Got to be the worst experience ever. I just bought new tires and they place I bought my tires from gave me a voucher to get an alignment at no cost. We all know that the speed limit in Houston doesn't exceed 65, so I went out of town and speed limit is 75 and my steering wheel and wheels are shaking. I took it to he place where I bought my tires and they said that the tow and chamber was not aligned correctly. So I called Pep boys and the manager tells me it's not covered under a warrant. How was I to know my alignment was not done correctly if I don't travel over 60 miles per hour !!!! read more

As a women it's imperative to patronize car service businesses that are transparent, honest, friendly, allow me to ask as many questions as needed until I comprehend and this location went above and beyond expectations. I came to check to see if I needed new brake pads after hearing a few squeak noises but happy to report detailed diagnostic testing I didn't need new pads but I did need my tires rotated which I happily allowed! I attempted to change the oil in my car myself but the drain plug was on extremely tight. So I decided to let a professional change my oil. I brought my car to Just Brakes and they were able to get the drain plug off with ease! They even gave me a discount for bringing in my own filter. horrible. absolutely horrible. i call a week before and was told it would be $50 to switch out tires, i come there, they service my car right away and then an hour into waiting they only had 2 tires off. 30 min later, i'm finally ready to go, and i have to pay $140..... i could've driven 5 more min down the road and paid $70 total and waited probably 30 min. if you want a place where workers ask customers for drug dealer number and for them to ruin your $90 floor mats, then come here!!!!!! read more

I suppose for oil changes or tire rotations this shop would be fine, I would not recommend trusting them with any large repairs, because if something goes wrong they don't accept responsibility. brought my truck here to fix a wheel bearing. It was not cheap, i paid close to $700 which according to my research i suspected might be the case. Okay, but in the process of repairing the wheel the mechanic broke the center cap and the ABS sensor. They would not accept responsibility for the damages, management had to get involved. I was accused of being a liar etc... I trusted them with my vehicle, paid a substantial amount of money and to be treated so badly it was upsetting. After a few days of complaining and threatening the manager finally agreed to fix the damages they caused if I go buy the parts, give them a receipt and they would reimburse me! Didn't sound like something I wanted or should have to do. I found the part online at a auto part store, showed them the cost ($79.00 by the way) remember I already have paid the $700. The first thing they say is the picture is fake! WHY!! I was about to lose it. They finally go get the part themselves after I refuse, and fix what they messed up. As a final insult they left my floor mats filthy from greasy work boots! Ummm..."Just Brakes" is just awful. read more

Amazing service and they did their job at fixing my cv axles! I would recommend all of my family, friends and co-workers to this location. All they offer free coffee and water while you wait. Great customer service and everyone is down to Earth! The mechanics are honest, respectful and loyal at the same time. I give them a 3 because they did go down a bit on the pricing but I believe that I was given mediocre service because I asked for a price break. I had my rear brakes replaced and an oil change. My receipt states that a tire rotation was done but it wasn't. My fault for not asking what the details of the oil change was because I thought all oil changes came with checking fluids and tire pressure when you rotate the tires. I called to speak to the guy that handled my service but he was out so I spoke to the manager. He explained that things might have been missed due them rushing to finish my car. I never told them to rush my car, I told them I could leave it overnight since I went to visit my mom out of town and wouldn't return until late. The manager stated that they were out of washer fluid and don't rotate tires a majority of the time unless asked to do so. So far no car issues but missing the simple things makes me question if they did the correct process on the larger job. read more
