It completely defeated the purpose of making an appointment and threw off the rest of our day. To make matters worse, the final bill was nearly double what we had been quoted beforehand. The staff was pleasant, but between the long wait despite having an appointment and the unexpected charges, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
