I've been to Street Disco for dinner and their oysters - and really loved it here, so I was excited to finally try brunch. Unfortunately, brunch just didn't hit the same for me. It was not a busy day for brunch, we came in on a Saturday. Lots of open seating. The staff here are so helpful and they always look like they're having a good time in the back. Our waitress offered some advice on what to get, which was helpful. The Bloody Mary was great, locked and loaded. I really enjoyed the omelet. We also ordered the shrimp cocktail which was underwhelming, but overall I left feeling like I spent quite a bit for a meal that wasn't all that filling. Nothing was bad - it just felt a little mid compared to how much I've enjoyed their dinner service, which was worth it. I understand that their brunch is rotating so it could be what we ordered wasn't it. I still really like this place and will absolutely be back!

I love Street Disco's overall eclectic vibe! It's a great place to hang out with friends or take someone on a date. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The menu has a unique variety of small plates with items you won't see anywhere else. Started with some bread and butter. Butter was delicious but I felt like it would have been better if the bread was warmed/toasted. The lime wings were nice and crispy but a little too much lime for my taste. The wild boar ribs is a must have. They were flavorful and I was hanging onto each bone for every last bite. I finished off with their cheesecake and my oh my was it amazing! I would come back solely for this cheesecake.

Establishment is on the smaller side and there's not a lot of good tables. We were sat right at the entrance, literally a few feet away, so it was a bit uncomfortable especially with a reservation and plenty of other tables? The food was just ok, with the best probably being the Pork Coppa. The acidic sauce help cut through the rich pork. The Cavatelli was decent but they added beans to it. We took a chance on it but the beans didn't really add an element to the dish. Wok Fried Green Beans didn't have any wok's breath at all, tasted like they threw on chili oil and just served it? Meatballs were your standard meatballs and the Little Potatoes salad was good--rich and the fried shallots were a good touch of texture. First time having the Spaghett-About-It and that's a must-get. It reminded me of a softer Aperol Spritz. Service was below average. I ordered a shot of whiskey and the waitress just told me "no." No explanation of why I couldn't or recommendations of how I was supposed to order alcohol there. Overall, just a weird nonchalant vibe from her and it just set the wrong tone the rest of the night.

We made our reservation the evening before. We arrived on the earlier side and were seated instantly at the bar. The bar seating is gorgeous and spacious. Looks right into the kitchen so you can see all the action. Our server was the nicest! The food came out as it was made and it was delicious! We were blown away by all the flavor combos and excited details to every single dish. This was our first time and it will not be our last. This will be a special evenings spot for celebrations and cozy yummy dress up nights for us going forward. LOVED THIS PLACE - WE WILL BE BACK!!!

What took me so long to dine here?! What a gem in the Foster neighborhood. Love how the menu is constantly changing with what's in season. Fresh ingredients highlighting simple flavors. It was my partners birthday and they surprised him with cheesecake and a candle :)

Street Disco is a great time. Came here for NYE and it did not disappoint. The burger, the ahi tuna cannoli, the stuffed chicken wing, and that WiNE LIST were the stars. The vibe and the staff were great. Will consider again for a fun night out in the future.

Great service and an absolutely delicious ice ice baby martini. Just came for drink but wish I stayed for dinner.

We are visiting Portland from out of town, and asked ChatGPT for recommendations near our stay. And this place did NOT disappoint. Very amazing vibe and aura. We did not have a reservation, so we were seated at the bar, and the bartender was very friendly with great drink and food recommendations. For reference: We had the Sumthin Sumthin (cocktail) and Acustic Wine (white) to drink. Both excellent options. For food, we had the Cachapa (Corn Pancake), which was essentially the most glorified and WORTH IT cheese quesadilla I've ever had. Very nice balance of sweet and salty. We also had the grilled black cod: it was buttery, soft and tender. The sauce and vegetables complemented it well. The sausage agnolotti is a pasta stuffed with pork; the flavor is sage and pepper primarily, with a bit of a kick, paired with a creamy and savory kick. We also tried the cheesecake for dessert... JAWDROPPINGLY AMAZING. The caramelization on top is creme bru le esque; it has the consistency and lightness of angel food cake, and the fresh honey is the perfect touch. 10/10 experience. I'm sad I don't live in Portland because I would eat here weekly.

