I made an appointment because my neck has been extremely stiff. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone, they asked what areas were tight and I told them my neck was the main issue. When I arrived, they asked again what areas were bothering me and I again said my neck (and possibly my hips). However, once the 50-minute session began, they explained that they wouldn't be working on my neck specifically, but instead doing a full-body stretching routine. In practice, my neck was only worked on for about the last four minutes of the session. Afterward, they asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership, which requires a three-month commitment. I also learned that the first appointment is considered an "introductory session." My concern is that I clearly communicated my neck stiffness twice before the session, but the session itself didn't really address that issue. It felt more like a demonstration of their general assisted stretching program than a session focused on the specific problem I came in with. To be fair, the stretching itself seemed legitimate within their system. But it's important for customers to understand what the service actually is. This is less a place you go to address a specific tight muscle or injury, and more a place you go if you want to make ongoing professional assisted stretching part of your routine. If that's what you're looking for, it may be a good fit. If you're looking for targeted help with a specific issue, it may not be the best option. read more

Wasn't quite sure exactly what this place did, but it does exactly what it says it does. I am a 50-year-old extremely inflexible male. Former collegiate athlete with a yoga wife that wonders why I can barely touch my ankles let alone my toes in sun salutation. My biggest reason for signing up is not in response to an injury, but more out of fear of future injuries. I'm worried about my back and my tight hamstrings and calves. If left in their current state will eventually lead to back injury. I want to walk with my wife when I'm 80. So I bring all this history into my session at stretch lab and I had Anthony. He is phenomenal! He is not only a skilled flexologist, but he's also a teacher. It was very helpful and the results are speaking for themselves. I know this is making all of the difference. I had my first visit this week. I scheduled it two days before and got right in at 6pm after work. Jamarr was great. I could definitely see the uselfulness. I was a little sore immediately after but felt good the following day. I will keep this as a supplemental activity after tennis and massage. They recommend once a week but that will never happen. I'm more likely to use it when I'm feeling too tight. Overall, good experience. read more

Stretch Lab is a great way to regain lost mobility, so it's worth braving the Cherry Creek parking hassles to give it a try. Their staff is well trained to assess then assist you in accessing movement you need for safe mobility & comfort. When my initial stretch technician changed careers, I was pleasantly surprised to be assigned to Lisa. Pre-pandemic I was a regular in several of her wonderful yoga classes. She is very patient, caring, and able to adapt quickly, & I love her gentle sense of humor. I've reached my goals & will be trying to maintain my flexibility, but will definitely return if I need Lisa's very capable assistance again! read more

I been seeing and working with Carl at the Cherry Creek StretchLab location for about four months now. He's been great working on both my upper and lower body. Initially, because I've had both of my hips replaced as well as one shoulder (and I need the other one replaced) and I'm a bit out of shape, I was apprehensive especially concerning my reduced Range of Motion. Carl was great in emphasizing that I needed to tell him if any position and/or pressure hurt or strained my appendage he was stretching. After each session I feel considerably more limber than when I entered the facility. Likewise, aster each session he gives me water to make sure I'm adequately hydrated. I highly recommend him. I was waiting a little bit post my first session to give an honest review. My initial consultation was very thorough and I really enjoyed my first stretch. Joshua a very well rounded individual with lots of knowledge on the human anatomy. I shared with them during the intake all of my injuries and limitations, and he was very aware of them during our initial conversation. He showed and worked with me on alternative moves to work with my body. I feel like this investment for self care is a bit pricey, however definitely worth it. Went in for my second session today and we went deeper on the mobility aspect. The facility is clean and the equipment is usually wiped down before and after we leave. Don't hesitate to go! I actually prefer StretchLab to getting a massage, as the body seems to respond better when the change/movement is coming from within, rather than manipulated from an outside source. After a 50-minute session, I am ready for the gym and I feel like I can take on the world. Okay - my original review is below. After talking with the front desk I went back and checked out my original contract. I was wrong it is a 3 month contract (not 2 as I thought or understood) with a 30 day cancellation but the 3 months are solid. Or at least that is how I read it. Still not real happy with being on the hook for 3 months, etc. but it is what it is what it is. I understood when I cancelled I would not be billed again. So there was either miscommunication or ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Really not happy with billing policies and customer service. I cancelled over 30 days ago and discussed with the individual who cancelled my account if I would be billed again or when did my contract end. I was told that I would incur no further charges and that I had two sessions left. I used those sessions and guess what - I was billed again and told that my contract was such that I had this additional month, etc. , etc. because of a 30 day cancellation time - it's all crap. Be careful working with these guys. Very disappointing. read more

