After being on the road for about 8 hours driving from New Mexico and craving some Italian food, we decided to try Stromboli's. It was recommended by the hotel clerk. Instead of delivery, my husband and decided to checkout the place. We were a little hesitate to go inside because it looked rundown and next to an old motel that was being renovated. Upon entering, Stromboli's the owner/cook informed us that it was also being renovated. It only took about 10 minutes to completed our order and we hurried back to try our food. The small spaghetti/meatballs and garlic bread was very tasty. My husband ordered a small green salad. I wish they gave me 2 pieces of garlic bread instead of one. We were both happy with our meal and portion size (except my bread). Price of the meal was about $16. read more

Aside from the fact that I got instantly sick after eating their food, the food was bland at best. Little flavor, the dough was hard. You can tell they definitely cut costs where it counts (canned mushrooms, etc.). Honestly unsure how this place has remained in business. read more

Having moved here from NY 26 years ago my family was craving good Pizza . When Stromboli's came along our search was over! Great Pizza!

So so disappointed, was bad 2.5 years ago and still bad. You would think if you were going to spend $40 for two people to eat, it would be good. But it continues to be sub par food. Sons sandwich was burnt and my lasagna was ice cold, horrible tasting sauce and a table spoon of cheese on top. The pop on a can was good and up to expectations. Traveling through and decided to stay the night in Kingman. Used Doordash to place an order of 2 Stromboli's with three toppings, Antipasta salad, and cheesecake. Everything was absolutely amazing and they even included extra marinara sauce. read more

Great little find. My husband and I both enjoyed our meal. The prices were very reasonable, and the food was good. It is very small, and you order your food at the counter and seat yourself. We came in a bit late on a Monday night, and everyone was very nice about it. We will definitely be back to try other menu items. read more

Ordered a pizza, they daid 45 minutes, 45 minutes went by called them after an hour..they wete getting it ready, another 30 minutes called and they said it was ready..when i got it home it was gross. Tasted like and looked like it came from the grocery store. Never eat thete again! read more

This place has the worst customer service ever!! I was hung up on after calling for the third time to find out where my order (which never came) was. Saved by the mosticolli with meatballs. Because after I had to have my Sicilian salad remade..and had the ingredients read off to me over phone by the manager...to be SURE...it still was not correct. Yes, I accepted it, but it has white onions....NOT RED. This makes a difference to me. Why won't I EVER go back? The pizza was decent and the cheesy breadsticks pretty good. I enjoyed both well enough. We got tomatoes on the pizza and they paired well with the two meat toppings. The only other local pizza in the area closed down apparently which left this place or chain pizza (and chains are all equally vile). We gave this place a chance and it was not bad at all. We will be enjoying leftovers today on the the last leg of our road trip to Cali. read more

Ordered for delivery and they called us back to tell us they were out of lasagna. Then it took over an hour to get to us. The fettuccini alfredo looked like the sauce was curdled, what little there was of it, and the pasta was dried up and crispy. The garlic bread was basically a piece of bread with melted butter and no garlic flavor. My husband ordered the stuffed mushrooms and they were so small there was no way they were worth what they charged for them. He also ordered the BBQ chicken dinner and asked for light sauce and they gave him a dinner of flavorless chicken that was drowned in sauce with 4 1/2 potato wedges that were soggy from the sauce as well. The driver was slovenly and unorganized and the people on the phone acted like they could care less. The only semi-redeeming quality was the cheescake which I'm pretty sure was store bought and rewrapped in with plastic. Worst experience with a mom and pops ever. read more

