We attempted to order a pitcher of Pineapple Express from the menu provided, but our server asked us four separate times for the name of the drink, clearly unsure of what we were referencing. She then returned to inform us that they had just received new menus and could not actually serve pitchers, despite it being listed. We politely asked if the manager might be able to accommodate us given the situation, but the answer was a flat "no." After that, we waited another 12 minutes for our server to return--she never did. At that point, we decided to leave. To the staff at this location: you need to do better. A bit of training--perhaps from your Hartsdale or Forest Hills teams--would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