Had such a great experience at Street Disco! Everything we ordered was so good. It's such a cute and cozy spot. Our server was excellent, very helpful in making recommendations on what to order, attentive, and friendly. It was cool to see at the end of the night the kitchen and staff makes and shares a meal together. Definitely recommend this spot and looking forward to coming back

Food was good, but expensive price for pretty small servings. Nice atmosphere, but once again, a little pricey for what it was. For example, the tuna cannoli was $23 for a finger food, and 4 fries with the $34 steak frites.

Essentially it was a house party for well under 100 people with an international DJ at a very reasonable ticket price. Only in Portland. Only at Sonder. The door was polite and the crowd was polite. There were no unwelcome club advances. There was no overselling nonsense and readmission lines. There is an area outside to cool off and converse when the dance floor is steamy. I am not hungry enough to try the food - even so, the menu still tempted me. There are plenty of places to sit - tables, couches, lounge chairs, bar stools. The location is almost hidden, but any map will take you there. Why hasn't it yet?

The ambiance is dark and moody, with vintage touches throughout that give it a lot of character and charm. We ordered at the bar, and the drinks arrived quickly. The food, however, took quite a while to come out. Given how busy the restaurant was, I suspect the kitchen was simply backed up.We started with the burrata salad, which was everything you'd want from a spring salad - fresh, light, and full of flavor. The roasted chicken was slightly under-seasoned for my taste, but the portion was so generous that we ended up taking leftovers home. Reheated with a few sauces, it was still delicious the next day. The White Negroni and wine paired beautifully with the meal, and the cake we ordered for dessert was the perfect ending. Rich, satisfying, and exactly what we were hoping for after dinner. Great atmosphere, solid food, excellent drinks, and a lively energy that makes the place worth a visit.

They have a happy hour from 4-6pm; it's a short happy hour, but it has house onion chips and $10 wine, and what could be bad? (BTW: I see complaints in other reviews about needing to order at the bar -- and maybe wait in line. I don't get it. The bartenders are cheerful and efficient, it's really not a big deal. The only thing I might want from them is a longer bar snack menu, particularly for happy hour; that would make Bar Loon perfect, IMHO)

The focaccia is dense and can make you full fast, but the garlic eggplant butter balances it out and makes me feel less full. It's hard to explain but it just makes me hungrier as I eat - The Young Yellowtail Toast is also a must get. The amount of yellowtail they give you is generous, it's refreshing with the lemon. We got this dish at the end of our meal. By that time we were pretty full, but the yellowtail gave us a second wind because of how good it was - The Gems and Chicories is good only if you like beets. THE BEETS IS WHAT MAKES THIS DISH, so if you're not into beets don't get this. Seriously I cannot stress enough how important the beets are and how it ties together this dish. As I was eating it, I was fairly unimpressed up until I had the beets. I had to kind of fish them out from the bottom, it was like they were hiding from me or something, but once I found them they completely transformed the salad for me - The Grilled Squid and Gremolata was forgettable, it wasn't bad by any means but the other dishes were so good it kind of drowned this one out to be honest - The Corned Lamb Terrine was also forgettable for the same reason the Grilled Squid was. I don't have anything bad to say, it just pales in comparison to the other dishes we had. Ambience: - It's a smaller place, it can fit maybe 20-25 people I think - There's a large floral display in the back wall that I was sitting next to that made for great pictures - I love all the hanging plants and the vases with plants, it zhuzhed up the place for sure. It almost gives a old timey Victorian vibe Overall: I've been to this place twice and I've enjoyed each visit. I do plan on visiting again sometime. It's a great place to meet up with friends for a drink and bites. I wouldn't go on a date here, it's a little too loud, I felt like I was screaming at my Fiancé for her to hear me.
