Had my first stretch with Carlos today, and it was great! I walked in right at 9:55 for a 10 AM appointment and he was ready for me within a few minutes... a little awkward to be out in the open with everyone else but once it gets going it wasn't too bad Carlos had a great personality and was so easy to talk to... he really stretched out my legs well and hamstrings especially, which felt great. Overall, I'd say it was pretty close to what I expected... I didn't sign up for their monthly plan cause this lab is a little out of my way and I'm not sure that I could commit to it as much as I'd want to, but I'll be looking forward to trying it again when I'm ready for another stretch! read more

I wanted to like this place as the concept seems great and I need a good stretch. I scheduled an appointment in November. Upon calling to schedule, I was told they needed a credit card on file which should've been a red flag. As my appointment is approaching, I call to cancel well within any cancelation policy (don't like to be a no show or cancel 5 mins before). As I'm checking my credit card statement in December, I notice they charged my credit card for $30. I call to inquire about it and they say I can't use the service (forgot the reason why since I already paid) and they will issue a refund. Still no refund. So basically I paid for a service that I didn't even use! That is extremely sketchy business practices. read more

Booked a first time appointment for my husband who has been having all kinds of back issues and legs pains that the VA has been very slow to help him with. A friend raved about this place and goes regularly so wanted to give it a shot as resistant as he was. The online booking was easy and such a great deal for a first time visit. He said he felt good after, but it only lasted for the day unfortunately. He said they really pushed membership on him after which he definitely did not appreciate. The follow up call was nice a couple days later, she did not push any sales on him and genuinely wanted to see how he was feeling. Although it was a nice one time thing for him, he sadly doesn't want to continue along this path. read more

This place smells like sewer, the therapists talk LOUDLY to the patient thru the entire session so there is no peace. All the beds are in the same room and you get stuck with the same therapist for every visit, like it or not! My therapist was always exhausted, at times zoning off and stopping the stretch. I have been coming to StretchLab in Temecula for about 6 months now. It is probably the best decision I have made for myself in a long time. I see Megan, who is wonderful and I applaud her for help getting me back into the shape that I have not been in a long time. I am 72 years old. Not only has my golf game improved, but also my sex life. I can also get into the Lotus position and do a complete split, which I have not been able to do in years. The Stretchlab in Temecula is a perfect example of how a good business model can be ruined by bad management. I am referring to the awful experience I had with the current manager, Kaylee, and a former staff member named Maddie. I replied to a Facebook ad and they called me back for a discounted trial session. I had to cancel the first visit because I contracted Covid-19. My health was not fully recovered for a while afterward and I updated them about that. One day, Maddie calls me saying my session is about to expire if I don't come in, even though they initially told me my session does not expire. Kaylee's process is a lot like being a used car salesperson. She promises the moon and stars to have you sign up for a 3-month commitment contract. After I officially became a member, things went downhill. 1.) It was very hard to obtain appointments even though they aggressively try to get new clients. 2.) The rescheduling system is counterintuitive because when you cancel, the make-up sessions are not immediately applied to the next session. You have to wait until a future spot comes up for that make-up session to be applied instead of having it applied to your next session. This was NOT explained to me right off the bat. Kaylee did a poor job in explaining their rescheduling process. 3.) Even though I confirmed an appointment, they canceled due to miscommunication. However, that was not my main gripe. When I showed up for that appointment, I thought I was going to be checked in right away as usual. Instead, I literally waited almost 20 minutes for Kaylee to acknowledge me even though I was a few feet away from her. Instead, she was focused on making new client sales calls. She didn't even pay attention to me between her calls. 4.) I kept asking her to explain how my credits were applied. As her explanation, she wrote dates on a paper without labeling which sessions were regular sessions vs. makeup sessions. A disturbing point is they will say something different to each customer. I saw the notes on my account because it was shown to me and the computer said different policies should be communicated to me. 5.) I asked for a copy of my written contract because their communication was unclear. I told them that I didn't want to continue after the 3-month contract. In response to my inquiry, she said I can end our contract early instead of properly addressing my concerns. I took that offer right away because of my bad experience. According to another staff member, Kaylee was nervous that I asked for the contract since I told them my lawyer should look it over. 6.) A week later, another staff member named Rebecca was able to answer my questions succinctly without nondescriptive explanations like Kaylee. She also was able to empathize with my concerns and was really responsive to my needs. Rebecca's approach to customer service to maintain clients should be emulated in this establishment. In comparison, Kaylee seemed to be more interested in making membership sales for residual revenue. 7.) I will say that the stretchologists or therapists are really nice and good at what they do which is why I added another star. However, my experience with Kaylee ruined my whole experience. read more

