On several occasions, I arrived on time for a confirmed appointment only to wait 45 minutes or more before being seen. I understand that healthcare offices can run behind occasionally, but when this becomes a consistent pattern, it shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Many of us take time off work, arrange childcare, and adjust our schedules to make these appointments. The staff may be courteous, but the scheduling process is disorganized and unreliable. If you book an appointment here, be prepared for significant delays and the possibility that your confirmed appointment may not actually be honored as scheduled. I hope management takes a serious look at their scheduling practices because this experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

I really liked my experiences at Entrada, it was easy to make appointments, I never had any issues, before, during, or after the visit and always appreciated the cooling gel they give as a nice extra touch. My four is mainly for my unique situation, which was that it was just one spot that took less than 10 seconds to zap. Even adding in a couple extra areas that I usually would just pluck, the entire visit would take less than 2 minutes. Which was pretty steep at around $80 each. I had about 6-8 appointments (it's been about a year or so since I completed the last one so I'm not totally sure at this point) but within about 3 months or so, I noticed everything had grown back. So unless I was willing to have consistent recurring appointments, it didn't make sense for me to continue with the service. I simply switched over to shaving vs plucking and called it a day. I will say that I'm still very pleased that I visited Entrada as the redness from the spot completely faded and it fully healed. Which was everything I could have hoped for. So for me, while it was expensive, I'm very glad I did it and would recommend Entrada for similar issues.

From the start, the hygiene was questionable. Her phone was sitting on the service bed right next to my head. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was for timing, but it already felt unsanitary. Once the lash solution was on, I had my eyes closed for about 10 minutes. During that entire time, I could hear her behind me scrolling through her phone. The moment the timer was up, she went straight to touching my eye area. No gloves. No sanitizing. I have no idea if the phone was clean, but her hands definitely weren't. The results were just as disappointing. The lashes near the inner corners were completely untouched and still pointing downward. I pointed it out immediately, and she brushed it off as "normal". Then I looked at the side profile and saw the curl wasn't a curl at all. It was basically a sharp 90 degree bend. Nothing like the photos on Yelp that convinced me to book in the first place. What really bothered me wasn't the hundred bucks. It was realizing I walked in with perfectly normal lashes and walked out with a problem I didn't have before, all because I paid someone to make them worse.
