The chicken doesn't taste "fake" & everything tastes so homemade & PERFECT. Phil, who I assume was a manager of some sort, was so welcoming & made my first time THE BEST. Continued to check in as well as giving a free fountain drink. This place deserves only great review & even more customers.

Chicken was huge and super crispy. Fries are crinkle cut dusted with seasoning. Found that the fry amount was a bit smaller in portion size compared to the chicken. I mean maybe it's the actually serving size but let's be real. Fries are also a main course. So we ordered a large box of fries. The three of us (who didn't eat the #2 meal) killed the fries quickly. Mixed 2 packets of the Dave's sauce (it's like equivalent to 5 ketchup packets) with 2 ketchup packets . Mmm perfect. Saw a lot of Muslim patrons here. I was curious and looked it up. The chicken at Dave's is halal. KFC and chic fil a aren't. Looking at you KFC and chic fil a. More patrons would come to eat at your establishments if you served halal foods. Clearly from my ONE time eating at Dave's I could see that Muslim people like fried chicken too. DUH! Good job Dave's. I mean it didn't affect me in any way but it made me feel good that Dave's did something right. Will definitely be coming to Dave's Hot Chicken again!

He was very satisfied with it. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The manager, Beau (pronounced "Bow"), was amazing. He was actively engaging with customers, walking around making sure everyone was having a good time, helping people throw away their trash, and keeping the tables clean. I really appreciated seeing a manager so hands-on and attentive. The food came out almost as soon as we finished paying, and everything was hot and fresh. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, as they always are when I visit this location. The entire restaurant was clean and well-maintained, including the restroom. The playground was full of other kids, and my youngest son had a great time playing. He described it as "fun," which pretty much sums it up! It gave me the chance to finish my meal and relax while he played. After we finished eating, we ended our visit with an ice cream cone, which was the perfect way to finish our meal. I think this is a great place to come with your family, by yourself, or even on a date. There's a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Most importantly, I really liked how I was treated during my visit. I would absolutely return to this location and continue recommending it to others. Great food, great service, cleanliness, and a team that genuinely makes you feel welcome.

If it underperforms I may go down. I needed a quick lunch near this Taco Bell. I saw that they had the Decades ("We never go, Out. Of. Style") Menu, with menu items from the past. I ordered the 70's Green Sauce Burrito, the 90's Gordita Supreme and the 00's Apple Caramel Empanada. The Empanada was a home run. Super tasty. The Gordita Supreme was poorly executed. The beef was pretty much room temp and the whole thing actually tasted cold because of the sour cream and other cold ingredients. The Green Sauce Burrito was decent. BTW Taco Bell was doing pretty well to have green sauce in the 70's. LOL. It was bean-based and you're probably familiar with TB's beans. The green sauce brought a different vibe. It would have been better if the cheese strands were melted. 2.5 Stars

After looking over the menu, I decided to get the rockin chicken bowl. This dish included many things I liked. There was vegetable fried rice, Peruvian beans, plantain, and the most amazing chicken I have ever eaten. I decided to order the shortbread cookies I had been hearing about as well. The immaculate dining room has a few tables. My cashier told me to take a seat and she would bring my food over when it was ready. I did not have to wait very long. I can't even express how delicious this chicken was it's coal fired and even without skin the chicken was succulent, and so full of flavor. The beans were OK. The rice was outstanding, and the two homemade sauces they provided were creamy and delicious one is spicy enough to provide flavor, but not so much to burn your mouth. The cookies were the PERFECT light buttery ending to my meal. Let me wrap it up by saying I had leftovers when I came home that I offered to my husband. He insists that he will be getting his own order this weekend.

We walked into a restaurant that stays consistently busy, with a lively atmosphere that reflects its popularity. Even during peak hours, the operation feels organized and the staff keeps the line moving efficiently. The dining room is casual and functional, the kind of place where the focus stays on the food rather than the surroundings. The chicken fingers were the highlight of our meal. They arrived hot, juicy, and freshly fried with a crisp coating that held up well without feeling overly greasy. The chicken itself is seasoned mildly, but the Cane's Sauce adds most of the flavor and is clearly designed to be part of the experience. We appreciated the balance of the meal, with the crinkle-cut fries and Texas toast pairing well with the chicken and rounding out the plate. The portions felt generous for the price, and the meal came together as a straightforward, satisfying combination that left us full without feeling weighed down. One thing that stood out was how busy the restaurant remained throughout our visit. Despite the steady crowds, the staff kept the line moving efficiently and orders came out relatively quickly. The dining room had a lively energy, and the team managed the flow without making the experience feel rushed. Seating filled up quickly during peak times, but the turnover was fast enough that we did not wait long for a table. The drive-thru line also moved at a steady pace, reflecting the efficiency of the operation. The menu does not offer much variety, so the appeal really depends on how much you enjoy chicken fingers. For us, the quality of the chicken and the overall value made the experience enjoyable, even if the food itself is fairly straightforward. Raising Cane's may not have the most diverse menu in fast food, but it delivers a reliable meal built around doing one thing well. The consistency of the food and the efficiency of the service make it a dependable option for a quick, satisfying meal when you are in the mood for something simple and well executed.
