On the day of the appointment, I received a text from the stylist at 10:30 asking if I can come in at 2:00 instead. It wasn't a big deal to me so I agreed. Then when I was already on my way at 1:30 I received another text from Jackie that she cancelled my appointment all together. I'm not sure why she even has appointments if she is not going to go by them, especially after her sending multiple confirmation emails for the appointments. Do not book with Jackie Cabezas. I've gotten tons of compliments on my hair and Leslie doesn't waste any time when working. She's quick to respond and she makes the space work. There's a Starbucks in the lot so I usually start with a coffee and enjoy my hair days. Leslie is very skilled in color and highlights and is a true "harapist" and multi- tasker. She has great products too but doesn't push them so if you want them you'll have to ask her about purchasing.
