So happy we stumbled across this gem tonight for the Dodgers game! Good drinks (the goalkeeper) was amazing! And our servers, were excellent. Kudos to both girls working tonight 10/20. I'd recommend this place for Justine alone! She's the absolute best. We went in for cocktails after dinner on our anniversary and her service had made this a special date night place for us! She always recognizes us and is very attentive to whatever we need. The food is also very good and we've grabbed to-go a few times. Know ahead of time that this is no restaurant but a bar with good food. Until they update their website and pricing situation it'll stay at a 3-star. I researched the menu to see what I wanted ahead of time since I've never been there. I ordered the Monterey Chicken Sandwich and it was $11.50 and came with a choice of fries, tots, coleslaw OR salad. There's no mention of an upcharge for a salad. Bill comes and not only is the sandwich $15 but there's an upcharge of $2 for a salad. Upcharges are fine if they're disclosed. If you're going to offer your menu online, it should match what you offer in person, price and/or entree availability. read more

Only been in business a very short time (May 2018). Very friendly servers (Ray Jay & Halie). Floors and tables spotless. Approximately seating for 90+. Booths and tables look very comfortable. A beer and wine bar. Cool atmosphere with the music at a tolerable level. 15 tv mounted on the walls for sports action. Sunday's are busy and they have happy hour the whole day. A great menu to choose from and everything is made to order. Several items to choose from. Our food was delivered very fast and was very hot. Food tasted fresh and clean. Servers are very knowledgeable in items on the menu and about the restaurant. RACISTS!!!!!!!!!!! I've been wanting to try this place out for awhile now. A co-worker and I decided to meet up after a long day of work for some food and drinks. Came in and the sign stated to seat yourself so we did. Sat at a booth and got multiple looks from the bartender and waitress but no acknowledgement whatsoever. We had been sitting at the booth for over 20 mins and nothing! A Caucasian couple walked in and sat in the booth right next to us, within 2mins the bartender came over with utensils and menus for them! When I confronted him he responded with an attitude and told me he would be with us a minute! I have lived in this area almost my entire life and have never been discriminated like this. A Big Fuck you!! to those servers and management. This place should be shut down! read more

Great food. Too bad the service is horrible. Been there 2 times in the last 4 months and the service almost makes you want to walk out. We were there this past Saturday and they only had 3 servers in there and the place was crowded. And it wasnt just our server who disappeared. We kept on looking for anyone that worked there but only saw the poor kid having to clean all the plates off of tables and refill drinks. We saw several people walk up to the bar to get drinks refilled. I hope thr owner reads this review and correct it. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I was sitting at the bar for 20 minutes while the servers walked past me, and even looked at me, but didn't bother to ask me if I wanted a drink. The servers asked other customers around me for refills, but I was completely ignored. The customer next to me asked me several times if any of the servers had helped me because he noticed that I was being ignored. I quickly realized that I was the only person of color sitting at the bar... The place was full, but there were a lot more servers than usual due to the MLB playoffs. When a short Hispanic server finally came to me, I said "Finally". She quickly got defensive and told me not to tell her finally, and that she wasn't going to serve me and to leave, so I did. The other poor reviews had mentioned that there's discrimination at this place. The blatant prejudice is obvious. read more

Came here on the recommendation of a friend, We tried the fish and chips, the buffalo chicken sandwich, and the calamari. The calamari was not a very big portion and was soggy. Definitely would not recommend it. The buffalo chicken was crispy, but didn't have much flavor. The fries were good. Fish and chips came with three small pieces of fish and steak fries. The fish was decent, but nothing special. Maybe the burgers are better. The ambience is good and the waitress was friendly, but I'm not sure if I'll be back. 2.5 stars for now. read more

