I hate to have to leave a bad review because Haley was so sweet! She took her time with my 4 year old and I. She makes you feel comfortable and gives great advice about taking care of your hair! However, it's been about a week since I went and I straightened my hair for the first time this morning (it's normally curly/wavy) and it's so uneven. It's not like it's a little bit here and there I have to wear my hair over my shoulders to hide it! I don't think anyone should leave a hair salon with their hair like this. I really wanted to love this place and keep going back because of how sweet and kind Haley was, but this is just not okay. I will not be going back, not even to get it fixed. read more

Scott is an ARTISTE. Do not go anywhere else to get your hair styled. He has been my "go to" for 2 years and has never disappointed. He is excellent in his craft, kind and thoughtful and uses only the best products. His salon is adorable, prices are reasonable and the location is perfect. My 71 year old, baby fine and grey hair has never looked better and my perms last forever with no frizz. Do yourself a favor and go see Scott. You will be so glad you did! read more

Love this place! Been going to Hayley forever. She is literally the best hair stylist/ person ever! I have spot alopecia (random hair loss spots on your head) and was very self conscious of this issue. Hayley helped cut my hair in such a way now that the spots get perfectly covered. I can not tell you how amazing she is at what she does. No one touches my hair but her! I recommended her to my entire family and they all love her. My wife, brother in law, nephew and best friend all now go to her because how good she is. Also she is incredibly nice and feels like a friend now after all this time. im a person have straight hair and thin. i went to the salon where i live in Vista on Monday and did perm...its turn out still straight and i was so so so sad :( im looking for another shop right away and asking so many shop but you are not do perm... then i saw on some pictures at this salon the man he did for perm its what i want, his names Scott. and i call him. (the one who did my hair) and he said yes. i came to let he see my hair and make an appointment on Wednesday at 10am today. before i came i was so nervous, i dont want its happen bad or came out not good again...he works so carefully, so meticulous, focus and very nice partner to work with. he is asking im i ok, im i good, do i water bla bla... its very service thought when he does everthing for his job and its time to take all it off....this part make me scared, very scared and you guys know what its came out so so so beautiful, omggg im so happy, what exactly curly i want and my hair look more thicker ^^ i will be back for sure, i call him its magic hand hahaha oh and Haley the manage at salon she was very friendly and beautiful too ^^ thank you very much for reading... read more

I was referred to Scott by my mom-- and he did NOT disappoint! I am in love with my cut and color. He has the expertise without the crazy prices!!! He is appointment only, but it's nice because he books your appt and he is the same one who does your hair. The other girls that work there that come in and out are soooo nice, too. If you're cool, you'll literally feel like family when you leave. I am hoping to have scott and 211 as my go to salon for years to come. Went for an appointment this morning and was a little confused at first because I didn't know it was the same building as the barbershop. Scott was very professional and friendly and knew exactly what I wanted done. The salon was clean and had a chill vibe to it. Watched some tv and listened to music while waiting for my hair. My wife doesn't like getting her haircuts because of so many bad experiences, but it has to be done. Now the only person she lets cut her hair is Courtney or Scott. She came to Courtney to get a botch job fixed after a referral from a friend. She did an amazing number fixing the nightmare and giving an amazing style. Even better, she showed her how to style it the same way at home. The only down side is I now have to drive 2 hours every time her or my daughter need a cut. Highly recommend to anyone! read more
