noticed they used bottled banana syrup it threw me off a little. That is just personal preference, not a complaint, and it is totally fine because the drink was still good. I honestly think I should have tried the classic matcha or a vanilla one to really judge it fairly. Overall I am glad I got to try it since it is so talked about. I would return and try something different next time. The matcha quality itself was good, I just think my taste buds are used to a different style back home. read more

I got the Seasonal Apple Crumble and the coffee was good, but I couldn't taste the apple flavor really well. To the point that I had to look up their seasonal menu online to remember what I ordered so I could write this review. Apple is a more subtle flavor so I may have just picked a less flavored drink. I spent $8, on a large iced with oatmilk substitution. Although they have some seating inside, I wouldn't recommend coming here for a sit down experience. I came at 2:00 PM on a Wednesday and it was super busy and loud, no tables available and there was a line. I was barely able to find a place to stand while I waited for my drink. If you get social anxiety stay away. I would say it is worth checking out, but it wouldn't be my first choice. read more

We loved it so much the first time that we came back the next two days - yes, three days in a row! I've seen comments about bad customer service but I had a good experience all three times we stopped by so if that was an issue, it has improved. I tried the berry cobbler drink with matcha and then again but with espresso. It's so good that I had to buy the monin puree they use to have it home! 12/17/2025 A friend told me about a secret menu item called "Princess Cake Matcha" - matcha with vanilla, almond, and raspberry, topped with almond cold foam. I tried to order it at the Gilbert location, but was told it's only available at the Scottsdale location on Shea. Fortunately, a couple of weeks later I was in the area and stopped here after brunch. It was a Wednesday around 10am. I was shocked at how busy it was, and most of the people there looked like college kids. Then I realized they were probably on winter break already. There were just a few people in line in front of me. I ordered the Princess Cake Matcha with almond milk (the default is whole milk). The space is pretty small, so it got pretty cramped in there with people waiting for their drinks while the line continued to grow. My drink was good - I like the combination of almond and raspberry, though the almond flavor was a little too strong, probably because of the added almond milk. I actually like the Nisu matcha more. Nisu is on the specials menu and has vanilla syrup, raspberry walls, and cardamom. Berry Cobbler matcha from the classics menu is my favorite drink from them so far. read more

This was my first visit to Light Heart Coffee, and I really enjoyed it. I tried the berry cobbler latte, and it was fantastic. I've had similar lattes in the past that were far too sweet, but this one struck the perfect balance, flavorful without being overwhelming. It was a genuinely enjoyable drink. My wife and I also shared a pastry that was so good, we finished it before I even thought to take a photo! The menu covers all the basics plus some fun speciality drinks. I went from a very basic Americano. Sign says they just beans from Moxie (which I also happen to love). Coffee was smooth with low acid - a perfect fix. The service was fast - even though there was fairly long line. I love discovering small unique coffee shops and this one was a delightful find! I like checking out small coffee houses and have been to a number of tiny ones within salon suites. Originally this one started as an eyelash business three years ago, they opened their spaces to other small businesses and transformed the entrance into an adorable beverage bar. Just down the halls you will find services such as lashes, massages, nail and more under one roof. Jewelry, greeting cards, jars of artisan honey and coffee beans adorn the front room giving a boutique feel. I selected their "that's nuts" espresso beverage from the spring menu. This 16 oz iced drink $7 is very good. Not overly sweet and not overly strong. In fact, I would prefer a stronger espresso taste but the drink was well balanced between the salt, dark chocolate and pistachio. The service is friendly and prompt once I place my order. This must be a popular place because almost every table was occupied around 11:00 am today. Customers discussing business or chatting with friends filled the air with a warm and pleasant vibe. There are a couple of tables outside so you can bring your furry friend if desired! I'd like to visit in the future for some self care and try their "cherry on top" espresso drink! read more

Storefront is a cute corner spot, parking is jam packed so either come early or be prepared to search for an open spot. The shop itself has a bunch of beauty suites which is super cool, and the aesthetic of the shop is very chic and cute. The place also isn't too big inside, but I always seem to be able to find a table to get my laptop/notebook all set up. My partner and I got two lattes, the narnia and the log cabin. We also got a raspberry poptart pastry, a breakfast sandwich, and a breakfast burrito. For me I thought the lattes had interesting flavors, but the syrups were a little too subtle for my liking. In contrast my partner really enjoyed the subtle flavors. We enjoyed the poptart, it was very flaky and the raspberry filling wasn't too sweet. The breakfast burrito was pretty boring in my opinion, nothing too exciting flavor wise, but it wasn't bad. The breakfast sandwich was very flavorful and the maple flavor added a uniqueness to make it interesting. I'd recommend it. As a breakfast burrito fanatic and because I prefer bolder latte flavors(I might just need to come back and try more flavors) I'm going to give it a 4 but just know my partner gave it a 5. read more