I meet up there with coworkers every other month. Always a great time. Can be very loud but definitely a great place to hang out. Hands down one of the best restaurants all-around. I've been here multiple times, each time ordering something different on the menu. I have not been disappointed once. In fact, I'll go so far to say as I loved everything I've ordered here. The pizzas are great, the burgers/sandwiches are so tasty and juicy. Finally a place in the rickedy town of San Dimas that gets it right. This location has been stifled for some time now. Once a coffee shop(s), brew place etc. meh, never a hit. The center itself is tricky. Nothing seems to do too well, but the good people on the SD committees don't help. But I like the concept of an extensive menu with friendly service and food that's good with fair prices.....haha, did I say "concept". Service is always exceptional! I hope this one survives the wrath of the good 'ol city and their big "old" boys, cause it's worth it. A little more advertising would do this place some good. Food is good, the Carne asada quesadilla is the bomb! By far one of my best I had in a very long time! I had it two times and both times it was delicious. They have yummy tots!!! I really enjoy their food and ambiance however I deducted two stars due to the service and time it takes to get your food (due to service). They're always short staffed it seems during rush hour lunch time. The servers are overwhelmed I'm sure but could do a better job of at least making eye contact when they walk by to see if you need anything vs avoiding. Firstly I want to shout out DD! She's really sweet, and helpful, and truly a good waitress. She always checks on us and makes sure we are taken care of. One time she made my husband a cherry coke with grenadine and it was so tasty! Secondly, their sandwiches here are SO GOOD! I've had the buffalo chicken sandwich, the turkey croissant, and the tater tots(plain and with cheese & bacon) those are a must. The croissant they used for the turkey croissant was buttery, grilled and perfect. Management, if you can hear me, I'd like to offer some suggestions to make your plates A+!(they're A- right now lol still good!!) I am a professional chef, and also a potato professional haha! After your tots are fried, I suggest a bowl lined with paper towels, to drain the oil from them. In both our orders of plain tots, and with cheese & bacon, we had a little pool of oil at the bottom of our plates. I know that your tots are so good because you fry them to deep golden brown perfection, but that oil must be drained! I do have a gripe about your fries. They are plain, clearly frozen, very lack luster next to a beautiful delicious sandwich. The same with the onion rings. I promise if you invest in a good, from-scratch beer battered French Fry and onion ring recipe the payoff for your place would be huge. At the VERY LEAST, if you just don't have the storage room/know-how at the moment, invest in a delicious seasoning to coat your fries with. That is also a good, cost-effective alternative. Same principle with draining oil from the fries applies, too. Anything that hits the fryer should be drained before being plated. I also think the cole slaw could be seasoned a little better. More vinegar, more sugar, more salt, and maybe something fresh and cool like green apple in there to kick it up a notch. Anyway that's my two cents. I will keep coming back!! The girls last night did an amazing job.. especially for being the only ones there. I think the bartenders name was Rae, like a Rae of sunshine, and the server, can't remember her name now but she was very new, and for being new seemed like she had been in service for a long time. She was so nice and tried to do everything to make sure we were happy. Especially with having to handle all the tables. And this included going and finding out how they make their old fashioneds for me. The bartender came over and told us cause she said that the server was trying to write it all down so she could describe it to us. What a very sweet girl. Food was very tasty. We got the wedge with carne Asada and the chicken ceaser and both were very tasty. Also the old fashioned was very good too. Maybe a tiny bit sweet but other then that it was still tasty. We will be coming here more often now. Hopefully these two girls are always working when we are there. I have to update my review. And it sucks. I hate to drop them down from the 5 stars that I gave them. But when I come in to get a special that is on your website and you so you can't do it or honor something that is on your website then that's a Fail in my book. read more

Been here twice since it opened. Founded by accident, had the whole fam bam hungry and ready to chow down. First time I had the tri-tip sandwich, little heavy on the onions for my taste. Took some out and it was one of the best I ever had. Had the BBQ chicken salad the second time. Plenty a chicken and full of flavor. They have a great kid's menu. Pizza and sliders.
