I absolutely loved this class! My friends and I were in Vegas for the weekend, and decided to purchase the VIP package (includes 75 min class, complimentary cocktail & admission to Chippendales). Our instructor Koree was fun, friendly & encouraged everyone to unleash their inner stripper. She taught us a lap dance routine & a few pole dances and even took the time to contact everybody personally to give us some pointers. I booked this class as part of a bachelorette party and it was one of the highlights of our Vegas trip! Our instructor (I'm so sorry I forgot your name but you have about shoulder length blonde hair) was the sweetest and most down to earth stripping instructor you could meet! She was really helpful and encouraging and helped ease our minds in spite of our initial shyness and reluctance to complete the racy moves. I definitely recommend wearing shorts and heels to anyone who takes this class--it adds to the experience. I have a few complaints, however-- 1) The speaker system for the music wasn't so great...definitely too much static coming through the audio. 2) The drinks served as part of the package we bought had about ZERO alcohol in them. They would have helped with our inhibitions in the beginning. 3) Obnoxious students in the class--they were pretty ghetto girls though and I'm sure if the other students confronted them then a fight would have broken out(I would have hoped that our instructor would have reprimanded them for their rude behavior as they were really loud and obstructive, but I also understand that the instructor is also not a babysitter so this is not adding/detracting to the review) We all got a card at the end that provides some discounts to various venues (of which I have no idea) but the instructor writes your newly coined stripper name on them, which was a cute souvenir. read more

Oh wow... Wasn't expecting to find my inner stripper, but here at Stripper 101 I found her, and shes a beast! Our instructor was a lot of fun and walked us through a lap dance and pole dancing and a whole lot of booty shaking! Me and the girls got down and dirty and had some good old fashioned fun! Booking process was really easy, we called in advance to make a reservation (I highly recommend you do this, our weekday class was busy and I can image its busy on a weekend!). When we got to the box office, there was a bit of a line but since class was starting soon we got in the will call line and were helped very quickly. We opted to purchase the souvenir drink special and were excited to get a giant drink in return! Bar tender was very friendly and fast, we got drinks, took some pics, filled out paperwork (just a short waiver) and got into class. The room was cool, poles all around and filled with chandeliers and even a fireplace! A great atmosphere for the class, dimmed lights and sexy music :) Overall, we had a blast, considering doing a private class for my best friend's bachelorette party in a few months, this would be perfect for that! read more

We picked this class because even though it was 30 on groupon instead of 20 like the other classes, it said it came with a free cocktail and a stripper license. When we got there, though, the box office wouldnt give us our free drinks and they wouldnt even talk to me about it, they told me to call customer support because it was too busy and they were severely understaffed. So i waited on hold for 10 minutes before giving up and just buying our own drinks, because our class was already 20 minutes in. You read that right, they made me use 20 minutes of OUR PAID CLASS TIME fixing an issue on their end. Very, very unprofessional. I tried calling a supervisor the next day to get some sort of refund, but the customer service regarding all of these issues was ABSOLUTELY terrible. Super aggressive employees who don't really care to help, they must not be paid enough. Dont waste your time or your money. The instructor was nice but it wasn't worth the hassle AT ALL. This was supposed to be the HIGHLIGHT of my girls weekend. It was awful! 30 girls and 11 poles in a dark dungeon-like back room of the V Theater. The instructor Vi was adorable and funny, and made an otherwise miserable situation bearable. It was a 3 minute instruction in lap dancing, and less than 10 minutes on the poles. The room is so small I was constantly getting whacked in the face by the women on the pole next to me. Too many women in the room to allow for any 1:1 instruction....they even forced approximately 10 girls to leave the class since it was so packed. And the free tshirt? The ad specifically says that the class is for women of all shapes and sizes.... the tshirts, however, are for those with a stripper body only. They are thin and cheap and not even remotely something someone with 10 extra pounds would put on. It was so utterly disappointing that I felt forced to write this review. The class has so much potential...its just a shame they havent worked it all out. Not a class I would reccommend to anyone.... read more

