My favorite part is that you travel around nine stations so you only have to do each station for three min, mentally that is nice cuz shit I can do anything for 3 minutes. The work outs are a combination of boot camp, classic all body exercises and boxing. I wish there a more boxing to be honest. I mean I brought my gloves I want to use them and use them right, not just fiddle around with jabs and upper cuts. Like don't come here if you tryna get better at fighting, not going to happen. But the exercises I will say are more creative and effective than I could come up with. There gym equipment is nice and they have a lot of it. The atmosphere is kind of intense and I wish the music was a little less hard core and more hip hop. But people put in work here and the staff seems dedicated. I can say this, I don't like working out and I have joined a number of gyms, this is the one that I have stuck with the longest.

I had always believed I had little-to-no physical prowess. Words like, "weakling," "delicate," and…read more"lazy" all come to mind. In the past, group exercise classes like yoga and bodypump held my interest briefly, but that interest would wane within a month. I joined Top Line at the urging of a friend, and within two weeks my attitudes toward myself and my abilities changed dramatically. This isn't a fancy gym. There is no upscale locker room, no juice bar, no supplements station, no tanning beds. It's a former warehouse with hardcore equipment, and it's given me the greatest workout of my life. More than that, it's given me greater physical strength than I've ever possessed, and results I still can't believe. I started out with two sessions a week, quickly upped that to three, and then added a strength program soon after. It turns out that there is nothing more addictive than results. Within a month of joining, I started seeing muscle definition. Soon after, my clothing sizes began to drop (I went from a snug ladies' 12 to a loose 6 within a few months). I was sleeping better, had more energy, and people around me started to notice how different I looked. Top Line changed me physically, but it also changed my attitudes and habits. Through meal planning and guidance, my diet has become dramatically healthier. I have become "that girl" who encourages her friends to exercise, who helps others with food choices, and who can recommend a great protein shake... things that still surprise me. While the equipment and programming is top-of-the-line, the real Top Line experience comes from the people. This is a gym where the coaches and your fellow gym-goers work as a team. Everyone encourages and assists. I never feel afraid that I'm doing something incorrectly, or that I'm going to hurt myself, because there is always someone there to assist and guide. It's something I'd never experienced in a gym before, and it's definitely on the list of top ten things that keep me coming back. Top Line isn't just physique-changing. It's life-changing. I signed up for a free session and it was my first experience with reformer pilates. It is a very nice and wonderfully maintained space. All of the instructors are amazing, but Jodie is expectational and deserves a special shout-out. She is extremely knowledgeable in terms of anatomy and physiology, very encouraging, and a fantastic instructor. I continued at Club Pilates well beyond my PT graduation as I found it physically and mentally beneficial. I work a fast-pace and demanding job during the summer, and enjoy travel in autumn, so I will likely rejoin in the cold months. It is more expensive than the run-of-the-mill gym spaces but, I personally feel, the instruction and health benefits are worth it. Thank you to all the staff at Club Pilates WFB for helping me both mentally and physically during my recovery. 5 stars for sure :D
