Ordered 4 lights and had a valid discount code. I applied the code but somewhere between the checkout form and actual checkout, the 10% discount code "unapplied". When the invoice popped up, I saw it and immediately sent an email. I got no response. Reviewing my CC statement, no discount so I called and I was told that I would have to return the items and order again using the same code (which is still valid). I am not understanding this ?? Hello, I want to share my experience with Strobes n More & the owner of the company. I'm going to try and make this review short and sweet but want to provide the whole story for you the consumer to form your own opinion. So I placed a small order from strobes n more on 10-18-18 I received my package 10-24-18 the package was packaged well and free of damage. The installation was set for 10-27-18. Now, mind you the shop was staying open on a Saturday to fit me in. I bought 2 new plows and a salter from them so they were trying to help me out. So I opened the package just to make sure everything was inside. That's when I noticed they sent me the wrong color strobes. So I decided to call and see if I could get this taken care of. The person that answered the phone basically told me they would ship out the correct lights I would get them Wednesday 10-31-18 I explained to him that my installation was scheduled for Saturday and could they overnight them to me that there was no way I could reschedule my appointment. The person was very rude and said no. So I asked to speak with a manager I was unaware at the time they sent me to the owner who basically took the same stance and was rude themselves. Which if you have or ever do deal with him you quickly figure out. So I got off the phone basically long story short I decided to keep what they sent so I could get them installed on the 27th. And have to worry about it. So I get to the shop the plow guy starts showing and explaining to me the details to install the lights. Long story short I decide not to install them. So then a month goes by and I decide I am going to order another mini bar so I call strobes n more and a lady answers the phone I explain to her what was going and she said to send them in right away and they will issue a refund. She was by far the nicest person I had dealt with so far. So I ordered the other light bar and proceeded to package up the lights I was sending back. So that brings me today 12-13-18 I get an email letting me know my refund was processed I go and take a look. They refunded me the cost my minus 20% restocking fee. So I once again call the company and talked with young man that was very polite and nice. He sent me to the owner's voicemail so I left a message. The owner called me back. I asked why was 20% taken off. The first thing he asked was "did you read the terms and conditions?" Really that's how this goes? Which I did not read them so I wasn't aware of the 14-day return policy for a full refund. 14-30 days there is a 20% restocking fee. Now, mind you while we are getting this figured the owner talked over me numerous times was very rude and not someone I will ever do business with in the future. I wanted to give the owner a chance to deal with the situation how he saw fit. All he could say was I was threatening him with leaving a negative review. I am a business owner myself so I like to try and work disagreements out before writing a review. I will let you the consumer form your own opinion in this instance. While they did follow there terms and conditions I felt like they really lacked in customer support and I will not be doing business again. read more

No where on the order checkout page does it say signature will be required however this is how it was shipped. It also does not say you cant have it held at a access point down the street. The ONLY thing it says is you can't ship to a different state than the credit card billing address. Our UPS account has a shipment release authorization but it says not available due to shipper restrictions. We then tried to have it held for pickup at a access point but that too is restricted by the shipper. We then called Strobes and More and they told us we have to wait home all day for UPS. We have never had this issue with anyone else for such a small order, $1,100. We will never be ordering from Strobes and More again. read more

Purchased Whelen Avenger (AVW12K), online based off product description and provided website information. Received product damaged and/or not as described online and in unauthentic Whelen packaging (filler was shredded Amazon boxes?) inappropriately filled. Customer Service refused to accept any responsibility, refused to provide return label/shipping despite inaccurately (falsely) advertising product and/or shipping damaged item; additionally, despite matter being escalated to Owner (Louis Misto) I was denied any assistance in legitimately resolving issue and was informed I could return at my cost, for potentially a partial refund. Found experience to be insulting, fraudulent and disrespectful; furthermore, a company who refuses to stand behind their products is unworthy of my future business or positive feedback / recommendation. Additionally, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have filed a small claims lawsuit and intended to pursue this matter legally until Company / Owner is held accountable. ***BUYER BEWARE*** read more

The owner is arrogant, rude and very unprofessional. I ordered a light in a specific color combination, and also specifically added in the comments at checkout what exactly I need as a combo. After receiving the wrong combo, the owner Louis called me, after i explained the problem, he refused to work with me, forcing me to dispute it through paypal. The owner of the business actually hung up the phone on me because he didn't like my tone of voice. Shop elsewhere. read more

I had an excellent experience with them, I was upset at first when I found out the light bar I purchased will take longer to get then I expected. I called them and spoke to Ashley who was very professional! She had the owner call me and explain the situation which I understood. Do not buy from this company, I made a purchase back in April and returned it within a week. When I made the return I never heard from anyone, when I reached out to them about my refund everyone I talked to just told me that they couldn't help me and the person I needed to talk to wasn't there. This was the case all 6 times I called them. So I know they have some nice products but this is no way to run a business or treat your customers. read more

i just want to make it known that your company is a fraud, i ordered from you guys since 2011 and have done quite a bit of ordering from you since then, i ordered some hideway led from you guys last december and just got to install them now, they were missing 2 sets of gaskets and screws. called and explained that they told me they weren't able to do anything for me and that i had to pay for them so fine having the truck apart and needing them asap i agreed. well none the less they sent 1 and not 2 i told them i would be willing to pay for the part but not the shipping as i requested 2 of these from the start. they then told me they couldn't wave the shipping and it would be another $14.99. i told them no and that it wasn't fair to me. so now i am contacting you i do not understand how your in business charging $14.99 for a piece of gasket and 2 small screws. read more
