I've never tried spin and I'm so glad I ran into Aaron's page on FB! I've been coming here for 3 weeks doing free classes (he is building his business) and it's been so much fun. For someone to not know ANYONE in TX other than my own family, it feels good to come here & meet new people that work just as hard as you on the bike! So if you are just starting- For me being new, finding the place was fine. I had to slow down because there are 2 entrances but he has a banner out in front saying Drenched. I guess it was kind of challenging for me bc I go at 5:30a or 6a class and it's still dark out. Lol When I first walked in there it seemed as if people were already comfortable with one another.. but the instructor Aaron welcomes you with open arms. 10 bikes available. He teaches you the basics of spin & reassures you that you go at your own pace until you get the hang of it. Aaron has DJ lighting & turns off all the lights during the ride but you can still see your way around just in case you need to get off and leave or use the restroom. He provides towels just in case you forget yours. But I recommend to bring your own towel AND water! He has wipes to wipe down the bike before and after. After the ride, he closes off with stretching. The music for his classes are generally hip hop, pop, & sometimes rock. Warning: his music can be explicit but I personally don't mind. I actually like it better that way lol. So this is your FAIR warning. Lol You will be doing some choreography on the bikes. They are not hard but also not simple. The music is there for you to stay on beat. So that means.. pedal pedal pedal! Times for the classes are pretty basic. Early morning, morning time, lunch hour and night classes. To make things easier it's best to download the app. You will leave this class DRENCHED. Have not tried HIIT with Drenched yet, but once I do.. He gave me the number to contact them and nobody ever answered. Then he said he would give me a few months free to offset the price difference and it never materialized. When I got charged double again the next month he said he was "waiting approval" for the free months. It's just not worth dealing with and being stolen from when nobody can help you, so I cancelled my credit card. This is a warning to everyone - the manager is a good guy and yet he is powerless to stop the company from stealing your money. *update* as of May 21 they are still somehow charging me so I had to call my bank again. We reviewed the charges together and I feel stupid - they've been charging me double, sometimes quadruple, THE ENTIRE TIME!! Check your statements people, they're stealing from us!

I called them twice in the morning and no answer. So, I decided to travel there in order to join. I got to the gym at 9:45am and couldn't get in. I waited outside and stopped a car that was leaving the parking lot. The driver related he cleans up there, but couldn't let us in. That I understand. He said the employee who could sign us up arrives at 10am. He tried calling that person, but there was no answer. He then texted him, with no reply. We waited a few minutes then he drove off. He did try to assist us. 10am came and gone. Minutes afterward, we saw another gym just next door (Blu). We went there and joined. It is also open 24 hrs, but staffed only after 8am. I have NO idea when Anytime Gym is staffed, but at a minimum they should post their hours on the door and be there then. So how can anybody even join Anytime Fitness??? There is a sign on the door with "STAFFED HOURS", but the sign has nothing written on it. See my picture! My guess is that you must be a member of another Anytime Fitness Gym to use this one, or perhaps join online? I don't know, but it was too difficult for me, and just easier to go elsewhere.

My home studio is in La Quinta CA and when I visit my family here in Buda I try to take a class. Monica's class was just a great as a 1.5 cardio sculpt! My granddaughter Maddison said she wants to sign up for some classes again. Your studio is amazing! Ya'll do such fun stuff for your members and special theme Pilates classes. I took the 6:30pm hot yoga class and then the 8pm candlelight yin. Both were wonderful and I feel amazing leaving. I sweated, stretched, breathed, and relaxed. All the good things. I needed it! My body feels so much better right now. Thanks WGY for having a clean space with friendly staff :) and welcoming me to practice as a guest in the studio. Hopefully I can squeeze in another class before heading back to Arizona! Fingers crossed.

My boyfriend goes to her as well, and he likes a very firm massage, and she delivers. Meanwhile, I like a softer massage, and she delivers that too! The massage room is in her home and is super comfortable and relaxing. It's got dark curtains and walls, so the room is dark and den-like, with candles and music: perfect for a massage! Always clean, in good condition, and normally people have been great at sharing during busier times! Hot tub is great with plenty of space! I also like the warmer pool which is wonderful on my joints and not as hot as the hot tub. Perfect balance and lots of space for all ages. The lifeguards have always been great and make sure kids are safe and have the right wristbands based on their swimming abilities. Lots of workout equipment, all in good condition! Definitely not substandard equipment. I've never seen all the treadmills in use, and half of them aren't closed all the time like other places. The only machines I wish they would add are SkiErg machines! I appreciate the weights and how nice the other people at the gym have been. Very supportive and patient! I have not used a trainer yet but am considering it! The utilities have always been clean. Sure. The showers need a little extra clean, but nothing super gross or black moldy. I do wish they had dressing rooms separate from the showers, but I'll survive! My favorite thing is the staff. SUPER FRIENDLY, each and every one, and that's very special. Always greeted when I come in and always a farewell on my way out. Fabulous staff! We also can't wait to go out to the outdoor poor soon!

I notice the pool water is checked hourly and there are plenty of lifeguards. Some fixtures in the locker room are a little old style, but so what. They work and some better than newer ones Ive seen in other places. I love the sauna and equipment rooms. They have a lot of treadmills stair steppers and rowing machines. Teachers are available if I have questions. There is a plethora of classes! Even Qi gong- theres exercise dance, yoga, senior fit, strengthening, weight lifting yoga etc A lot of seniors are here and Im loving making new friends with active people my age. Ive been a member for only two months and my body definately stronger and Im sleeping better. I now have days when I feel fantastic and not just okay. I make it a point to go work out 3-4 times a week. Also theres a basketball court and other games. Im so glad I joined! Thank you YMCA staff- keep up the good work!

I've taken a lot of pilates classes and since there's no main certification authority (like Yoga) you never know what you're getting. I wasn't familiar with Club Pilates training and how stringent it is, but as someone with a lot of weird health conditions needing modifications, I've really appreciated the instructors and how knowledgeable they all are.
