At my most recent visit to Ridgewood RHY, they went against their own policy and gave my spot away to someone else less than 5 minutes after class started. I was late due to lack of parking. I've been on the other end of this policy at multiple locations, waiting on standby in the event that someone was a no-show, and had to wait the full five minutes. Ive been turned away before because the person running late arrived at the last second. I totally get it! However, the same courtesy was not extended to me. I'm really disappointed, and probably won't visit this location again soon because of this.

Prior to attending TKD All In, my son lacked confidence and the ability to speak up. Master Kim over the past 2 years not only helped him find his passion in TKD, but more deeply, helped him with his confidence. Seeing my son more engaged and willing to learn and try new things is part of what is being taught here including self discipline.