Went in to get an "assist" stretch. It was amazing and I was shocked how good it made me feel afterward. The place isnt open yet and they were stretching in a trailer so that was a bit awkward but it is temporary. I wasnt impressed by the sales person that was on duty as she was really rude to the staff and in front of me (hello i am a potential customer). I think if they put in place a friendly salesperson (This girl was a teenager) that has more customer service skills that would help. Will try them again when they open. read more

Steer clear of this one, for many reasons. I rarely take the time to write a review for a bad experience. I simply don't go back if it was not good. It has to be very bad indeed if I am going to take the time. Reason #1 - Old school shady contract schemas I wanted to try out this concept as I have mobility issues on my left side and have been looking at options to mitigate such as yoga, massage, etc. If all you do is stretching, you should be good at it right? I was willing to give it a shot and when talking to the front desk when I went in for an initial stretch I made the mistake of taking them at their word when I asked questions instead of deep diving into agreement. When I asked how the monthly program worked I was told it was usually a 3 month term but that I could cancel effective immediately at any time. I explicitly asked TWICE if I could cancel at any time if it wasn't for me. The representative responded in the affirmative but with the stipulation that I had to provide 30 days notice. That seemed excessive but sure. It turns out this is not the case, you absolutely cannot cancel at any time and are locked in. I understand the intention but this is an old business model and a bad one and will alienate customers. Buyer beware. Reason #2 - The service itself was highly inconsistent and not performed well I feel badly for writing this, as the employees who helped me were very nice, but honestly, I get much more out of just stretching on my own at home or with a partner and it is free. On my last visit which was a 50 mn session I barely had any stretching at all and my upper body was missed entirely. In my previous sessions there were a few good hits, but usually it just wasn't right. Reason #3 - At least right now, everyone is sick. I counted 5 people with bad colds and a couple with coughs. During one session the employee had to keep stopping to cough. This made me wince because I have two under two at home including an infant and while a cough won't bother me, its different for the young ones. If you are sick don't come in to work and get your clients sick. Reason #4 - Not a good value Spend your money however you want, but there are other services that provide more return on investment and frankly, I can get almost the same quality of stretch on my own. I started going to StretchLab a few months ago as part of a self rehab treatment for neuropathy. I have some history with yoga and stretching and read about positive results for neuropathy patients - so I signed up. Overall, StretchLab Temecula is clean and professional and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their "flexoligists". The front desk staff is also very helpful as well. I think everyone there enjoys what they do and helping people. For me, the neuropathy is way down and I think the stretching is a huge part of that. It is also interesting the wide variety of people who go there, including kids, athletes, and people like me looking to improve range of motion. I do think it helps to stretch at least once or twice a week and assisted stretching is the quickest way to get results. If that speaks to you, this is your place. : ) read more

I had seen ads for StretchLab Temecula and was highly skeptic. However, I took a leap of faith and went in for the initial consult and stretch. First off, those 50 minutes went by quickly. They listened to my aches and pains and truly helped me. I was super nervous because of prior injuries I have. But I have to tell you, that I cannot wait to return. We never exceeded too much into a stretch for the first session. I was soar the next day but felt absolutely amazing after. It's exactly what I needed being a Road Warrior and living on planes. Stretch Lab Temecula is AMAZING!! I am very physically active, but while I am very active, my body is extremely tight because I have mild Cerebral Palsy. I walked into Stretch Lab to get information and to explain my situation. Once I had my intro stretch, July 8, 2021, there was no turning back for me. I go once a week for 50 minutes and it has changed my body for the better!! I am still tight but I have become more flexible and over time have had to "relearn" how to walk because of the increase in flexibility. Before stretch, I was only able to workout 4-5 days a week, but now I can do something seven days a week. Starting stretch was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Everyone in the studio is so nice and welcoming. The flexologists are awesome. They get to know you and always want to do what is best for your body. I have a standing appointment with Matt but the other flexologists that I have had are also very in tune with my body. Family members saw what Stretch Lab was doing for me and now my Dad goes once a week. I cannot say enough about what this place has done for me. I look forward to going every week. read more
