My first experience here was so disappointing that I decided to Yelp again! First, 75% of how I rate my nail salons is based on the amount of trash talking I hear before the techs realize I understand them (I don't hide it, my name is blatantly Viet). This place has the usual trash (customers have ugly feet, ugly nail color choice, etc) but what made me not want to give them another chance is when the tech next to us told my tech to stop spending so much time on my mani/pedi since I'm only spending $70 (gel mani, basic pedi) and kept telling her to hurry it up and finish already (same lady who told a tween she can pick any color she want for her fill then trashed the color she picked and talked about every single customer in there, including her regulars). This is after my tech messed up the polish on my pedi twice so she had to repaint a couple toes 3x. Her mistake, not mine, I had to ask for the disposable sandals because she kept trying to fix the polish when my own sandals are clearly right over my pinkie toe. The time she was taking on me wasn't because she was meticulous, it's because she wasn't very good. It was really only 2-3 techs doing the talking but the worse offender is the head tech (maybe owner?). As for my mani/pedi, the work is mediocre and nothing I would go back to. The basic pedi was the most basic one I've ever gotten (not expecting much but under 30min for a basic is crazy). She also cut one of my toes and a finger when clipping my cuticles. She also tried to cut down my natural nails even though my mani was only 2 weeks old and the shape was done well for short, natural nails. I always give a salon a second chance if they don't trash talk assuming their customers don't understand them, as long as the work is decent. But to talk smack when you can't even handle a basic mani/pedi is wild. read more

Long time customer. Customer service and quality have tanked. I've been getting my nails done here for years but since the ownership changes things have changed. The past two times I've gotten my nails filled, I've had to go back for broken nails and chipped polish. That's never happened before. Last time I had two nails break within a week. This time one in a week and chipped polish in 2 days. Last time when my nail broke they got me in to have it fixed (younger guy, tattoos on arms), he did not put a new nail on, just quickly added more gel, filed, painted... did not look like my other nails. I left and didn't say anything. Fast forward.. another nail broke.. go in again, though I don't have time... give me the same guy. He does the same thing BUT this time he slops the gel on without filing or painting , basically stops then moves over to another customer who came in (also with broken nails) and starts helping her. No I'll be back, no can you wait a minute... no words at all.. just leaves. I mentioned to him before he deserted me that the gel he put on my nail was going to be to short once it was filled and not match my other nails. He told me I was wrong and walked away and helped another customer. Literally so rude and embarrassing. One of the other techs came over and fixed it which I'm thankful for. But was so taken aback about how rude he was. I don't EVER complain, but this was not a way people should be treated. I think I'll be trying a new salon from now on. read more

Went in for a regular manicure and pedicure - they talked me into using gel nail polish, which is $15 more "because it lasts for a month"! Both times they peeled off within a week. Definitely not worth it. The pedicure you could do at home with a pumice stone! Don't waste your money!! read more

My daughter and I were out today and decided to get a pedicure. They were located in the area we were in so went in to see if they could give us pedicures. The services we received for $54.00 each was the worst ive ever had. They removed my polish, cut my nails, cleaned my cuticles then polished the nail. After the lady did this she put some lotion on her hands and massaged my legs for maybe 3 minutes. I will never go back. read more

Pink nails! Kelly did these and I love them Always my go-to for acrylics, I've been coming here for a couple years. Never had any problems with infections or anything like that. I gave two stars because the gel polish is nice. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seated at a station right away. A man came and handed me the gel options and while I flipped through them, he tapped the table for my hand to begin soaking. A little rushed but okay. I finally chose a color (took about a minute and a half) and we begin. He did not say a word to me during the entire visit except to tell me to wash my hands. He did speak the entire time to a coworker next to him in their native language. To me, if a customer is right in front of you, you should be making an attempt at conversation with them. I have been to many salons in the tri-county area and only two salons have I had this issue. The manicure is well done and seems to be lasting so no complaint there. read more

I always go and get my pedicures done here so i was like why not get my nails done ... worst mistake in my life !!!! So i always get long nails with the dip powder , the lady that did my nails used gel then powder , because my nails were too long and she didn't want to "waste" product . So i went back the next day to get them "fixed" because i didn't have enough time to do it the day i got them done . My nails just look horrible i can't believe i actually paid for this mess , i did not want to cause any trouble with them but deff do not waste your time if you want high quality. This is the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. Called the day before and booked pedicures for 3. When we arrived they sat us immediately, but not together. Basically they rubbed lotion on our legs and painted our nails, that was it! The polish was old, it didn't go on smooth at all, and looks terrible. I'll be re polishing them myself this weekend. Usually it feels so nice after having your toes done, but literally feels like I just had my polish changed and not cute at all. Very disappointed. read more

Fungus factory! Yikes!! I went here Because I know several people who go here and said it was good, the reviews were mediocre so I thought well how bad could it be... It could be very bad!! Not only do they not speak one word of English to you the entire time, but they talk amongst themselves, which I find very offputting and actually rude. The total shocker was when I started to get my full set of acrylics I was watching their television, since no one was speaking and looked down to see THE MAN DOING MY NAILS USING HIS FINGER NAIL AS A CUTICLE PUSHER!! How disgusting! My hands were NEVER washed or sanitized with anything!! It is suprising to see how busy it is there, mostly teens but its dirty and not welcoming. I do not recommend it!!