I don't know how I survived before I found out about StretchLab. This idea is fantastic- for 50 minutes (or 25, if you prefer), experienced stretchers stretch and massage your body, easing any pain/discomfort you might have and also helping get you into better alignment to improve functionality. Since I started coming here regularly, about 9 months ago, I haven't had any of the muscle pulls and tears that used to plague me and interfere with my workout routine. Instead, I've been able to workout longer and stronger, and with more confidence. Plus, the experience of being stretched is itself fantastic- it feels great! The facility is clean, modern, and professional, and the people who work here are wonderful (and very well-trained- they really know what they are doing). Richard and Jordyn are my personal favorites, but truly everyone I've met here has been very good. Highly recommended!! read more

I have been going to StretchLab for a year and I absolutely love it! My body feels so much better than it did before when I was just doing massage. I rarely get a massage now as the work we do at StretchLab negates the need for one. I have learned a lot about my body and how connected everything is. I work out regularly but am by no means an athlete. Just sitting at my desk for long periods of time or hunching over a computer for impacts my body and I feel it when I am getting stretched. The stretches help reset my body. I recommend this to everyone. I usually stretch with Steven and he is so knowledgeable and great that I really enjoy my time with him. read more

I've visited Stretch lab at least 10 times and worked with a handful of different practitioners since it opened last April. They are all fantastic, but Morgan may be the best. I go because it helps me recover from soreness from my workouts and stress from my life in a much more profound way than would a yoga class or a massage. I've always been a relatively flexible person, but through the Partner Assisted Stretching I find a much deeper stretch and connection to my body. I can go into a stretch much deeper than I would be able to on my own. If I just breathe and let go and let the practitioner do their work, I can literally feel detoxification happening in every part of my body. I feel like I've gained length in my spine since I began this practice--it might not actually be measurable, but even a week after a session I notice myself standing a bit taller and feeling less compressed in my neck & shoulders and also at the base of my sacrum. I am utterly convinced of the true health benefits of Partner Assisted Stretching without needing any further evidance. I would encourage anyone who is considering checking it out to make it a priority. It's not cheap, but I justify the cost because of the therapeutic value and injury prevention. I'm 40 and I want to stay active, agile, and flexible for many decades to come. read more

Stretchlab does not take no for an answer and will charge your credit card for services you no longer want or use. I went to StratchLab last summer. I paid $289 for one of their packages. When my package was nearly complete, COVID-19 cases started to steeply increase in Denver. I called and said I did not feel comfortable going to their facility. To cancel you have to speak with the manager (to purchase a package you can just visit the website). The manger said she'd put my account on hold. I was charged an additional $289 automatically. I decided to just suck this one up thinking that I'd return post-pandemic. However, each month they deduct ~$15 from the $289 balance on my account for the privilege of having one's account on 'hold', seeing these charges month after month really left a bad taste in my mouth. Today I was charged an additional $289 after speaking with the manager yesterday and asking to cancel my account. The manager explained that I need to, I'm not kidding, submit a written request to cancel, which takes 30 days for them to honor. While I have nothing bad to say about the services they provide, I've paid them three times the listed price for the services I've received. I would recommend the stretches, but caution anyone from purchasing a package without knowing the lengths it will take to end the relationship. read more

This place need to do a thorough review of who they are stretching. My guy, was a personal trainer, so this was an issue. These are not physical therapists- so if you are coming here to feel better and if you are in pain, this might not be the answer. All they do is stretch you on a fast serve sort of way, and then move onto the next. There is no physical evaluation at all . I felt worse when I let and it affected my upcoming travel. Proceed with caution. Best to go with a place that cares about your background and why you are there in the first place. read more

These guys might be good... but I will never go there. I signed up and had a change of plans and wanted to shift my appointment to another day. I was outside of the window but they are wide open today. They charged me anyway... which leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I understand charging if there was another person who wanted my appointment and I had taken the time... but they had full availability with several therapists so that was not the case.
