She struggled with applying the regular polish and made unnecessary comments on my preference. "Old school" "no acrylic makes it harder" and I stated old school better. They've done basic gel nails so much ...they forgot the art of designs! I walked out with two uneven brows, one missing a huge chunk--and as compensation, they knocked $5 off my total. $5. For an eyebrow I'll be filling in and waiting weeks to grow back. Not what I paid for, and not okay.