I almost talked myself out of going but I'm glad I did it- how many other opportunities am I going to get to try out some moves on a pole?! It's a little pricey for a one-time class (almost $50 after tax), although for Vegas the price is comparable to similar classes. You can get cheaper tickets for certain times if you go to the Tix4Tonight booths. They teach you a simple lap dance routine, and a little pole dancing. I was worried since I saw some of the reviews mentioning that people had to share poles since there were a lot of girls in the class. But I went on a slow weekday and there were only two of us in the class, so we had plenty of chances to try things out. The instructor, 'Jane Bond', was really sweet and encouraging. We even had some similar taste in music. The lap dance was a little awkward for me (I'm just not usually the booty-wiggling type) but I could see it as being something fun to do for my husband. The pole was the best part. As suggested by another reviewer, I made sure to wear shorts for better contact with the pole. I'm in decent shape but it worked some muscles I don't usually use, my arms were a little sore the next day! We learned a couple different spins and some sexy transitions. we had kendra wilkinson and she is an angel. but an educator as well. she was so encouraging and helpful. i really felt like i was in a fun class but actually interested/intrigued in the technique. she took every question seriously but added a fun spin to any useful tips. she was even considerate of our hygiene needs. she was also wonderful to watch as well. i think i learned a little more about men. though i thought i knew it all by now. there were 25 people but plenty of space to share a stripper pole. i still have my stripper card. i intend to use it! great price for the class. fun times. ok while i think the class is fun, and pretty cool to try out, it is NOT worth $45. i mean, $45 is a LOOTTTT of money. yes, the stripper is really talented. and i can do fun spins on a pole now. but damn, $45? however, the $45 gets you one drink on the house and mine was decently strong, so i guess that' s okay. ultimately, it's a pretty intense money making scheme. pictures before that you're strongly encouraged to buy. the stripper asks for tips even though she is getting paid for this AND probably paid quite a decent amount AND you just paid $45. and there are easily like 50 girls in there, so it's crowded and you have to take turns using the poles. that's a huge bummer. but, i did have fun, i learned some new tricks and two days later, my biceps are STILL sore. good times. read more

Five friends and I went for a bachelorette party and had a lot of fun! We each had our own pole (it was a weekend afternoon) and the instructor was very good. I highly recommend the class. I cannot leave five stars because I had booked a package deal when I originally made my reservation. The package included a drink at the class and tickets to Chippendales. To get the tickets we were told to obtain vouchers at the Stripper 101 class and take the vouchers to Rio to get the actual tickets to Chippendales. I was assured that there would be no problem getting tickets to any show that weekend and that we would have front, or close to front, row seats. We finished the class and headed straight to Rio. I called along the way wondering if I could book on the phone and save the cab money. The woman on the phone said there were no 6 seats together for any show and that I needed to come to the Rio to see what seats we could still get. The Rio box office attendant was able to get us six tickets together (luckily) but they were not at the front at all and they were on a different night and at a different time than we had been planning. It's unfortunate the way this "deal" was organized. I called months ahead for this reservation and ended up with not very good seats and had to rearrange our plans last minute (not to mention needing to take a taxi to and from Rio just to pick up the tickets). read more

NEVER book with this Company EVER! I booked over a Month Ago with Stripper 101 through a 3rd party. I CONFIRMED a date and time with Stripper 101 to make sure. I was told by the box office yes, and then 45 minutes later a call from Stripper 101 to cancel. I've been excited and promoted all day that I was going to the 4:30 class today. I get a call from Michael at 3:48pm that the class is cancelled to an unforseen situation. After I complained a minute he confirmed I was the only one signed up for today as the reason they are cancelling. Hmmmm... Who gives someone less than an hour notice? I was in the car on the freeway in TRAFFIC on my way there. He mentioned a free drink for the inconvenience! He mentioned private lessons but I would have to pay for that. To keep a customer happy why would you NOT offer this anyway. I have been inconvenienced twice and now my understanding is ZERO. My entire experience is ruined. Then Michael had the nerve to get rude because I said I wanted my money back NOW! Stripper 101 is garbage to me. Thank you for ruining my day and you didn't have to! read more

We laughed so hard and I heard a rip in my pants doing one of the moves that we were roaring with laughter. The instructor can really move - my body is not quite that limber but I went away with more respect for strippers than I ever have before- these pole dance moves aren't easy to do with grace. I loved this class, the instructor was so nice & fun! She explained all the moves clearly & we got to practice them a few times. We did a short lap dance routine & some begginer pole moves& transitions. We were able to grab a drink before we started which was nice to help everyone loosen up. You even got to pick a "stage name" & received a cute license card. I liked the way the studio was set up with poles staggered & lots of mirrors. It was so much fun I've been looking for pole dance classes since I got back from Vegas. The teacher, Heather, was very sweet and made everyone very comfortable and relaxed. She spent about half the class teaching us a lap dance routine and breaking everything down, then moved on to a few basic pole tricks and a little routine, and finally let us attempt to freestyle for a few minutes before performing more advanced tricks for our entertainment.
