Some of the qualities that stood out to me were their professionalism, communication, thoroughness and thoughtfulness. Sean was great at communicating to me what days they would be working and what projects they'd be working on those days. He gave me timelines for everything and always communicated if things were taking longer than expected. Sean's crew was absolutely fantastic at cleaning up at the end of the day. We were living in the house while they were working on it and I have kids so it was so nice to come home to a construction site that was clean and safe for my kids. The work that Cornell did was TOP notch. Everything in our remodel/addition is exactly how we wanted it. Sean contracted out some of the work to great local businesses who were also extremely professional and great at their jobs. Our home project was part flood restoration and larger upgrade, involving new floors, kitchen and baths just to name a few. Also included electrical, plumbing, painting and a host of others. RT Construction's specialist contractors (electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting etc....) were complete professional craftsmen, timely and producing high quality results. Interacting with Ryan and his office team was great. Complete transparency on where we were in the project, budgeting, costs and payments. We came in below our anticipated budget. Also behind the scene he worked all of the county permitting, final inspections and assisted with my insurance inspections. Not an easy task. One which we would have been lost. Most importantly for us, being new to this, was the advice care and handling he gave me and my family. It was invaluable.
