We came here today for lunch to celebrate my husbands birthday. We arrived about 12:00 and the parking lot was full. We parked on the street around the block. We were promptly greeted. And asked to wait just a few minutes for an available table. We were seated quickly and placed orders. The food arrived quickly and was a lot of food for the price. I wrote an entire review on this place, but I think it wasn't published, based on how harsh I was. I'll try to be tame, but I think it's important to know that the owner/ONLY server came to a restaurant I worked at and tipped 10%, so this is not a business I will patron if it's my choice. I have liked (and this is a like, not a love) one dish that the kitchen prepared and this was the BBQ brick oven-style pizza. It was a special and I haven't seen it on the menu since. Every time I go here, I can't even finish my meal and it's not because I'm not hungry. I just can't eat this food. For the Snowlfake/Taylor area, this restaurant does fine, but it would NEVER survive in a big city. So, I guess it's in the perfect place. The food tastes like it was frozen and purchased at a retail store and, like I said, I've only enjoyed one thing and I've been made to eat here over ten times by family. I don't want to be a jerk about this either, but the owner/ ONLY server literally will come to your table about 30 times in a meal; this happens every time I've been there and I don't see it stopping. There is a fine line in this industry between checking and making sure everything is a-okay with the food, the service, and everything AND being INSUFFERABLE and ANNOYING. If the owner hired other servers and didn't hog the money, I would've given them a little better of a score, but the food is "meh" and, because I live in the small town, I'm sure I'll be in this building again--unfortunately........... read more

We were here to see the Stinson pioneer museum, which was very enjoyable. Came over for lunch because we had seen good reviews. We were not disappointed! The french fries are some of the best I've had in a very long time. The chipotle burger was delicious. The fact that they would wrap it in lettuce instead of a bun made it extra good. Of course I ate too many fries, so no health benefit there. My husband got the Reuben and really enjoyed it. I don't like pastrami or sauerkraut, but the server said she likes the Reuben even though she doesn't like them. So I took a bite and it was delicious. Our parents got the hatch chili burger, and also loved it. We talked everything off with a milkshake and a apple tart. Also good. And as other reviewer's have said, the staff is excellent! read more

Such a great find! The restaurant is housed in an old Building and the inside is spacious and decorated with car memorabilia. The service is super friendly and the food was delicious and the portions were generous. I love a good fry and they definitely have it and a yummy fry sauce. Bonus, the fries were served in mini-fryers, reminding me of (now closed) delux's fries that came in little Shopping carts. The kids meal came with a rubber ducky which of of course was a huge hit. We traveled to snowflake to check out the splash pad and this was a great place to end our afternoon. Highly recommend read more

I love this new restaurant in Snowflake! They have totally remodeled the inside and it's super cute. We love their candied hamburger, their stuffed baked potato with pork, their bbq sauce on it it so good. Their dirty fries, chicken tacos and the hot mess are all tasty. Wandering through Taylor/Snowflake area in search of a lunching location and found this gem!! Amazing food and amazing service!!! We had their Famous Chicken Strips (definitely earned the title ) and the Jumbo Baked Potato, loaded with much goodness! The chicken strips were juicy with hand breading - coupled with their Street sauce were fantastic! Their fries, potato salad and coleslaw were the perfect accompaniment to an already delicious meal. We were incredibly full so didn't have room for dessert - unfortunate as they looked amazing!! We will definitely back - we have a cabin in Pinetop but it is worth the drive! Streets on Main is always consistent. From friendly smiles when you walk in the door, to efficient and smooth service. The menu so fun, lots of delicious items to choose from. They usually have a weekly special, my favorite is the Hot Mess sandwich. Grilled Texas toast with pulled pork and spicy sausage a tad of barbecue sauce and coleslaw. Comes with fries and a side of potato salad and coleslaw. It's just to die for. There are so many things on this menu I'm sure you'll enjoy. And if the food doesn't blow you off your feet the friendliness and excellent service will. read more

