And despite having a spot in the class, they turned me away for being late as the class was full. As they allowed the wait list to take my spot. Which, ok I should have left earlier, so I let slide. This next time, I was first on the waiting list, and I got in the class. But someone who had scheduled to be in the class, but hadn't shown up on time, arrived 7 minutes late! The class had begun, I had already set up my reformer and started working out, but was told to leave, so this woman who was late could have my spot! This is inconsistent and stupid! Im annoyed! Will never come here again! No idea of the instructors and if the class is actually good, as I wasn't able to get to try a class! UPDATE-REPLY : This was the location in Summerlin Las Vegas, Nevada in village square that has Kinderland a couple doors down and La La photography above it. I was 1 minute late for my workout that I had pre-scheduled and turned away - fair enough. For this next class, I was first on the waitlist and was let in after 5 mins as someone did not show up and started my workout and it got to 7 mins after the class started and someone who had scheduled showed up late and I was kicked out and had to go home, so that they could workout. I just felt like this was a double standard, since I was turned away for being 1 min later after I had scheduled. But this woman was 7 mins late and I got kicked out so that she could workout. I'm writing for few reasons: 1. Disgusted that this type of aggression and temperament from any person would be allowed to make a woman feel unsafe at any time inside of this business. 2. The male member yelled and called the other female member the B word and a Democrat over and over embarrassing her throughout this exchange. No one stopped him from yelling in her face. 3. The owners response was that she understood where he was coming from after speaking to him, however the female did nothing wrong to the male member for him to degrade her in such a fashion. For an owner of any business to agree with this type of behavior makes it unsafe for any woman or member of this establishment. The owner gave this member a warning only, which means all members, especially women can be subjected to this type of behavior at any given time. It is an open facility 24 hours a day that should feel like a safe place to attend. In one review you stated that you encourage your staff to reach out to security if anything looks remotely odd, yet where was security this time? My question is are you really going to allow a verbally abusive member to stay a member at this facility KNOWING he harassed one of your members. A side recommendation would be to install more panic buttons at your facility because obviously they are needed throughout the gym while dealing with members that you allow to abuse your other members.

The staff was awesome, I was very confused when I got there and they gave me a tour since it's a much bigger studio than the Henderson location. And there are definitely more doorways to get to the different studios, so I was definitely a little lost at first. Tons of lockers and storage areas. The locker rooms are really nice, super clean, and have amenities for getting ready just like the other locations. It looks like the location is supposed to have a café inside... I don't know if that's something that they're adding in later or was previously there, but there is this little area that looks like it's a eating area (I could be wrong.) there's a lot of places to hang out when waiting for class to start. I took a candlelight Yin with Timberly. And to this day, it's still one of my favorite Yin classes that I've ever taken. It was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was floating when I got out of that class. Super relaxing, she is such an amazing instructor and has one of the best energies I've ever had in an instructor ever. She also did a sound bath at the end of class and it was transcending. I absolutely recommend her candlelight Yin Class! You will leave feeling renewed. I really like that the studio is in a separate area where it has its own hallway that's closed off so you're not hearing any of the outside noise. I also really love that Tru Fusion Summerlin does their fitness on the lawn classes. I do those quite frequently and it is a really amazing experience! And they give you a really awesome variety of different types of classes to try out! The floor is filthy and management and part of the staff is rude and useless…read more I have to clean the floor myself before each class to set my mat down and the wipe (which I am simply using my own hand and a wet wipe, not a powered device) is black with filth EVERY TIME. I have brought the filthy wipes up to the front desk repeatedly, have talked to the manager, and am basically met with either attitude, like I'm the problem, or am given a list of excuses. This has gone on for months and months, and the floor remains disgusting. The cleaning staff does go into the room after each class, but they are obviously not given cleaning products to clean with, or what looks like black soot wouldn't be so easy to wipe up with a lysol wipe immediately after they clean. I've been a member since TruFusion opened their doors, and they used to be great, but since then it gets more expensive, and the quality goes down. We shouldn't have to beg to work out in a non filthy gym. Especially with what they charge for a membership. Our mats touch our faces, and the floor in the rock room is dirtier than if we put our mats in the parking lot. Called corporate multiple times, no response
