The fact that the staff knows every single child and parent by name is amazing and creates such a welcoming environment. My son did the Leaping Learners program last year and thrived. He learned his colors, how to count, how to color, and how to write his letters. Beyond academics, he made close, wonderful friends in the class. The teachers are absolutely amazing, patient, and caring. The seasonal camps have been an absolute blessing. They offer unique, hands-on experiences that my son still talks about. He was able to pet farm animals, touch a snake, and learn all about music and outer space. He even learned how to swim over the summer thanks to their amazing coaches! If you have a toddler and are looking for a way to relax, workout, or just enjoy some self-care time, this is the place to be. The family membership includes up to 3 hours of childcare per day! This amenity is truly how I keep my sanity as a parent. I would recommend Kids World to anyone. It is worth every single penny!

Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say. I was a little tentative about trying out kickboxing - I had been a long-distance runner in the past and this was out of my comfort zone - but after doing a trial session in October 2023, I signed up on the spot because it was clear that evening that this was the type of thing I was looking for. All the trainers so far have been fantastic, and the ability to drop in at any time during opening hours to get my workout in has been a godsend since my work schedule is a little hectic and I sometimes don't know when I'll be getting off. Being able to get an entire workout done in 30 minutes, and a workout that actually *feels* like a good workout, is also amazing. I'm about 6 months in to getting 2-3 sessions in a week and I can feel the difference in my body. I'm significantly stronger, and in some ways even more so than I was when I was distance running. The monthly price might feel a little steep, but I've not regretted one penny that I've spent at this gym. I only wish I had more friends in the area to refer them to this 30 Minute Hit location to help boost the community aspect of the gym.

I went onto his website and immediately left a message for him to contact me. I was contacted within a few hours. He was so pumped and excited to hear that I wanted help on my fitness journey! I started off by joining one of his group sessions. As soon as I was on my 3rd group session I decided to start with Willie full time, but stepping it up and doing 1 on 1 training. He has also helped me with my meal plan, calorie intake as far as hitting my macros and sets up my workout regime with new workouts every 4 weeks. Within the last 2 months in following all of his instructions I have been able to increase stamina, put on lean muscle and lose weight and inches. With this offer I was able to jump start my wellness journey with my hubby. I started with reformer Pilates. Loved the Pilates mat class with Sheri who is a fun free spirited soul! I fell in love with their yoga classes. First, they offer quality instructors such as Suzy Gill for candlelit yoga, yoga flow, Emily Morrison for flow and power classes, Danielle J who does a mean Friday night power flow, yin yoga and sound with Christine is also a rejuvenating treat. My hubby also liked these classes someone who's not done yoga in the past. Also loved Daniel Heads Saturday hot yoga classes but it was obvious that everyone else did as the class was also SO FULL! Writing an update because the gym has undergone some significant changes since I started. Ownership has changed, as have the lead coaches. Gym hasn't really missed a beat with these adjustments. While prior ownership/lead coaching was great, so is the current regime. When it comes to CrossFit, you're essentially getting individual training in a class format. The biggest variable in any given box is coaching; good boxes have skilled coaches who provide a lot of one-on-one support and a fun, safe training experience. Pam, Johnna and Ryan are the coaches at the majority of my classes now, and they're the types of coaches that make a gym.
