Double smash burger with sweet potato fries.
    Jen D.

Hubby and I visited on a Sunday afternoon, lots of people but not noisy- everything is spaced out well. There is a lawn section for people with dogs which is awesome. We each had their double smash burger which was delicious- loved the pickles and sauce. The sweet potato fries were perfect - not soggy at all. Hubby had the Rosie beer - part of the proceeds go to support Red Bell Run a local animal sanctuary. We tried the stout cake with whipped cream for dessert- definitely enough to share and was yummy. The wait staff is friendly but not hovering. There is paved parking up front and gravel in the back. Indoor and outdoor seating. We will certainly be back.

Great place! My sister and I went here the last weekend of Sept. while I was visiting from FL. We sat outside to enjoy some sunshine, a cold IPA and the best pizza we have ever had! We highly recommend the "Pretty Fly White Pie" Staff was very helpful and friendly! We will definitely go back when in the area again.

View from the entrance to the restaurant. Impeccably decorated, great vibe, full bar, and exceptional staff and cuisine!

After careful planning and execution, this amazing restaurant recently opened, and they got it right!!! What a wonderfully fun and pleasurable experience. The beers were spot on, the food was creative, and absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed the pretzel (with the most amazing beer cheese), a Smashburger that was spot-on, with the highlight being a pepperoni pizza, slightly spicy, drizzled with honey. OMG! We are so excited they are now part of the community. Go! I guarantee you, you won't be disappointed.

Thankfully stumbled across this family owned gem of a brewery, on the way back from wine tasting. The whole experience was excellent. I had the dry rub wings which were some of the best wings I have had in the Greenville area. The chili peanuts and beers were tasty. Will be coming back again soon.

We tried the American Slammer with sweet potato fries and the Patty Melt with the regular fries. Both were cooked a perfect medium and were delicious. The sweet potato fries and regular fries were also excellent. The regular fries have a batter on them which added crispness and flavor. We also shared their Carrot Cake which was fabulous! It consisted of a layer of carrot cake, a layer of cheesecake icing, a layer of carrot cake, another layer of cheesecake icing, and topped crumbled carrot cake, served with a dollop of whipped cream. The staff was friend and provided vey good service. This restaurant is located in an old prison which adds an additional layer of intrigue to your experience.

We were greeted by every single one with a smile and happy energy, despite how busy the place was. There are so many times when you sit at a bar unnoticed and patiently wait for someone to look your way, but this was the opposite of that. Our drinks were ice cold and served super fast. We didn't try any food, but they do have a small menu of bar bites that sounded really good. My cider was crisp, and not too sweet. It seemed to be "the spot", because there were lots of people but we didn't have any trouble finding seating. Lots of people had their dogs with them, which is always a plus!! I read it three times, not because I misunderstood it, but because I wanted to confirm that it listed pets and children in that order, which it did, and that tells you something about the sequence of problems they've encountered on the lawn, though I've decided not to find out what exactly. With that said, the lawn is not exactly a lawn at all, unless you consider granite rocks as a lawn, which the residents of Elberton, Georgia do as it is considered the "Granite Capital of the World." Elberton this is not. This rocky lawn is to be filled with Bichon Frisés and children in ball caps, and on the afternoon I visited it was doing exactly that. There was a dog near the covered bar area moving through the patio with the serenity of an animal who has never once been told that other people exist. His owner stood nearby holding a beer and looking proud, which is a face I recognized, because I have a son and have stood next to him with that exact expression at least twice in public places where I should have known better. I had the Radiant Positivity, a sour ale at 6%, which sounds like something printed above a middle school guidance counselor's desk but turned out to be genuinely good, all grapefruit and a tartness that knew when to stop. I thought about ordering the Kamp Jam, a 4% light lager described as tasting like shared laughter and the unbreakable bonds of friendship, and decided I wasn't there yet. The owners opened this place in 2014 and have expanded it three times since, which tells you something about Greer that it probably already knows about itself but that the rest of the area is still catching up on. Consequentially, Greer itself has also expanded its waistline 3 times since 2014 but that's a discussion for another time. I thought about asking about the Southern Sanctum, an American Tripel, but the afternoon had reached the evening and a point where a Tripel felt like a commitment that deserved more deliberation than I had left in me. I paid my tab, which was reasonable in a way that surprised me given the quality of everything, said goodbye to nobody in particular, and drove home thinking about the Kamp Jam, and whether the unbreakable bonds of friendship were something I'd get to eventually.

This place isn't just a bar; it's where good vibes go to level up, grab a drink, and dance like no one's watching (even though everyone is). The service? Top-tier. The atmosphere? Equal parts cozy, classy, and "uh-oh I might stay longer than planned." But let's talk about Thursday Karaoke Night, because WOW. If you think you've heard angels sing, try listening to a brave soul at Fly Girls passionately belt out 90s hits with the confidence of someone who clearly pre-gamed in the parking lot. Whether you're a vocal legend in the making or you only sing in the shower when no one's home, the crowd here will cheer you on like you're headlining your world tour. The DJ (Morgan Bass) keeps the music flowing. The staff keeps the drinks flowing, the laughs rolling, and the mic sanitized--because professionalism matters, even when you're butchering "Sweet Caroline." The energy on Thursday nights is pure gold: supportive, hilarious, and just the right amount of chaotic. Don't sleep on the pizza from Fly Boys it's the best in town. Fly Girls is the perfect spot to unwind, let loose, and maybe discover that your true calling was karaoke all along. Thursdays here aren't just a night out--they're an event. A weekly tradition. A borderline spiritual experience. If you want great service, great entertainment, and a guaranteed good time, Fly Girls delivers every single time. And trust me, you haven't lived until you've spent a Thursday night here.

Large selection of beers on tap all cold and delicious, on the beer side service was friendly and quick. We ordered food from their kitchen, my husband had a mixed leafy green salad-(lots of arugula) he added a piece of Salmon on top. Salad was first served with zero dressing (yuk) my husband took it back had salad dressing added he said it was good. I had the wings (teriyaki), they were hot, crispy and delicious. I will definitely.order them again. On the bar side - Trailside bartender was "unfriendly" several in our party ordered sodas and mixed drinks, the woman bartender was indifferent with an attitude, like it was a bother to take a drink order. I returned for a refill of soda and was told nastily "$3 we don't do refills" WOW! Really??? No need to be nasty I didn't know and last time I was there the bartender happily refilled my soda-(which was mostly ice) Obviously this lady dislikes her job! No matter how fun or nice a place is or how good the food, if service is lacking or server gives a negative attitude people won't return. I would give 5 stars to Trailside Brewing if service would have been friendly and smiled.
