The bathroom is thoroughly updated, and the living room is gorgeous. The quality of attention to detail, and the guys' ability to explain issues and problem solve are first rate. The last thing you want in a contractor is to feel like everything is being done as easily and quickly as possible so they can get on to the next job. We never felt like that with Pinnacle. They listened to us, offered candid, helpful feedback, and always kept us in the loop about where we were in the process. When they were doing fine, detail work, they took their time to make sure it was done right. Our next big project was a deck replacement/expansion. Despite some delays caused by supply chain issues and poor plan checking by the county (both of which were beyond Pinnacle's control), they built a fantastic deck for our home. Again, we could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship and how well we were treated during the entire demo and construction time. After several less than satisfactory forays into home renovation, we believe we have found a contractor who does great work, stands by his product, doesn't make you feel like your project is just another item on a "to do" list, and is great at communication. Were there some hiccups or questions? Of course; these weren't small jobs. But any time we had a concern, it was heard and addressed, immediately. From Dalton, the company owner, to foremen, subcontractors, or laborers, we always received the same message: "This is your home, and we want you to be pleased." And let me tell you, we are.

An admitted perfectionist, he treated our project with great care, maintaining his own very high standards. That's so refreshing! Mike is professional and friendly. He is easy to communicate with for quoting, questions and scheduling. He let us know each day when he would be here, made the messy job of demo as neat and clean as possible, worked until he was at a good stopping point and tidied up before heading out. Jeff of Everest concrete did a reasonably big job for us recently - 4 stairs + 5500 sq ft of…read moreconcrete including the driveway. It was split into two jobs. Overall very happy with Jeff's execution. First of all - his bid for the job was very reasonable and he provided a quote in reasonable time. My builder had his own concrete guy and I am not even sure why that other guy exists in the business because his bid was not only late, it was incomplete and lot of unknowns. Comparatively, Jeff was more thorough and gave the estimate in a very reasonable time. I liked his and his crew's work ethics. They showed up when they said they would. A lot of contractors practice what is I call "book the job" - they will come in one day, move a few things and then disappear for several days. Nothing like this with Jeff - they executed. His crew even worked very late in the evening with rechargeable lights to do the broom finish. While Jeff was executing my job, he became very sick - but he was back on my job for the pre-pour inspection and then getting the job completed even though I could tell he was not 100%. On the final billing - there were a few minor adjustments - all very reasonable for a few extra things that I had requested or for the complications that he ran into on the job. He also gave me credit for a few things. All done very fairly. I have no hesitation in recommending Jeff for concrete.

The fence was totally done wrong and the wood is now separating on the fence only 6 months after his work. The height and the style was not even the same. You can see in-between the slates and the natural wood is showing. It's definitely a botched job all the way around. He over sprayed our fence into our neighbors pool and deck. I wanted to write a review so no one else wasted thousands of dollars on a terrible job. Our neighbor hated the work on the fence as well. Mike is a nice person but the quality is not there and he commits to work without writing it all down on his estimates so he isn't committed to follow it through. Be very cautious.