Five Stars! Two weeks ago we went for my birthday. Ordered the Top Sirloin, it was most excellent. It was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. And I've ordered a lot steaks in my day. My wife ate the Turkey Avocado Bacon. I had a bite of her thick bacon that melted into my mouth with great flavor. Because it was my birthday they allowed me to pick a free meal. I ordered the chicken with fries (or you can order a free burger meal which are good too) for a take home meal. Then unexpectedly, they brought out a free ice cream sundae and sang me a happy birthday song. Instead of driving down to Gilbert, AZ at Joe's BBQ for my birthday, we will save the money/drive/time and go to Streets again for my birthday and other family birthdays! We kept hearing about Streets On Main from others who have eaten there. We are from Gilbert and happen to be in the White Mountains for the cooler weather and decided to meet some friends there and try it out. So glad we did! It was excellent! The restaurant is decorated so cute and this makes it very fun. The workers are so friendly, the restaurant is very clean, but best of all the food was amazing!! Everything we ate was sooo good. I would love to try everything on the menu. But honestly the best part was the cute and friendly owner Lindsey. She made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. She went out of her way to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. Anyone even close to Snowflake should give Streets on Main a try...You will not be disappointed! read more

Had dinner here with my wife and two kids on our way from Petrified Forest. We were staying in Holbrook but read the reviews and decided to make the 25 min drive. The atmosphere inside is great. Kind of reminds me of a small town sports bar without the bar - in fact I don't think they serve alcohol (no biggie for me). Decor is cool and the place is really clean. Service was very friendly and attentive. We were seated right away and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were a bit surprised that the staff were not wearing masks - I guess AZ has lifted the mask mandate but we were still surprised (maybe I've just gotten used to seeing masked up servers and kitchen staff but it felt a little weird - I also know that not everyone has the same opinion on masks so I am not factoring this into the overall review rating). We ordered the shrimp basket, chicken sandwich, streets burger and the kids fried burrito. My son loved the chicken sandwich and ate the entire thing. Looked to be hand breaded with a good crunch. The fried burrito was just okay. Not much to it for a kids meal - tortilla, refried beans, cheese. I tasted it and it was tasty but again not a lot of variety. My wife ordered the shrimp basket. A few of the shrimp didn't seem to be cooked all the way through - probably needed another few seconds in the fryer. They tasted fine - just your basic fried shrimp. I ordered the streets burger and was underwhelmed. I figured that for a $9 or $10 burger at a place with such rave reviews that I it would have been a fresh patty and maybe would have been given the option to order it "medium". The burger was thin and uniformly round which makes me think that I was frozen or at the very least just purchased from a food distributor. The patty itself didn't taste like much of anything - not even salt. The rest of the burger had a thick slice of raw white onion. Think an onion cut in half and then a solid half inch slice of onion on the burger. Also had tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and pepper jack (I asked for pepper jack instead of American). The bun was toasted and the best part about the burger itself. Overall the main courses were just ok - nothing that seems to warrant too much excitement. The meals also included a scoop of potato salad and coleslaw - again probably straight from a food distributor. I could be wrong but there is a lot that doesn't seem to be homemade and comes straight from a food distributor. Now for the redeeming part - the French fries were really great! Crispy, thin, well seasoned, I could have eaten three times as many. Super delicious fries. I won't be back for the food and would probably opt for some place different the next time I'm driving through Snowflake. Although the desserts looked really good. The table next to us ordered a pizzookie and chocolate brownie a la mode that smelled and looked delicious. My only regret is not ordering desert but we had to get back to Holbrook. Maybe next time I'll eat elsewhere and try Streets for dessert or a root beer float for the road. Overall, this is a locally owned place and certainly happy to support a place like this over McDonald's etc. I just wish the main courses were a little more distinctive instead of standard Sysco fare. I guess it beats making food and doing the dishes? read more
