This is a known issue - this generation truck HATES aftermarket security systems, and it was causing all kinds of problems, so we asked Toads to remove it. He was familiar with this issue, also said he'd look at the starter, and would let us know. I don't know what time he starts work, but he called us to pick up our truck at lunchtime Monday (we dropped it off Sunday night.) Let me tell you, the cost was BEYOND reasonable. I kind of wish I had more wonky electrical issues in vehicles, because they do such nice work.

They also would not accept a payment from me nor would they release my vehicle. They just wanted my car to sit there for the 2 weeks so they could collect payment and I have them on recording and plan to dispute the charges and contact the better business bureau for failing to release my vehicle or allowing me to have it towed out of their lot. I do not recommended them to anyone as they think they own your car once they tow it to their lot which is not the case! Don't let them screw you over like they are doing to me all because of greed and money they want for the two weeks I am in Mexico. I will continue to advocate and make sure this company doesn't get away with this in the future when someone is on vacation!
