Only when the installation was almost complete were we told that the new unit could not be used for an additional 48 hours after installation. Further, while the tech reviewed the tub's operation with my husband, he made no attempt to include me; I heard what was going on and got up and went in so that we would both get the orientation. After the gung-ho sales pitch and the "super discounts" we supposedly got by signing up immediately, I am not sure this was a good choice or will provide good value. The stink from the caulking, even after 24 hours of leaving the bathroom door closed and running the ventilation fan continuously, is so bad that it renders the entire (main) bathroom unusable at the moment. Not to mention that the shower curtain rod was removed but not replaced; apparently we will have to do that ourselves.
