I've been going here since middle school and they're amazing! My nails lasted for so long!! This is almost a month!

More problems with putting regular polish over gel.

This place continues to get worse-- treating their faithful customers badly, and now the digital biometric data gathering machine-- which you are forced to use or they won't service you. Terrible. Fortunately there are plenty of other good nail salons in the area.

The only place I'll go to get my nails done! The staff is always friendly and very welcoming! Anna is my girl and always does an amazing job!

The light pink Chrome nail polish is one of my favorite!

A fantastic place to get most any treatment you need to have done. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend! Sue- Warrenton

So much polish it will always be tacky and thick. It just cannot dry properly.

My friend and I were so excited to try this place because of the high reviews and limited places…read moreto select from in the area. We did the sauna and facials. Well needless to say, we will be on the hunt for a better spot- FOR SURE. Here's what our feedback was to the establishment since they asked, and I decided to share here in case it's helpful to anyone thinking about going here: "The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of a professional wellness or spa environment. The walk between buildings felt awkward and disjointed, and the areas where services were provided were visibly unclean. This immediately detracted from the sense of calm and comfort that clients typically seek when booking spa services. The sauna instructions were overly complicated and nonintuitive. Rather than supporting a seamless, stress-free experience, the setup required unnecessary effort and attention at a time when guests should be able to arrive, decompress, and enjoy the service. One of the facials was particularly concerning. The provider fell out of her chair during the session, left the room for approximately 15 minutes within the allotted service time, and complained openly about missing supplies that had not been ordered. Her presentation and behavior appeared impaired or otherwise not fully attentive, which was alarming in a setting where professionalism, focus, and client safety are expected. There were also sanitation concerns. Gloves were not worn during the sessions- in particular extractions & close facial work, which raised hygiene and safety questions. Given the nature of skincare treatments and direct contact with facial areas, adherence to clear sanitation protocols is critical. Both facials were performed below expected standards. Product application felt careless rather than intentional for both clients. Creams were applied in a manner that resulted in product entering the nostril area for both clients. In one instance, the technician had to awkwardly clean the inside of a nostril during the service, which was unexpected and uncomfortable (and something never experienced prior). In the other facial, cream entered the nostril and remained there throughout the session, creating concern about inhalation; the client ultimately had to clean it out herself after the session. This experience was distracting and far from relaxing. Additionally, massage and sculpting techniques reflected a noticeable lack of refinement and training, particularly for clients accustomed to higher-quality services. Overall, the experience lacked attentiveness, professionalism, cleanliness, and the level of care expected in a premium setting."

A family member asked what they could get me and I said I'd love a massage. It was my part to do the research and find where I wanted to go. I've done the ultra luxe massages at the Four Seasons and I've also done Massage Envy. It's really the masseuse that makes the difference. I looked for best local massages near me and found Serendipity. Reading through the profiles of the massage therapists I was intrigued by Tonya, mainly for what I interrupted as would be a hard massage experience. My muscles definitely needed a hard touch, not just a relaxing massage. I appreciated the extra attention to the sore spots I noted. The process upon arrival was unclear. It was about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time that I made contact with an employee and was immediately helped. I'd return again in the future and recommend Tonya to anyone not afraid of a more pronounced touch to the massage.

As you get escorted to your locker and changing room, you have a cute locker with your name hanging on the door, with a beautiful oversized white luxury robe and slippers. You have the option have showering before if you like, as your given time and pressure to rush for your massage. Once you're ready, you're then escorted to a waiting area where they serve you some goodies and a drink ( tea, cucumber water, or wine). The waiting area is so beautiful and relaxing. We were greeted warmly as soon as we entered, and staff members soon escorted us back to our respective locker rooms where the most plush and comfortable robes were waiting for us. After we changed, we were taken to a small lounge with comfortable chaises for each of us. We were offered champagne or another drink, as well as hot or cold neck wraps. The air was filled with a gentle scent and there was nice music playing softly. Next was a trip to the massage room where we indulged in massages that not only focused on our necks, backs and shoulders, but arms, faces and heads as well. Very relaxing. When the massages were over (far too soon!), we were escorted back to the original lounge where we could recover for as long as we wished. All in all, a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back.

I actually took my best friend there for Christmas, and it was such a great time. It was so good that the following year I sent my mother-in-love for her birthday, and another year I surprised my wife with a visit for hers. They both had amazing things to say about their experiences. I'm definitely overdue for a return -- I can't wait to go back this year!

The facility is lovely, wonderful ambiance. I went to a room that is for couples. I was disappointed that the massage was nothing like I've had before at other massage places. The man sat in a stool and applied a lot of oil, would slide his hands up and down my skin. Like a petting motion. The entire massage was like that. I didn't feel any different after the massage and found myself quite disappointed. I got an email from Origins reminding me to leave a review. I responded asking to speak to someone about my experience and after a week, no response. I proceeded to email the email address on the website and gave my feedback. No response after 3 weeks I didn't feel like that was a deep tissue massage. The gentleman was sitting on a chair for 90% of the massage. Maybe he had a long day already.

We grabbed lunch at the café, and everything we ordered was delicious. Afterward, we enjoyed the outdoor bade pool and jacuzzis, which was a wonderful and relaxing experience. A couple of things to know before you visit: the locker rooms, showers, and body scrub area are fully nude, so be prepared if it's your first time. Also, shoes are not permitted throughout the facility. You can wear socks or purchase a pair there. Children 12-17 are welcome if they are with an adult of the same gender. The facilities were extremely busy, and the saunas were consistently packed, making it difficult to enjoy or unwind. My boyfriend and I each booked a deep tissue massage for $160, plus an automatic 18% gratuity ($28) bringing the total to $188 per person--nearly $400 for two massages. Unfortunately, the massages were very underwhelming. The therapists left the room multiple times, applied minimal pressure despite it being a deep tissue service, and frequently rested their elbows in place for extended periods rather than actively working on muscle tension. Overall, it felt like time was being filled rather than treatment being provided. The food was also overpriced for what was offered. For example, a bulgogi bento was around $30, which felt excessive given the quality and portion size. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not a good value for the money.

I recently went for the day to treat myself since it was my birthday. It's pricey, yes, but sooo worth it. Make sure you take the time to spend the day there! The body wrap was amazing it was for hydration and I really felt the benefits of it even days after. I got hungry during my pedicure and they bought me out a little snack tray. I'd love to think I'll be back in six months or so but you know it all depends on the budget lol!
