We specifically stated in multiple phone conversations that we did not want the red carpet rolled out for us (even though it was part of the package). They confirmed this each time. I walked out of our ceremony and to see a red carpet. Is it that hard to remember to not put down a red carpet? That was the only request we had. Recently used them for a Bears game. They were 5 stars all the way! I had called a few other places and this one far beat out their competition! Not only was their price better. They offered me a flat rate for the whole night, not an hour by hour rate. They worked around what i needed. The limo was very nice, clean, classy. I shopped around online for a couple of days looking for the best price and good reviews for airport service. I asked for a stretch since my son and I were going on our first vacation in ten years. I came across this company online. I HIGHLY recommend them. I called this morning for the reservation and am now sitting in the airport reviewing after my drop off here. Our driver, Jack, showed up twenty minutes ahead of schedule which was perfect as I knew we were going to be in rush hour traffic. I had a lot of stress for over a week and Jack showing up early was a relief since I didn't need to worry about anything. His limo was a gorgeous large white stretch. We rented a white 10 seat limo for our wedding. Stretch Limousine offered the lowest price of the 4 limo companies that we called. On the day of the wedding, everything went as planned. The limo took two separate groups from the hotel to our ceremony and then took the wedding party from the ceremony to the reception. We were TOTALLY disappointed with Stretch Limosuine Inc. on my daughter's wedding day. We were promised a clean limo as on their website, driven by a professional looking driver in a suit. The driver showed up only 10 minutes before we scheduled him and he was in a t-shirt and jeans! He had to clean out the limo before the wedding party could get in. My husband was so disappointed and expressed his unhappiness to the driver and the driver wanted to pick a fight with him! Finally, he got back in the limo and drove the girls to the church. this is my second time reviewing stretch limos... used and reviewed them once in 2011 for my wedding and wanted to add a new one based on my most recent experience just recently. I had a voucher to use that was from a couple yrs back that they accepted and applied toward my pick up at O'Hare yesterday. Customer service very friendly, dispatcher was friendly & driver picked us up promptly. I've consistently talked with Voitek - he is good. I second the "BRIDES BEWARE!" post. I got married on 5/30/15- unfortunately, it was cold and rainy most of the day. The driver turned into the wrong entrance of our reception venue. As he slowed towards the too-narrow driveway, everyone in the limo started to yell "This is not the entrance!" Well, the driver made the turn anyway and got himself stuck in the mud. At one point, he asked the groomsmen to push. They refused of course. Then he told us all just to get out of the car. I had to skip through the mud to the sidewalk in my wedding dress due to the driver's incompetence. The part that irritates me most is that he never apologized. Somehow, he rocked the car out of the mud and drove off, without a word to any one. Very unprofessional. read more

I have been a loyal customer for the last four years and spend on average $3000 a year in transportation costs not including special occasion transportation. I hired them on Saturday night and booked their top of the line Party RV for Senior Prom. The driver (owner) arrived on time, counted the kids and loaded them on the RV. The RV's fuel pump broke so the bus could only travel 10 miles an hour on the Eden's creating a very dangerous situation. I got a phone call an hour and 15 minutes after they left and was told of the break down and they were sending a Hummer limo. I was very concerned for the kids safety and was assured everything was alright. I told dispatch that there were 34 students and I did not think the Hummer would fit that many students. The dispatch said since they were teenagers, it would be fine. The kids were offloaded from the broken down RV and loaded onto the Hummer to go to dinner. They were an hour late for their dinner and an hour late for their Senior Prom. They were loaded into the Hummer and returned. I found out the next morning that the Hummer was only capable of taking 26 students and the kids had to lay on top of each other in their tuxedos and ball gowns for the ride into the city, to the hotel and then home. Instead of sending a larger vehicle or another smaller limo to transport the kids safely, they overloaded the Hummer even though there was plenty of time (2 hours) when the kids were at Prom to make other arrangements. I called on Monday and was told the owner Christopher would call me back, When he did not, I called again and spoke to him. He was incredibly rude and instead of apologizing for the broken down Party Bus and for making the kids over an hour late for their Senior Prom, he got defensive and blamed the situation on the humber of students. I had confirmed the number of students with the reservationist and even offered to get a larger bus if 34 students did not fit the RV. The website said 26 adults and 30 teens. When I questioned the reservationist, she said not to worry since it was an RV and there was plenty of room. I tried to talk to the owner and say then issue was not the number, but the broken bus, being late for prom and not making proper arrangements to get the kids home safely but he would have nothing of it. When I reminded him what a good customer I was and how I have been working with them for years, he informed me he "had better customers". Christopher then told me I "only" spent $3000 a year with him (which I guess doesn't rate as a good customer). I would contend whether you are a first time customer or a loyal customer for 4 years, customer service should be a priority. I had expected either a discount or a complete refund, but the owner made it very clear he did not take any responsibility for ruining the transportation of 34 high school seniors and made them miss an hour of their prom. I expected an apology and for them to make it right and instead Christopher was incredibly rude and made it clear he had no interest in my future business no matter how loyal I had been. I have had issues with Stretch Limo over the years but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt and worked with them on a solution. I ended up having to hang up because he was yelling at me. I went ahead and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges as my only resolution. I think it is important to let everyone know how irresponsible Stretch Limousine and what a dangerous situation they put these young people in transporting them in an overloaded vehicle. I told them if the vehicle could not accommodate to call me back and I would make arrangements for the students but they never told anyone. I can no longer recommend their services and would highly suggest everyone takes their business elsewhere. I called earlier today at about 11:30 am to inquire about car service from Chicago to Notre Dame and spoke to a very nice man named Luke who said he would send me an email with different package options within 30 minutes. At 4pm this afternoon I called to follow up because I never received that email. When I called back in the afternoon I spoke to a man I would describe as terse. I explained I wanted to follow up with Luke. This man was extremely rude; he told me to just look online for rates, he told me he did not have time for my call, and told me I never got the email because it is a very busy business. When I continued to ask questions about different options he got angry with me, he could not be bothered with my inquires so he brushed me off by saying we have no cars available for you, when Luke made it quite clear there was availability. To say this experience was disappointing would be an understatement. read more

My family and I used Stretch Limousine to charter a group of 23 of us from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Chicago Midway airport. We reserved a mini bus with and so glad we did! I was a bit worried at first since we have never used their services before and we are 4 hours from Chicago. We had nothing to worry about, the driver showed on time, the bus was comfortable and our group was able to enjoy the ride. A week later we arrived back at Midway, once we picked up our luggage we called stretch for instructions on where the bus was parked. Turned out they were right outside the door, easy to find. Our driver was great, and we had a brand new bus! I told the driver that our group had been traveling all day and everyone is hungry. He was very curious and recommended some nearby places we could stop. After we stopped to eat, our group was able to relax and enjoy the 4 hour trip home.. Just what we needed after a long day.. Worse place to get ANYTHING! Our party bus broke down the day of our wedding. We got "dropped off" at a McDonald's. It was super hot and the driver insisted the AC was on. As we looked, the only one who had AC WAS THE DRIVER. We were all so exhausted and hot in the bus. WE wasted an hour and a half of pictures, we had to get dropped off at the reception AN HOUR early because the stretch limo they sent for us was hotter than an oven and we were all going to pass out. Must I not forget to mention, the stretch Limo driver did not even ask if we were okay we were trying to set up the music and he didn't care and would just scream "Press the ON Button." The "Manager" was soo rude. I was the bride and had to have my makeup and hair REDONE and I had to spend over $100 to touch up. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE THE WORSE EVER! Horrible.
