The first time I visited stretch lab, I showed up during their business hours and no one was there…read more It was dark inside. I called and no one answered the phone either. But I know how it goes when you're starting out and if you don't have people booked, then you want to save time and money and be efficient in the way that you utilize your staff. So I gave them another chance they called me as they had been over the past few weeks to invite me for an introductory stretch at their introductory rate, and I booked it and went back the next day. Everything about this visit was professional, and thorough. I was greeted with professionalism with kindness and with immediacy. The greeter, as well as my stretch technician were both very clear about what was gonna happen, and there was no pressured sales pitch in anyway. A lot of times you expect that after being called to come in for a reduced, introductory rate. So I appreciate it that they were not pushy, but they were informative. The stretch itself was fantastic. They start you with a diagnostic activity using a screen that presents movements and positions you to copy repeatedly. Then after they see how you did, they can go forward with the diagnostic stretch session, which is what I had today. My stretch technician was Ken, he did a fantastic job. He was very articulate about each movement and it's purpose. I received a 50 minute stretch And I'm glad that I went with 50 minutes because I don't know that 25 minutes would've really been effective for me. Again, I will be back very pleased with the service with the facility and with what they offered. I love that stretch lab as a partner with my insurance. I would suggest though since this location is fairly new call them ahead of time and let them know that you wanna come in and don't just stop by because they're still building up there Palm Beach Gardens location. But you won't be disappointed once you get in and get scheduled. Another review giving it to you straight no chaser! Enjoy!

So what can I say but wow . The first day I went to stretch zone I was hesitant and sceptic . I…read morereceived the introduction stretch from Maysee the manager of the Jupiter stretch zone . Maysee was very informed and knows her job. She asked lots of questions and then started the stretch . Let me also point out I had major back surgery 3 years ago and crushed my nerve roots have lost much of the nerve in my left leg, causing a drop foot on my left side . Well the day before I came to the stretch zone I was using a walker because of the pain I was in and instability I had . Fast forward I'm into my third week with Palmer and Maysee and it's night and day the difference I'm feeling . Their making a big difference and I can see improvement we very visit . Another thing I like is they ask lots of questions and trouble shoot between the entire team . I've only worked with two of the four in the Jupiter office but I do know. There a great group and all help each other achieving the best for the individual they are working on . Check them out whether you have a injury or just need a great stretch they are well worth the visit .

I decided to walk in with an open mind. I spoke to Theresa (who was super kind over the phone), and she booked me a 6 pm appointment. It was their last appointment of the day, but you wouldn't be able to tell because my practitioner Tarik greeted me as soon as I walked in and introduced himself. Then, I had to fill out a waiver, which took no time at all. Next, I explained to him my problem areas, my goals, activity level, and, most importantly, my reason for coming in the first place. My reasons for going are: to recover from work/exercise, to reduce stiffness, and to increase flexibility/range, and to prevent injury when doing physical activity. He then took the time to assess flexibility and mobility. He explained where I am currently at and what I could and should be able to do. He then presented each stretch/movement right before going into it. During the stretch, I felt very relaxed and at ease. I felt very confident that Tarik knew his stuff, and I wasn't wrong. From tremendous tension relief to satisfying cracks and pops, it was by far the best stretch I've ever gotten. I would describe his work as careful, relaxing, and useful. I will be signing up for a membership that includes eight sessions per month, and I look forward to making Stretch Zone (this one in particular) a part of my recovery routine. Thank you, Theresa and Tarik. You guys rock! For anybody reading this that is thinking about Stretch Zone, you need to try it. Your first time is free, and they take excellent care of you. You will walk out feeling lighter, and if you're like me, you will realize how much pain you were dealing with daily. For everybody, it will provide relief and produce excellent results, but for some, I could see it changing their entire life by allowing them to get out and do more. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

The instructor really changed my perspective on the bad COVID situation and I remember even becoming emotional during the spin class but not to worry because it's a dark room with great music. The class is taken in a dark room with some red lights, you can go at your own pace, and instructors always go over form. You don't have to be scared or intimidated and really this place is like a second home. I am more of an introvert in my daily life but find it very comfortable here at CycleBar. The owners are lovely and all instructors are as well. They usually offer the first class free with packages for family or monthly memberships if you want to go all out and go in every day. You will begin getting better at spin almost immediately. I know I improved within the first two classes. During COVID, I lost about 10 pounds within a few months and all my co workers were shocked once we got to go back into office. My spirit and my body were nourished here I still come in about once a week I usually buy the class packages that go on sale often.

The "non-heated" yoga class is consistently overheated because the room is still set up for the hot class before it. --just a compromised experience every single time. That's not a scheduling issue, it's a lack of operational concern. Then there's the lighting. If you're on either side of the room, you're stuck with a bright light directly in your face the entire class. It kills focus and completely disrupts the environment. This has been brought up repeatedly, yet nothing changes--which at this point reads as indifference, not oversight. The sauna is even worse. The stone floor gets so hot it can burn your feet, while people walk in wearing sneakers--something that's both unsanitary and easily preventable if anyone enforced basic rules. On top of that, phones are allowed, which completely ruins the experience. You hear notifications, music, constant tapping--there's no quiet, no reset, no sense of calm. It defeats the entire purpose of being there. The relaxation areas aren't any better. There's no real attempt to maintain a quiet, restorative atmosphere. Noise carries, people treat it like a lounge, and the "zen" environment they advertise simply doesn't exist. And then there's the recovery area--where cost-cutting is painfully obvious. There's no staff consistently present, so if you want to use something as basic as a massage chair midday, you have to leave the third floor, go down to the fitness desk, and ask someone to turn it on. That's not convenience--that's friction built into a service you're already paying a premium for. All of this--for $330 a month. At that price point, these aren't minor complaints. They're fundamental failures. And the bigger issue is that none of this is new. These concerns have been raised over and over, and nothing changes. At some point, it stops being about the problems themselves and becomes about what the company is willing to tolerate. Right now, it's clear the standard isn't where it should be. Also, I keep being told to reach out to the management team. I have reached out to Susan more times and I can count with zero response. I don't know if this general manager position is remote but in all these years, I've only seen her once. And I don't get a response. So I have reached out to the management team with all of these concerns and absolutely nothing has ever been done.