Too bad I an't give a negative rating. Worst place ever for customer service. Never got our food so can't rate that. Been on the road all day, called and ordered, said 40 to 50 for delivery. Had to repeat that actual physical address to the girl on phone several times, an hour later we were told they were extremely busy and our food just came out of the oven. Funny, nothing we ordered would be and oven except garlic bread. It would be here soon and they were close to hotel. 30 minutes later no food, called and delivery guy answered phone said they thought we were at Kingston Hotel! There is no Kingston Hotel! And if they weren't sure maybe they should have gone by the address. He puts the phone down and some other guy gets in and instead of apologizing says the girl wrote the info down wrong and never gave the address to the driver! Ike this mke it right? When I told him to credit me and thanked him for ruining our evening, he hung up on me. Will be interesting to see if we get a refund. read more

After driving twelve hours from Northern CA, my mom and I arrived in Kingmam. I ordered a pizza from Strombolis for delivery to my hotel. Upon arriving, the delivery man claimed he had no change. My mom asked if he was sure had no change and he said yes. It was 10pm, we were really tired, and didn't want to wait for him to go back to the restaurant and return with change. So, we let him leave with his 50% "tip." I called the restaurant to let them know that I thought this was unprofessional. I was then blatantly lied to and blamed for incident by the woman who answered the phone. She claimed the delivery man had change in his car (if that were true why didn't he say so when asked if he was sure he didn't have change) and if I had told him I wanted change he would have gotten it (clearly not becuase he would have offered to get it from his car in the first place). She never uttered an apology and proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I should I told him I wanted the change. I explained that while I wanted the change I didn't want it enough to wait 30 minutes for him to go get it from the restaurant and come back. She didn't get it and continued to adamantly blame me for their unprofessional behavior. What began as my wanting to call to offer feedback turned into an all out verbal altercation with this woman who truly believed this whole incident was my fault. The icing on the cake was when she hung up on me. If you just want pizza, this place is decent, but make sure you have exact change. It's your fault if you don't. read more

Not sure what all the 4 and 5 stars are about. We were totally fooled by those reviews. Stopped in here at 3:45pm on our way back to CA from Alpine AZ. The atmosphere was most undesirable, and made us want to turn around but thought different bc of the 4 and 5 stars. Should've listened to our instincts but we normally don't like to judge books by their cover. Would you believe that we waited over 45 minutes for any of our food to arrive, and we were the only customers? When my chicken fettuccine alfredo finally arrived, I took one nibble and was disgusted. It was practically fridge cold, flavorless, and the chicken was rubbery. The hubby convinced me to place it on the counter since I wouldn't eat it anyway; told them to take it off the bill bc I was not going to pay for it. So I nibbled a bit on my daughter's butter and parmesan noodles. It was ok, thus the two stars. Funny thing is, this is not even a regular item on their menu. It was specially requested by my daughter. I also nibbled on the garlic bread which was ok, but I've had better garlic toast from the freezer aisle at Safeway. Also nibbled on the stuffed mushrooms which were a bit salty and the stuffing seemed like it was reheated a tenth time. Tried a bite of the hubby's stromboli which was eh - nothing to write home about. Before we left, we could hear a lady yelling in the kitchen about "why is the customer out there complaining about cold food". But no one ever apologized about it and no one even mentioned it before we left; they just pretended like nothing happened. Pizza is good when it is cooked. Have gotten pizza twice that is so undercooked that the crust is white and doughy. We end up putting it in our own oven. Very annoying since its obvious its not cooked. read more

I researched for the closest pizza. This one was recommended and popped up. Be aware the prices that are listed online when you look up this place is not correct. I was shocked by my actual pricing. Hopefully they can update it since it is tied to their business. Pricey but good pizza. The large is huge, family of 6 would have been fine with one pizza. Yes it's pricey but you get a big amount for what you pay. I just spent more because I was not aware of the size and the prices, my bad. I did ask for Parmasean cheese and peppers and got none. It was delivered to my hotel. I was given 4 paper plates for two large pizza's. Maybe a little more thought into those who order from a hotel. I did tip good but assumed I had all theses things. I should have looked. I would order again but next time I will ask for clarification on prices and see if there are any specials (none were told to me on the phone, maybe they don't do any). read more
